So they have a player listed for the Masters which I back. Turns out this player hadn't actually qualified for the Masters so was taken out. However I had already placed a small bet. I have asked to be refunded so I can place the bet on someone else. I was told no, that it is an Antepost bet so no refund. Question still remains, why was this player able to be chosen and backed if he hadn't qualified? Surely he should not have been available on their site. Their online chat is a joke, twice I had to wait so long for a response that my login had timed out and I had to log in and start all over again. Really poor experience and really poor customer service, not to mention that morally allowing a bet to be placed on a person that hadn't qualified does not smell right, dodgy.

At long last I was able to change my password and bet on the Aintree meeting.Your horse racing format is ok but cannot seem to find any past form of horses including the going that they raced on.

My once a year venture into a betting shop.....my £80 e/w bet for the grand national had to be phoned through for approval!The price was written on the slip without me asking for this or being told this that ultimately cost me £1000 approx.I bet in cash but was told I'd have to have winnings put on a card... luckily I had one.Head office had to be called again to approve paying me my winnings!Completely disgusted with service and two days later money still not come back onto my card .
