Disappointed.UI and UX is awful. Slow to load and awkward to navigate.You have to waste time logging in every time.No search function for fast navigation.The free Bets offered for sign up are unreasonably restrictive [4+ leg minimum and no each-way options allowed].Betslip errors are frequent and poorly explained.I could go on. I won't delete my account for now but i will favour other sites.

Has to be up there,top 3 worst betting websites.Poor customer service for starters.No reply when you have an issue or general question.The whole layout compared to other websites is amateur.Shocking promotions and deals to entice a customer old or new to engage with them.Go elsewhere,you will get a better betting website and more from this lot🥱🥱

New customer of only a week and was attracted to offer of £50 in bet credits once you join and deposit £1o or more which I have done and I’m still waiting for the credits.I actually have deposited £35 and still no credit received.I play lottos the returns Bet Fred are excellent much more than Coral or William Hill The Nifty 50 has great returns for small amounts .Hopefully I will receive my bet credits soon ,if so I will update and if I do I cannot fault the experience.Apparently I did read the T&Cs correctly Which is entirely possible however Bet Fred have now offered £20 credit one time offer Which I think given the marketing glitch Acceptable Clever marketing.

I'm still used to the user experience from another betting app (which is easier on certain betting scenarios) so that was the reason but over time I can only imagine it will become more familiar and just as easy to use as my old favorite.

Fishin frenzy is nothing short of a scripted pile of 💩 125 free spins on 12 bonuses the 12th being 15 free spins 4 scatters...bloke still come out ONE time. In all 125 free games he come out 10 times more than often he didn't come out at all my highest win was a 4x utterly disgraceful. Go elsewhere these are about as straight as a roundabout! Thanks betfred got my first ok win last night just thought I'd give it a try again and nothing after £20 no sign of a bonus so like i said before if u win collect ya winnings and uninstall the app cause they will take it all bk its a scam they know what they are doing. Its a mugs game u never win!!!!!! Scumbstds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
