my issue is with their contactless transactions which when declined still deducted money from my bank account. this happened at the local shopstupidly i put card in after the supposed declined transaction to now have both deducted from my balance. and its a joke that betfred are slow as buggeries at accepting one transaction was declined and im having wait 8 days before i can receive a refund. i wont ever be using contactless again in their branches as they dont give a toss about the inconvenience this can cause some customers.

Scam artists beware , I put a £100 bet on but mistakenly put £1000 on due to me not having my glasses on which I lost them that night , then the next morning after looking in my bank I noticed betfred £1000 on my bank statement, I immediately contacted them to be booted of the site and banned for good rather than trying to help me.Now listen betfred you are a piece of 💩 to your customers and don’t bother replying with your “please contact customers service crap” , you only write that to make yourselves look helpful to everyone else but you are scum and you wouldn’t give a toss about anyone on your reviews , SO TO ANYONE READING THIS DO NOT GO WITH BETFRED !!! , THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT ANY ISSUES YOU WILL GET BOOTED OFF , so stick that up your rear betfred I hope you lose customers or potentially customers once they read this what you really do behind the scenes !

Joined Betfred recently. I’m 73 years old and not particularly technologically savvy. But I found the website pretty easy to navigate.Moreover, the speed in which winning bets were credited is fantastic. Well done Betfred.

You need to be more clear in your promotion of races if you say you get your wager back or stake back or whatever if your horse finishes second but it only applies to certain bets you need to say that so people like me don’t fall for it

I’m quite disappointed as I wanted to self-exclude but you in the bookmakers but you do a 24-hour calling off. Before you can. Self-exclude and you need a passport photo. You do not take a picture in the shop. I feel this is unacceptable and does not safeguard compulsive gamblers who want to try and quit gambling for good

Betfred was probably one my first sites I enjoyed few years back I remember their costumer service take extremely long and the person taking my enquiry was rather rude back then…however recently I gave them 2nd chance and their site and costumer service has improved… even doh my experience with them first time wasn’t best… they have improved so can’t knock them for changing also back then you would deposit but get nothing back in return oin their promotion system that’s has also changed for better also….

After having my account compromised I told Betfred about the issue. Could not talk to anyone had to do it all over email. They closed my account which still had 20 pounds in and told me I was not able to be a customer anymore effectively stealing my 20 pounds. Terrible company please use another betting app

Be very careful Betfred Staff Harrogate. Went to collect my winnings second ticket which was a win scanned 3 times, 2 times saying didnt win and coming up has a different race, I was adamant it won then scanned third time and bingo it came up. Member of staff had his wallet bang next to till and 3 £1 next to it. Avoid at all costs I wonder how many times this scum has done this.

Your promise of Free bets. Did not work for accumulated bets . like a lucky 15 horse bet. When I tried to get support from you, firstly your on line support was rubbish you told me this should work what I was trying to do. Then your customer service number does not respond at all. And your Emails was not responsive, when you only gave me 7 days to use Free bets. After spending a lot of time I have know used Free bets on lottery which has worked. Just when you think you are getting somewhere on a game it conveniently glitches, kicks you out & you have to log back into the site and start the game from scratch (not like other sites/companies where your position in the game is remembered)…and you can forget about winning anything at that point! by far the worst betting app out there. once u place the bet they lock the cashout and you cannot use the feature. many games that you bet on suddenly dissapear and you need to check the scores on a third party website. the site seems to be designed by a 1950s betting conman. not up to date and very fishy. i would avoid at all costs

Very limited on your football bets, as in BTTS in both half’s, 2 corners each in both half’s? Or 2 shots on target each team in each half and 2 corners each in both half?. In other words there’s no long shot odds. But my worse gripe is you keep logging me out if I haven’t scrolled for more than 5 minutes. Also if I bet on the football and I check my bets then it doesn’t show what the score is?I don’t find your website very helpful
