Really poor.... I moved over from Paddy Power and Sky bet.. only to discover my ACCA didn't win even though Aberdeen had gone 2-0 up and I would have one with other providers!!

in past gave this company 5 star NOT NOW they know ibet on football games but 2 days ago backed a horse they took bet no bother wonder why as most horse racing fixed in bookies favour i put same amount of money day after on footy bet they refused it said i could only bet smaller amount on this bet well done betfred your no better than any other bookies running scared as i normally win on footy bets shocking way to treat customer that backs at same place every week

I work for a rival bookmaker and joined Fred to place some national bets as couldn't get out. Their prices for horse racing on the app are ridiculously less than what was offered in shop and the app itself is hard to navigate and this is from someone who knows the way around them.

I backed the Scottish Grand National winner and was paid out at only 20/1 when it was a 30/1 winner. All the other companies I use pay out at best odds when better than original stake price.

Was wary when I seen so many bad reviews. Rightfully so.Zero welcome offer Went to withdraw and was told (After already depositing 30 plus with my card. That I couldn't withdraw to this card) standard debit card.And the only way they could resolve it and allow withdraw was to remove my card and told me if i re-add it and make another deposit, than It will work.Quote from their email: **********************************************Hi,Thank you for your email.I have now removed the card from your account, could you please re-add the card with the minimum deposit in order to activate this for withdrawals please, this should then work for you once this has been done.**********************************************Hahahahaha if I hadn't the email to prove it. I wouldn't believe it either.
