Looking at the reviews, unreal in terms of bad. They kind of summed up what I experienced all day yesterday (September 24, 2023) losing all kinds of time, time I could be spending better elsewhere.Woke up to see the $200 supposed “Welcome Bonus” has vanished, one week later. I will be happy if Betway can say to me that we will not give you withdrawal under any condition. The Betway chat executive asked me to create a police complaint and ask the police to come on live chat. This how even possible that a policeman will come to chat with you. I have created a police complaint but I know the police will not help. I requested a withdrawal on the 16th for £900. My withdrawal got accepted yesterday for only £250? My withdrawal is £900!!!!! Why have you only withdrawn what I’ve deposited? I can definitely tell that everytime I make a deposit, that it’s going to go…and betway will definitely take it all. Nobody cashes out for being $5 or $10 up…but it definitely disappears tho. After literally thousands I don’t think their pay out is set as very legitimate. Guaranteed to lose your money…im bowing out of this site…spent enough with nothing to brag about. Brad S.

I deposited money using my bank account. I went to withdrawal and every option to withdrawal says “You must make a deposit to this method before you withdrawal to it”So I guess I just deposited without ever having an opportunity to ever get my money back? What the hell is going on?

Such a horrible website to bet.I have used many websites in the past and I strongly believe they are the worst of all. I made a withdrawal request 3 days ago and whenever I reached out to get the status update, I was told by many agents that my withdrawl should get processed within 24-48 hours. After 72 hours (On Friday Evening), I reached out to their customer service and I was told I have to WAIT TILL MONDAY. They are scammers and I will definitely STOP using their website

The withdrawals from the 12th of September never arrived, it kept showing that it was still being processed, I queued up every day to contact customer service, and the customer service said the same thing with the robots it didn’t help at all. I just want my money back now, betway owe me over 400 pounds. In just one week I have had two problems, one with deposits not updating me and one with withdrawals not updating me. This site is a really bad experience and I don’t even want to give it one star. I need a quick and effective resolution not a perfunctory apology.

This is even the biggest scam that has happened to me. someone changed my account email on Betway and Betway never notified me about this. My withdrawal is pending, my account is locked, and how it’s even possible that they changed my email address without notifying me on my registered email.

Tragedy, I won the money, suddenly my account was blocked, of course they didn’t send an email, only information in the chat to send the documents, I sent it once, then again because they didn’t receive it. After the second time, they asked for a camera, I did it, and what I wrote in the chat, and again they didn’t receive any documents, just an empty email, apparently!!! 0 contacts, the worst bookmaker and a smacers!!

My withdrawal has been pending since August 24, in their system they will notify you that your money has been paid to your wallet , mean while the withdrawal is canceled internally from their site, if you write customer service of betway, they will ask you to contact the merchant customer service to provide statements of account with proof that withdrawal has not been received, total waste of time. It’s been 6months and deposit failed at betway end has not been paid.. It was upi payment for 52k and user name is tiwaraj_1986. So I won 5k on a ufc event and when I asked to withdraw, I provided all my information, bank details, ID proofs etc. then a week of no response and they lock my account for no reason. And when I go to customer support they put me in a queue that never ends. Lucky for me my father’s a member of the legislative assembly in my state. So I will be 100% taking legal action against them and ensuring theyll be paying fines in my state for the next year. I aint letting them off easy.

Don’t use this company, honestly just a scam. Stick to the big boys like William hill and sky vegas. I created an account with them after seeing so many adverts. Started playing for a few days then my account got locked right after I tried to withdraw my winnings and they told me that the operation team have decided to close my account down due to regulation checks. £1700 scammed from me been betting with betway for months but as soon as I win some money and try to withdraw they say my card isn’t verified and ask me to send a bank statement with my card number on to which my bank do not do for security reasons. After telling them this over and over again they will not release my funds so basically I have been scammed. Please avoid at all costs!!!!!

Betway have scammed me for 1700 pounds!!! Won’t let me withdraw my winnings keep saying they want a statement that contains the last 4 card numbers which my bank do not provide for security reasons!! I have sent photographs of my passport driver’s license my bank card bank statements yet that still isn’t enough??? It was enough to deposit money though!!! I placed my bet 620 euro yesterday in my betway app . After placing a low odd bet we usually cashout , But after placing the bet the betway server went down for the next 12hr . If the server goes Down for an hour its understable . But services not available for 12hr are not acceptable .In the end I lost all my money . If I could give this company 0 stars I would, it’s funny how my withdrawal is pending on my account and then all of sudden, my account is closed and blacklisted. Don’t make the mistake of thinking I will take this lightly Betway. I have already contacted the Gambling commission and if you do not release the monies owed for my withdrawal and also the money that was left in my account you will be paying out more than just that fee.I’m not sure how your website is still even able to work, you should be shut down. Shocking that betway is not paying the withdrawal.. gratefull that they paid before but now suddenly they asked for ID and instantly I provided them bank statement adhar card voting card pan card but they are not responding any of the mail I mailed them atleast 10 times and such experience I never had with any of the company.. I hope they solve the issue soon.. will write the review if any progress in the pending issue solved..Edit-1 betway mailed me to send the utility bill and ID document and I have instantly sent it to the email provided.. let’s see now what they do
