Again Betfred did not help. Messages back from dysfunctional customer service say they can’t and won’t help. Yesterday it was Reace F. And then Adrienne M etc etc passing the buck and telling me Scott the person that deals with truth pilot is confused. I have sent all the information over the weeks to Joanne Whittaker through customer service to forward on to her but hold out little or no hope of them actioning that request. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Awful site. I’ve topped up 4 times, didn’t get the welcome bonus that I signed up for. Had no win either.It’s definitely not the site to enjoy slots etc. Normally on others you get little wins to keep you interested but with betfred absolutely Zero.

I played many games on this site some good some ok some bad I understand this is casino you might loose your money but it seems they are cheating at least some of the games they promote. I played the game boom banks 333 for 2 months at least 15-20 min each time sometimes hour or more mostly played 0.20 per bet and each time I spent 10 to 40 quid but never paid out more than 10to12 quid even when I get free spins, this game has three different free spins it accumulates and randomly triggers so first one X amount of free spins up to 40 free spins, second jackpot free spins whith 6 different jackpots and it gives 7 free spins if triggered, third one X times the bet up to 10x also 7 free spins if triggered, so problem with this is first one went to 40x free spins over time and third one 10x times but never triggered in two months, only one triggered few times is the jackpot one and never go above small jackpots like 2 quid or 3 quid. They started promote same game but Christmas edition called fat frogs also played that game about 30-35 days same thing it just takes your money so I would advise you to stay away!

Last summer my card details were stolen from the Betfred site with fraudulent transactions going into somebody else’s account. Betfred offered my absolute no support, providing me with one line answers of “talk to your bank” closed my account and ignored my emails for help. Once my bank reclaimed my monies back I am again being ignored by Betfred as I am trying to withdrawl the money that I had in my account prior to this happening. They clearly only care about fraud / money laundering, like in previous media coverages, when they need to pay out. Will be turning to IBAS and the gambling commission for help.

I used to have a good experience with Betfred, but in recent years, their service has declined. They now require approval for bets over £100, which often causes delays. Additionally, while they advertise boosted prices, they frequently don’t honor them. Unfortunately, this has made my betting experience frustrating. My initial review I asked you to avoid Betfred at all costs. They sent a reply from Scott asking me to contact them and look into what issues I had. For a moment I thought well they do actually read there reviews and they have a conscience so I emailed them and a reply came back in the early hours of the morning from a Samantha asking me to give her details of my problems and she get back to me. Of course non of this happened and they obviously didn’t look at my complaint. Please don’t be fooled by them sending you a email to get back through trust Pilot it’s all just to pull the wool over the publics eyes. Ignore at your own peril!!!

In the shop they boost favourites for 6% of the punters the rest get no boosts. They bang on about being higher than hills corals paddy power etc yet betfred boosts a favourite. Paddy power in shop or on line if you do the outsider its boosted. Mo salah to score any time 1/6 fred boost 1/3 paddy power Evens a proper boost.Also 90% of shops settle my bets wrong as if we did a breakdown of all bets i would make management diretcors ceo look silly.But the staff.
