Arguably one of the worst sites Ive used with regards to Offers. When you sign up the immediate offers are good along with the sportsbook loyalty tier. But after a few weeks those offers arent available to you anymore. Maybe this is because I completed all tiers most the time which meant I took advantage of all free bets available. Im a very loyal customer and right now the only offer I have on my sportsbook is the pick 6 which is brutal. On a side note if people are wondering why the rating is so high for Betvictor on trustpilot its down to the fact they ask you to rate them on trustpilot if they manage to resolve any issue for you on live chat. When they issue isnt resolved you never hear them asking you to review them on trustpilot. Decided to close my account which they seemed very happy for me to do so.

Its illegal company,proper controlled somebody login to my account from prohibited location(MALTA,GIBRALTAR)and manipulating a gameplay,dont comply they own T&C and legal action will be taken….such unprofesional company ignoring emails never replies back and action will be taken….

Worst casino I’ve ever played at spent 3k on multiple slots and every bonus round on every slot was dead spin after dead spin biggest win I got from a bonus was 24 quid out of 22 bonuses I got costing 3k I won 68.24 back all slots were on 2 quid stake and bet Victor slots are awful rtp must be extremely low at this site definitely won’t be playing again ill stuck to playing at mr q be careful people I’ve played at many many casinos this 1 us by far the worst I’ve ever played at self excluded myself from them aswell

Site is decent and nice sportsbet options but the withdraw is very slow (especially support accepting the withdraw) And this is usually done in purpose to get people cancel the withdraws and lose money.

After winning 8000, trying to verify my account. Sent drivers license, 5 different utility bills showing correct information, bank statement confirming my cards. I opted in for the wrong bonus, the $300 bet credit instead of the $600. This was resolved very easily with Kamil leaving a note on my account for when I placed a qualifying bet. Been with Betvictor for years-always reliable etc. until now (last 2 weeks). The site works very poorly from my Desktop (tried various browsers) Their Help did not really help. I can only put a single on the horses I can’t retain selections etc. to put a line on-I have no such problems with other sites. I guess I will be using competitors for Cheltenham. I bet you! it is due to being made better for mobile phone use.

Well to start there was no bull???? at withdrawal. Next my money arrived in 18hrs the first time and has never taken longer than a week. They have friendly and helpful support like Jesus the agent i dealt with today. The win ratio is awesome not like lots where you take a bonus and loseveveryplay till your broke without hitting a free spins or pot at all. Betvictor isn’t like that.
