Another FAKE review posted by Lorraine Reading. I mean seriously how dumb do yoh think people are Bet Victor? No one would need to contact live support that many times and then decide to come on Trust pilot to write a review about it and NEVER and I mean NEVER write another review about a separate company. Good site with good range. Slots are very hit and miss. Some big wins, then can spin for ages with nothing. Suggest withdrawing big wins after they happen then having a little break. Withdrawals are taking a minimum of 12 hours to be processed (bank transfer) My last 3 withdrawals (all do similar times) have stated processed and when contacting customer service I have been informed these have not been processed but are in the processing stage (why state processed??) Contacted CS again as it had been over 24 hours to be told they were still at the same stage. And now have to wait another 24hours for the payment team to get back to me. Why have they not contacted be directly if there was an issue? It’s more confusing as this has happened with all 3 withdrawals they all stated processed but have not been processed. So now I have to wait to hear back, which is not good practice. I do like betvictor but slowly starting to go away from it as the withdrawal process should not be so difficult.

Well what can I say…this casino is absolutely rubbish! In all I have deposited…not one penny back in wins or a slight sniff at any bonuses. Its an absolute scam and fixed to hell. The betting is simple though, just don’t play the casino unless you want to just give it your money.

Worst Casino provider ever…. After blocking my account because of Safer Gambling. I contacted Customer Service. As usual because of Terms and conditions they always have the power to dispute any bet that would harm me. Avoid this site I have 200 FS that they didnt gave me because they closed my account.

So I joined this site Friday.. I won. Few hundred pound Saturday night time, I tried to withdraw to my bankcard, but because I have deposited with Apple Pay, the withdrawal was cancelled and sent to Apple Pay. I then received the money within a couple of hours, I really thought I would be waiting five days but it was less than 24 hours. I am very impressed with the withdrawal process. The bonus I received when I joined, was really good too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.!

Definitely FAKE reviews lol, problem gambler here and after throwing so much money at this place with NO wins they decide to allow me to deposit but then requested affordability information from me (which I understand is a good thing) just tell me why you would allow me to deposit first then block me from playing my money through before asking for the information?? Think I’ll go somewhere else, I will truthfully say I’ve never known a site that gives less than 50p back after playing £10 on 20ps..I expect the response will just be just as trash as the site itself :😀

Signed up for £10 premier league bet and receive £30 in free bets.Managed to use £10 of the free bets but the remaining £20 seems to be impossible to spend! Can’t use on any Premier, Championship or International game!Chat says “You have £10 Bet Builder Free Bet for any Football Market and £10 Acca Free Bet (Double+ Selections)”, what the hell does that mean and where did it say that on sign up?Absolutely appalled, wasted half an hour clicking game after game where they cant be spent so given up and will just lose the remainder. You only get 7 days to use and I doubt I’ll find a single game to bet on in that time!Other gambling sites allow free bets on anything, BetVictor just limit to nothing. Seems I can bet on ONE Premier league game, TWO French games, some Turkish games etc, think that says it all.Never again!

BetVictor has a really good selection of games and great odds for sporting events. They also have some excellent customer service, particularly a chap called called Jesus, who has helped me a couple of times. Both things were my mistake, but he was excellent and took the time to explain things, and even re-credited me with a lost free bet.I really appreciated that and would recommend BetVictor highly. They have a good selection of slots here and I was really enjoying it but the slots have got so bad. They’re just dead. I do not expect to win all the time by any means but I do expect game play and entertainment. It seems to be lacking now. It’s so hard to get a bonus here. A lot of dead spins now. My rtp for the past week has dropped to 68% on games advertised at 96%. I play the same games across several sites too.

Existing customer for several years. They provided no real explanation, in disagreeable wording, when queried why they suddenly froze my account and demanded compendious, delicate personal info to unlock it. I explained they had data breaches in the past and was hesitant, which they completely ignored.Gibralta based, probably been caught doing something wrong, now tightening up algorithms ahead of an audit. I guess this in absence of any explanation. And I’d be ok with that, as long as they explained a little and dropped the surly attitude.I’ll take my custom elsewhere
