I like this site and have won big already . Only signed up this week. My first few withdrawals went into my account within a few hours. However they are now messing me about with my really big withdrawals. I was told that they would be in my account yesterday and they are still not in today. After that I first conversation, I had one with a different agent , who said that it was because they were quite large and it takes a while to go into the bank. So that contradicts the first person I spoke to. Secondly some of the withdrawals are smaller than the original one's , so the second person contradicts there self. Guess they just don't want to pay up .

It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. I reported my situation to Mrs Joanne a renowned recovery specialist Joannedawn56 via email and I got my money back after a long charge-back process.

THE WORST – DONT USE – AVOID !!

I joined this rubbish betting site as part of an offer. You have to take A selfie of yourself holding documents. BUT they only tell you this AFTER they have taken your money.

I have no issues sending copies of my passport, Driving License Bank account and utility bill. which you have to as part of the process, but taking a selfie of myself holding my driving license is utterly degrading.

BetVictor should be investigated and fined.
I opened an account on Saturday 2nd December, that went fine. I deposited 800 very quick very easy.
I placed a few horse racing bets, last a couple won a couple, with small bets. I then really fancied an horse I’d been following and placed a hefty bet on it and guess what it won, my account balance suddenly went to 2,443.27
This is where the problems started
BetVictor suddenly suspended my account, couldn’t update, couldn’t bet, couldn’t withdraw. They required 3 bits of information to verify my account, address verification, enhanced verification and deposit verification.
So I uploaded Copy Driving License, Copy Passport, Photo of me holding Passport, screen shot of my bank account showing deposits to BetVictor.
I then get email telling me proofs weren’t clear (they were trust me) and that they need to do a telephone interview to verify me personally.
I immediately went onto live chat and explained that I have a speech problem and that holding a telephone conversation is not possible, I can text I can live chat but speaking is an issue.
They were so uninterested, insisted on telephone chat, ignored my disability and continued to suspend my account.
I have since entered into 3 online chats with them, I have uploaded fresh documents 3 times, but they refuse to respond , refuse to allow me to withdraw my funds. Oh but they did say I could close my account, but can’t have the money until I talk to them on the phone.
My account number is 10250488, could I ask BetVictor to please look into the above, I feel violated and insulted by your actions and believe this is all about you not liking when people when and you trying to hold onto there money!
People, Please, please .please circulated this feedback others need to know that BetVictor discriminate against individuals and DO NOT honor there bets and keep people cash.

Please stay away from betvictor, they was quick to take a deposit from my PayPal account, but when I won 160 and tried to withdraw 120 and leave 40 to play with. I woke the next day to my account requiring attention, I had to send them a pic of my driving licence, they said not good enough so I sent them a pic of my passport, not good enough, I had to send them a pic of me holding my passport so they knew it was me, so I did. Still no joy, they closed my account for fraud and I didn't even recover my original deposit. Surprised they didn't want pics of my kids the thieving b-@#+&s. Another overseas ripping off company, please please please beware of these fraudsters at these difficult times. Stay safe every one and join sky bet 😂. Oh and they now have details of my license and passport

ive played quite a few different sites, i though i would give betvictor a go, something i wish i had not of done, deposited around 300 i know its not alot in the grand scheme of things, i have never been on site that basically doesnt give you a shot at all, i played electronic roulette small stakes and won nothing, tried my hand at numerous different slots i received 2 bonuses from around 200 quid at 20p and 40p a spin and i think my best win was around 12, please avoid this site like the plague it is awful

Low Betvictor slot RTP of 94.91% makes it virtually impossible to win at the moment? RTP well below those of the slots they host.
I just deposit and watch dead spin after dead spin followed by small meaningless wins which satisfies their RTP % but keeps me well under the radar of winning its been like that for nearly a year.
Like other sites struggling without a full sports card because of Covid they have to make a profit and thats were slot and non live casino game players come in easy pickings for them.
Will avoid and come back once the racing and football and all the rest of the sports get back to normal and Betvictor increase the RTP back to a normal figure.

