I made the withdrawal on July 23rd in the amount of 4,000,000/-but they suddenly blocked my account after giving all the documents. They told me that due to a business team decision, your account has been locked and will not be paid out. But still, I’m not losing hope. I had lodged a complaint to @manager.betway.com but they again said it’s not possible. Then I lodged my complaint with the MGA team, and since then I’ve been looking into my request. They said they needed 10 working days to resolve this issue. I don’t know what resolution they will provide me. I’ve already told the Betway team so many times that if I do not get this amount, then I’ll be finished.

Everytime I ask my missing winning money they ask me the proof.and send the proof of my account/utility bills.and they still refused to look into it when the rep ask me to send the statement with a right address I wait for the bank to change it and already send it but still they refused to accept it.my goodness it’s so stressful I will tell 8 of my buddies to avoid this betwaysite. $600 and already 2moths and I’m still begging to them.bulls.

I would give 0 stars if I could . Stay away people ! Terrible casino! I closed my account over a month ago, bad rtp. Anyways last week they took 550 dollars out of my bank account (5 separate charges) . How is this possible ? My account is not active . Hi I’m writing this cause I’ve contacted the police and lawyers regarding betway, I made two withdrawals one for 12000.00 dollars and one for 1014.27 dollars and they have not paid my funds its been four days now, as soon as I withdrew over 10000 dollars they locked my account I had withdrawn from them before with no problems. But now they just keep telling be the operations team is reviewing my withdrawal. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever seen, betway does not want to pay large amounts.

This is an update of my previous review. I had been informed that my account would be reviewed by today, Sept. 5, 2022 and it has not been reviewed. My account is still locked even after my submitting all the documents requested from Betway. My contacting the live chat was useless, they have no idea what is going on. I am still owed my $200.00 deposit that I did not get to play because they conveniently locked my account after I made the deposit on August 21, 2022.I don’t recommend this website at all. They, for one, don’t keep their word, secondly, their customer service is useless. Overall, they are not a trustworthy outfit and I now regret spending my time and money on their online casino.

Twice in a month I’ve taken up an offer emailed to me, stake a certain amount and receive a free 5 bet and twice I’ve not received the free bet. Raised this on live chat first time round, been told it’s escalated etc and a month later shock horror not heard a peep or received my free bet. Then took up a similar offer this weekend and not received the bet again, bunch of crooks.

Took 928 out of my bank account without my permission I self excluded for life a couple of years ago but somehow they allowed someone to make 17 transactions out of my bank account totalling 928 which says betway my bank has a block on gambling so I dont know how they got around it. They keep saying they will ring me or that it takes some time Im sure there cant be that many complaints to deal with if the where a legitimate company.

Total scam artists. And their contact them chat with us is 1000% a bot. Tries to say it isn’t but asks the same simple questions over and over. Ask it something complex and nothing but crickets. Take it from me as someone who had to keep mailing them and asking for updates on live chat regarding my withdrawals, even after I made renewed deposits to “update my withdrawal method” and provided all the documents they needed for the payouts to come through – IT’S NOT WORTH IT. There’s still one more withdrawal that they said has been paid out 6 days ago and should be credited to my account in 2 to 3 days, but there’s no sign of it yet. And I’ve pretty much given up on it. There’s a bunch of Indians – notorious for their scamming practices – that work as customer support executives there. That should be the red flag. Don’t deposit, just stay away.

Absolutely shocking service and site! I signed up and deposited a small amount of money! And won 2k, I went to withdraw my money and immediately I knew what was going to happen!! Got a email saying they needed Utility bill and photographic ID which I provided and then I got another email asking for proof of deposit which I then provided via a PDF of my bank statements! I heard nothing back for a few days and then logged onto my account to try and speak to a agent on live chat to find out that my account has been closed down!!? And then I email them as there is no other way to contact them and they took 5 days to reply and Ive since had 3 emails from them asking to upload a proof of purchase and everything single email has told me to send my documents to a completely different email address! Account still closed down and still no closer to receiving my payout! Absolutely shambles of a company! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!!!!

I had not played at this website for over two years and played a lot of money last Sunday, August 28, 2022. Apparently, my depositing and playing large amounts of money triggered something, a red flag, that has resulted in my account being locked.1. You are not informed that if you play over $1000.00 on the same day that they will lock your account.2. You are then told, oh, we don’t know why your account is locked but your account is being reviewed, and we will contact you.3. They don’t tell you when they will contact you unless you go on their website and get a person in the live chat. I was informed that I would not be contacted until September 3, which is an error because the 3rd is on a Saturday and they don’t work during the weekend.4. They are uncontactable, hidden behind a wall of automated bots and self-serve articles. No phone number, no way to get at live chat if your concern is withdrawal. The market is saturated with online bookmakers and casinos. Do not use Betway, use an alternative that is not employing such underhanded techniques. I will keep this post updated so you can all see the true severity of how long it takes them to return my own money to me.

Analyse the reviews . You will see until May 2022 , Betway got mostly good reviews, but reviews have changed hugely for the worse since then.In my case , all my 2022 transactions disappeared from my Betway account history sometime after May . This included 3 bets which should have been still open , settled bets , deposits and withdrawals . The 2021 transactions still show . The “Betway Team” is investigating & they say it will take a month . The sudden turn since May 2022 to clients leaving bad reviews about Betway tells me they may have a major management or financial problem . For this reason , I have complained to the Regulator , the Malta Gaming Authority . I had cause to complain to MGA a few years ago about Paddypower and they were successful in getting my money back .

Hi ,I was regularly playing in parimatch but one of the agent from betway connected through WhatsApp and informed me that he going to my account if I don’t deposit the money. So on 30/08/2022 I done the payment of 10000rs suddenly agent informed me that he going to send upi link from betway and I need to deposit the amount. I refused to do so because my some colleagues got scammed in the same manner . Immediately betway agent closed my account without giving 10k of my deposit amount. I have all the proof and evidence. So please stay away from betway.

over the past 4 to 5 months I’ve managed to deposit successfully on betway and been able to gamble, They have taken 3.9k in deposits, I actually won 3.3k and left a balance of 300 gbp in the balance, as soon as I requested my withdrawal my account was blocked, They’ve written to me to say they have confiscated my withdrawal and my remaining balance of 300 gbp and will not refund my deposits, That to me seems like fraud, There stating a reason that a duplicate account was opened which is very strange.. I’ve contacted them asking for this to be resolved and they are adamant they will not pay… I am going to have to raise a case to the UK Regulator

Do not register with this betting site! They promise you a free bet deal when you sign up, then don’t give you it when you settle. You then can’t get in touch with them, as they don’t monitor their support email or contact number, just an automated response saying read FAQ’s. The live chat is just an automated thing which is no help at all!. They are a con!

I have been using Betway for a few years and never had any significant issues. Recently I attempted to make a withdrawal for a decent amount of money and after the withdrawal process concluded, (it took about two weeks) I never received a dime. I have sent multiple documents of proof to their support email and they have not helped in the slightest. Betways ability to communicate with its users is a joke. I would stay clear of using this app these days.
