My house is full of Neptune products. I absolutely love everything I have purchased, Reasonable prices for the quality of goods. Delivery exceptional and always on time and if delivered by the guy with the van they are always very polite and helpful. Exceptional service all round.

Hanley vase was very poorly packaged. Was cracked in multiple places when it was delivered. Was not able to get a replacement as it was out of stock. Still haven’t received a refund over two weeks later.

The after sale service team of Neptune is great! Although some part of furniture went wrong, but after sales team had spend effort to make up the faulty, I want to particularly mention Roberto and Raffell, they were the two delivery men came and fetch my furniture for exchange and return, they were very patient and careful, they also gave me good usage tips so I can avoid the scratching on the floor. Glad Neptune has good staff like them.

Delighted with our table in terms of quality and design but also the service we received from the team. Kept informed about progress on the order and delivery by a designated delivery team who took great trouble to put the table together and check we were happy. Would order from Neptune again

We recently had a makeover in our lounge. It wasn’t huge but Danica has transformed our room into a beautiful, relaxing place to sit and enjoy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and we got exactly what we asked for. She was so professional and gave me her opinion when I asked for it and was so knowledgable about every item I asked about! It was a pleasure to work with her and I would definitely recommend her and the Neptune team wholeheartedly.

Delivery team was first class. Placed our furniture item in situ without any issues a tidied up and removed the packaging for us. Very helpful advice about care and maintenance of our product too.

Terrible customer service while returning an online purchase. No paperwork with delivery but I had e receipt which is more than enough in other stores but Neptune Staff struggled with this concept and struggled even more to communicate with me, their customer. Expected more from Neptune’s customer service

I find the staff at Neptune Belfast extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They have good knowledge of their products and you can rely on their expertise. Love the products. Even though i am not a big purchaser I get the same attention and treatment as with the high end purchasers.

We have been designing our kitchen and looking for a dining room and chairs over the last year. Lindsay and Danny from the Edinburgh Neptune store (which is situated within the Richard F Mackay furniture store) could not have been more helpful during this process. They have always been very welcoming and helpful and have taken great care to listen before making suggestions and giving advice. They are very knowledgeable about the furniture and home accessories they sell and we have found them a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. The Neptune furniture and is lovely and very well made and the displays always look gorgeous.

I recently purchased Christmas ornaments online .I was so pleased with the quality of the products & quick & efficient service provided from ordering to delivery I ordered a further few Christmas tree ornament’s. Day 1 ordered , Day 2 advised they had been dispatched Day 3 arrived . I could not recommend Neptune highly enough

We recently bought the Arundel dining table from the Reading store and our experience of dealing with Neptune from placing the order and receiving delivery updates to the 2 men who delivered and assembled it was excellent throughout. I worked with Helena from day one on the plan for our ground floor conversion. She really took time to understand our needs. given that we have children and animals! She worked hard to make sure she delivered everything we had asked for within our budget The attention to detail with our design and the flexibility Helena showed when we asked to adapt elements of design, was brilliant. We’ve now ended up with a beautiful living space that looks effortlessly chic and beautifully designed, but above all it’s warm, homely and comfortable – well done to the team and Neptune Chichester .

Bringing my Kitchen up to Date:Painting my kitchen was a big project because I wanted to paint the units as well as the walls etc so I was looking round Neptune York for inspiration when I got into conversation with Bryony. I sent her photos and she suggesting a colour scheme with which I am delighted. She could not have been more helpful or supportive.

My first time of visiting Neptune and wow what a lovely shop. Everything so beautifully arranged it made you want to buy all. This visit I kept the purchases to Christmas, but I have already been online making note of other items that will be an asset to my decor.The staff, especially Charlotte were lovely, helpful and very friendly. My visit coincided with the cookery demo and tasting by Becky Macdonald which was fabulous.

She was amazing and really helped me with the design process; choosing the right colours, textures and finishes to create a space that felt practical and beautiful. The whole process from start to finish has been amazing. Customer care is at the forefront of the process, Caroline who designed and managed the project has been so helpful and supportive throughout, she listened to my needs and provided exactly what I asked for and within the limited budget given. She has been on hand, answering questions, offering suggestions regarding interior decor and she has truly made this process a memorable and pleasurable project.I have had assistance from all the members of staff in this store and each time, the experience has been a positive one. They have gone above and beyond to ensure excellent service.Rob who fitted my kitchen was punctual, worked tirelessly and was supportive in some decisions needed during this time.Neptune kitchens are beautiful and I am so glad that I now have one in my own home. I recently attended the Neptune Mood board class hosted by Annabel which was such fun. I created a board which is nothing like I thought it would look like but it has really helped me focus on what I need to do to create the space I want for our guest bedroom. Highly recommend.

My daughter surprised me with a Christmas wreath making session at Neptune this weekend, and I just wanted to say how blown away I was! Andrea and the staff there were so friendly and accommodating, we were offered a coffee and mince pie on arrival, and a delicious glass of mulled wine whilst we were wreath making!! Andrea was lovely, she guided us through the wreath session with lots of advice and patience, we never felt rushed. There were 8 of us and after a couple of hours we all had made amazing wreaths! Such a lovely experience and such a great start to Christmas festivities!! Thank you so much

Ordered online and it showed that the item was in stock. Waited for weeks with no communication until I called and was told that all I needed to do was book a delivery. Annoying as I was waiting to be contacted. No choice in delivery days. Requested an afternoon slot and was emailed with a delivery window. Waste of time as the delivery men called me to say my delivery was half hour away, two and a half hours before my slot. I had to leave work.On the positive side, the delivery men were polite and very respectful of my home. They took their shoes off to go upstairs and were very careful taking the furniture up. They put the bed together with no issues and even put the mattress on which was a bonus.The furniture itself is beautiful and extremely well made. Quite expensive but it is built to last. Very happy.

I attended Andrea’s Wreath Making workshop yesterday and had such an amazing time! Andrea is super lovely and was so helpful, offering amazing tips on how to create the perfect, long lasting Christmas wreath. The whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish. Amazing value for money. Every detail was thought out to a T, from the tea, mince pies and mulled wine, to the gorgeous foliage for our wreaths – the list goes on! Will absolutely be booking onto future workshops!

Ordered the Coniston bed from the Neptune outlet. Nathan and Steve arrived perfectly on time and went above and beyond in assembling our bed. The allen keys were missing from the delivery so they went out and purchased some so that we could have the bed assembled today as planned.Lovely, helpful and informative guys. Neptunes has been a favourite of ours for many years and we’ve always found the staff very helpful. Today we came in for the Christmas opening weekend and found Shannan, Katie and Emily very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Shannan was particularly helpful with a lamp we were purchasing and advice on furniture we are interested in, thank you.