Made my first deposit of 100 and withdrew 650 a few days later, it took around a week or less to arrive to my bank account. Withdrawal can't be done on credit card if you're from canada, so it was a bank transfer. Not sure if it's them or the bank, but international bank transfer cost a fee (15$ for me).

The one I know of which my youngest son makes use of is not a site but an instagram page,I have to force him tell me about that when I noticed he is already making a lot of money, investing and buying properties .the dudes name is EDDY_TIPS1 According to him he said he offers fixed odd on payment after winning, so all he does is to stake and pay after winning, thats just splendid😇😇

Updated Review.
After leaving a very pleasant review of this site a couple of weeks ago, surprise surprise, I am found to be wrong after all.
Been a regular on this site for the past month or so but tonight I went to make a deposit and it was rejected.
Contacted live chat 'Katie' and 'supervisor scarlett' were as useful as an umbrella made of single ply toilet paper.
Told me they couldn't tell me why my payments had a bock on and would have to raise to the payments team who would contact me within 24 hours.
Well this is not good enough. The payments team do not need to get back to me now as I will not be spending another penny with these fools and will use a different betting site moving forwards.

The slots have poor payouts comparing to over casinos, your stay at BetVictor is very limited and it feels to me as if there's some kind of balance cap… Can't seem to get it past a certain amount, or back up to my deposited amount.

Badly avoids giving any features or bonus games on the slots.

Site lags out on mobile, making it slow to navigate through.

Never any personal promotions, if there is, you're not notified, you just find it in your account… Expired.

Withdrawals are definitely a myth, 400+ net deposits and I'm a small depositor, something back over time would be nice, but hey… The randomness just works like that.

Looks like a fantastic site for the Fruity Slots YouTube channel, being affiliates and all… Bonus game on every session! Definitely not like that for me… Nowhere near.

Daylight robbery
Opened an account- deposited 100 won 160 on slots so requested a withdrawal
Nest day I receive an impersonal email quoting section 17 over their terms and conditions closing my account and withholding funds.

No further explanation, live chat was useless just told me to email them which I have done . No reply , I’ve also opened a dispute via resolver and await a response

Played couple of games in the Casino. What people do not understand that there is almost no chance to win. You might win at the start, but eventually you will lose. This is to get you into the game and make you to deposit more money. I did not play with my own money and would never do! Signed up this week.

Pros:
great layout, ease of use and a large amount of games to play.

Also, live casinos seem enjoyable and felt I had more chance of winning on that than I did slots.

Cons:

As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, I was quickly concerned about the lack of winnings received from the slots. I can't be sure whether that is to do with me hitting a poor streak or the bookmaker actually having a low payout. It's easy to get bitter and blame bookies for lack of winnings but if it is random, I guess the likelihood of many people hitting a bad streak is at some point is pretty high. I was just surprised that most wins were under pennies. I spent well over a hundred quid as a sort of taster to the slot games and had nothing to show for it in returns.
I did wonder if it was because I only play at 20p per spin.

I can't see me using slots too often on this site, nor any other for that matter, but I will definitely continue to use it for sports betting.

Do not sign up or visit BetVictor if you are a slots/casino player. I repeat DO NOT sign up. You will lose hundreds/thousands. The pay out and return is shocking. Dead spin after dead spin.

I have deposited little over 600 in the past couple of weeks. My highest win was 37. It soon took that back Straight after with 27 dead spins in a row at 1.50 stakes.

Very impressed with Betvictor. This site covers all your betting requirements and any payments due you can withdraw and takes 2 days to reach your personal bank account. A must is to download there app as I got logged off a lot of the time whilst playing slots and thus solved the matter. I do have an issue and that’s with any live games as it can disconnect but that’s maybe due to my own Service provider and where I live. Overall a great site, easy to use and at the moment I keep winning. Thus may change after I’ve wrote this review. We’ll see lol.
