Your website is the worst I’ve seen, especially for cash out. Twice I tried to do this on my bets & CO was never offered. Sky Bet so much better, even if Its only for a few pence. I won’t be depositing anymore funds in the future.

As for betting, generally speaking is fairly satisfying. the problem arise with a retarded customer service.Phone lines tell you to use online chat, and this is 20 minutes wait,longer on a Sunday.And the chat suggests to email support,1 day to respond.They don’t use two ways text verification for logging in problems either.

Placed a bet. They declared the bet as void and returned my funds. Clearly they offer misleading odds to try and entice you in, when they don’t have any intention of honouring the odds they offer. Scammers

Having signed up after seeing a promotion for a free bet offer if I deposited funds, I did not however receive the funds advertised. Having waited half an hour for a response on the live chat the assistant was indifferent to my concerns. Extremely poor and misleading advertising standards from betfred. It is concerning that this company is still allowed to operate given their poor advertising and the fact that a pivotal exclusion was omitted from the main body of their advert, for no reason other than to mislead the public and entice them to sign up. Wish I had read the reviews before signing up. Scam – avoid

So far Betting with Betfred has been hassle free. The previous company I placed most of my bets with (for 28years) decided they wanted verification of my account despite me submitting my Driving Licence as requested) So using another online bookie is indeed a learning experience makes me wonder why I stayed with PP for so long …..

On Saturday, January 11th, when the race meeting upon which I had placed my free bets was abandoned only a partial (one third) refund of my stakes was made. I queried this and what I believe was a robot eventually and curtly insisted the stakes HAD been refunded. They hadn’t, as my account clearly showed on screen. The robot insisted, however, so I tried to place bets up to the amount I believed, and the robot agreed, should have been refunded. Obviously they were rejected. The refund had NOT been made. I am still owed a few pounds but I am not going to argue the point further. Betfred can keep the money and close my account. Feel free to publish this comment.

Decent games and easy to deposit. RTP is very fair also. One downside it seems if you withdraw over a certain amount they electronically transfer your winnings meaning it takes a few days. Overall 8/10

I had a bad experience with withdrawal of monies back to my card from my Account .. So I have decided to leave Betfred.. Over this and the negativity of the help line who were accusing my card on being fraudulent just doesn’t cut it for me.. I found this company great if your not winning they ask for no information off you ,However recently I won alot of money on a bet , Then they started to ask for really Personal information . There are inportant things that are private like personal bank details , Website is good but custmer services are shocking , You see Fred on TV doing the sales pitch , not true stay away .

2 days ago, after I’ve won 1500+ Pounds there, they blocked my account without any explanation and not allow me to withdraw my funds.
