I don’t normally bother with reviews but this company really are on another level when it comes to lacking manners and being totally ignorant. All live chat seem capable of doing is demanding your bet ID even when it’s not relevant.I will bet elsewhere. Maybe they’ll improve their attitude when they lose customers

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. I used get a bonus every Wednesday now is been more than 3 months I dont and every time I contact them theyre saying try next week. I been so loyal to paddy power but I feel theyre taking the P..s especially when Im a VIP customer but they dont treat me like one far from that. I told them if I go to a casino and Im VIP I get free meals or tickets for a show or a night in the hotel . If I was an online Casino owner and my customers are VIP I treat them like one and make sure theyre happy!!

Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Almost 48 hours later Im still being told that it is being investigated by the sports team, some sports team they must have not knowing the result of one of the biggest sporting events of the weekend. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give 5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

Paid out in the beginning but now it’s just take take take. Avoid, there are better sites out there. The game mysteriously jumps so bonuses are not won during play. And, if you do hit a bonus the payout is derisory.
