This is my unhelpful response I keep getting, they say I’ve took the complaint to there next department, but then tell me I need to do it again. Do not use this company you won’t ever get any big money back from them! They never respond with my questions about what department has my complaint, I’ve asked to put a formal complaint in, and I get no response. I will keep adding negative reviews to try and protect people from joining up with these robbers, use other better companies is my advice. Hi, Thank you for your email. Closed my account down for 2 reasons. 1- how can you keep a customer on hold on life chat for 51 mins. This is outrageous and there should be no reason what so ever for this. No reason at all.2-The last 2 weeks I’ve had to change my password. Keeps saying wrong password. Well I have news for you.I know my password thank you. Won’t ever come back to this site.

Lots of slot games that I’ve never saw before so lots to keep you amused. At the end of the day though, you may as well just open your window and throw your money out. There is only EVER one winner here and that’s Betfred. Another £50 lost today, cheers. Bonus rounds are rare and when they do appear you don’t get much. I can take it on the chin, fair enough, I can handle it. Doesn’t mean it’s nice. I don’t know who wins on these games but one things for sure it’s never me. Game stability is also an issue, often being kicked out mid way through games. I would not recommend Betfred casino.

I have self Exclusions in place on a 5 year ban, this site will allow anyone to join they do no checks , they allow so many bonus request and never blink an eye lid, I was allowed to register and deposit alot of money on this site and till I complained the ganes were glitchjng they then realised I'd requested a while back for a self Exclusion, they need to be shut down, I have so many emails back and fourth from them and also from there partner sites were they have failed securityThis us an update for Scott who has replied with the robotic reply, j have emailed use several times over the last few weeks and have had no reply or help
