I have deposited over a 1000 dollars with my VISA. I played for few weeks and trying to withdrawal 660 back to VISA. Of course they say my VISA is restricted. Apparently, not when they want the money. I contacted VISA and they stated the card has no restrictions. I was told to update Withdrawal method as next step, of course that isn’t possible. Next step was to have it done manually by BETWAY requiring ID, bank statements, the same stuff I used to verify my account. The site tries to make it as difficult as possible to make any withdrawals, they give you the runaround. Technically it is still a SCAM when they make all these problems purposefully.

I deposited $90 because there was a promotion to match up to $200. Its been 2 months since I successfully e-transfered them my funds and nothing has come into my account. I have spoken to the company MANY times and they wont do anything about it. The excuse they gave me is that its the payment company’s fault and both theirs.

submitted documents for verification on the 13th November, have emailed twice to ask on progress of verification and just get a standard reply of ‘thank you we have received your email with your documents and will be in touch if we need any further’ can’t get on live chat because can’t login in until documents are verified. thankfully can’t deposit. very poor communication. if i could give no stars I would do

If I could give no Stars I would I set up my account and received an email saying if I deposit 10 I will receive 10 free to bet with (I used the link in email to deposit my 10). I still have not received this I emailed Betway who do reply and tell me to go on live chat. I have tried to get on live chat but cannot. I emailed them to ask for the live chat link as this is not working for me. I have been emailed with a list of steps to follow which will lead me to the live chat hyperlink (apparently). None of the steps lead me to the link. I have just emailed over screen shots to prove this to them. They have the ability to add this 10 on my account they just want me to give up making out they are trying to help with their emails back and forth just wasting my time they use false advertising to get people to use there site. My advice would be to avoid

Dear Betway Team, Forced to put a negative review owing to poor response time from Betway & making me follow up like crazy. I have been interacting with your agents for more than 15 days now. There is a withdrawal of INR 23,000 which was processed by Betway on 4th Nov22 but I have still not received the funds. I have shared my account statement with you on e-mail twice. You guys respond on e-mails only when I am on Live Chat with your agents & it takes atleast 1 hour for your agent to come online & start the interaction. Every time I have to explain the whole story to the new agent. My previous experience were good but the way I have been treated in last 15 days is horrible. Can I request someone senior/knowledgeable to handle my case.

They are scammers. I deposited 6000inr and they are saying that they hai not receive the money. When I e-mail then all the details along with the screen shot they are now saying they will look into this for 1 month. Please dont play with this app.

No phone customer service in Canada. The chat does not work. Betway now is like a scam. I closed my account because they renew the conditions and my account was not working. My account is closed 2 months ago and they did not refund CAN$360 I have in that account.

Hi , i opened up an account and put limits on it , i bet quite small aswell so im not a big gambler. I deposited 10 pounds and tried to bet , they then blocked my account and when i asked fir my money back they said they need to review my account and to allow time . What a dirty dodgy site , there seems to be alot of this going on. DONT USE BETWAY EVER . Thieves. To bet on the app/site you really need to have serious patience, the app freezes for like a minute or so each time you want to scroll down or want to go through the market. Worst app/site ever. Work on your site and improve your customer service!!!!!!

Time to give an honest review of Betway as I have been asked to…They are really good in the markets they offer but in terms of free bets or loyalty free bets sadly they are lagging behind Skybet Corals etc.I have only received 1 free bet of 2.50 in all the time I have been with them!Also the daily spin thing is permanently set on lose.There are worse out there though in saying all this.

Iam giving this a 2 star only because I finally got my money back after 16 days.Heres the one problem with this company that i have experienced.The depositing system is not great!some deposits do not credit but the money is taken from your account.This money then goes to betway but doesnt show on your betway transactions. You have to contact them which is by far the biggest hindrance of all. (Good luck on that one) Then, they want statements which you have to go to the messing about of getting extra software on your iphone like adobe reader to download up to date statements as screenshots isnt good enough. Eventually the money will appear back into your betway account.I had 120 returned of 130.I had to forfit the 10 as it became too much messing about going through it again. Also the free to play prizewheel is stuck on Lose. It has been for a couple of months.Other the that the casino and the slots are great and some of the best i have played. Mixed bag i suppose.

They opened my account with a self exclusion in place. Allowed me to deposit 1700 euros . I spoke with a guy named Michael on their online chat . He stated and I have the screen shot that allowing the new account was an error and a mistake . But they have yet to send me any email communication with regards to this. In order to Complain to their regulatory body I need a final letter outlining their reason based on their mistake and error made why they have not returned my deposits. There’s a complaints procedure for any business and again a company that think they’re above any law that you are not worthy replying to. I need that final letter outlining their reason for not returning my deposits before I can take this to their regulatory body. Wreckless people.

I have deposited multiple times with no problem then I have tried to withdraw and its has now been at the processing stage for 3 days and they are requesting furth ID which I have provided 3 days ago and they have not even acknowledged this I have tried 3 times now with no reply. What can i say.. 25th of oct 202w made payment.. Didn’t refin 30 min so started chat… Waited 30min plys for contact then got told pls sent pop.. To su…. betway.co.za lol more like nosupport@ but ja to get in the chat got told 24 to 48 hr matter sortes… After 48hr no reply from betway and had to do same thing contact them in chat waited 30mon plut got told sorry pls sen dall proof of payment…. Did that onea more got told again give it 24 to 48hr.. Hhaha its now the 9th Nov spent more money on data to get told every 48hr sorry matter will he sorted got chat history with them admitting consultants fault pls be patience… Matter resolved got even a mailer saing funds to be credited.. Wel 24hr to 48 my ass.. They keep om passing u t the next and the next and when u ask for previous consultant ja not there shift no manager or supervisor even geta back to u.. I left a review previously about an issue how their website was down and there was no way of contacting customer service.They replied asking my for username to contact me and find out more but they did not contact me at all. My account is now closed, it seems they reply to this on all chains and I would guess it’s purely damage control and they don’t actually want to help customers. Stay away at all costs.
