Withdrawals are frustrating. You should have a pending category so that one can see status. Also, the time it takes to process is very slow compared to other sites.

Not long been off gamstop decided to play at Betfred with a deposit limit was going great, deposited a few times throughout the week nothing major but I had no issues making deposits. Gone to log in to it said to contact Betfred so I did and the bloke on chat told me I was banned and thats final. Now, I assume thats because I withdrew a big balance but what annoys me is they had no issues taking money from me but as soon as I get a bit back theyve banned me ? nice one

Complete and utter garbage you will win on the slots when you play for the first couple of weeks. After that the amount of times I have played every time you will get a server issue when you are playing the slots is unbelievable. I think the sign up offer is good but the promotions are extremely poor. I get better offers from bet365. At bet365 I had a free bet in my account on Saturday for Ascot and when does Betfred do that. That's why Betfred got 2 stars.

Do not trust this casino I've lost thousands to them. Whenever I seem to be up on wins the slot will start acting strange with jumping reels an errors. How betfred and other casinos can scam people is beyond me guess paying the rite people off on the board of the gambling commissions would help.

Exclusion period ended so I registered an account. Betfred closed the account took my deposit and refused to give me access and my funds back. They say they can do whatever they want and do not have to give any reason why. Their terms do not support their claims.Staff are rude, abusive and homophobic.
