William Hill Review

I am only a small time player of slots and I have noticed a definite change in the performance over the last few months. They are now more difficult to get a bonus. You never get a bonus early, tempting you to chase loses. Bonus's rarely give high pay back. I think the alogorithms also play the player.
I used to leave having won sometimes, but overall a loss, but I have not now won in weeks.
They have obviously lost a lot of income from Fixed Price Betting Terminals & No sport since lockdown, they are trying to make up in other ways.
All they have to do is ensure you do not get a bonus, a simple software manipulation, to ensure greater profit.
I will no longer play any slots on line.

I've spent over £1500 playing electric avenue online slot @ £1 a go, what a rip off, scatters don't come up very often and when they do it's a small return.when does the 96 % RTP come into play, it doesn't exist, it's absolute rubbish you will never get the chance to win back some of your losses because you'll be broke, no fun at all it will make you ill, does William Hill care do they f—.

William Hill my go to bookies for such a long time, alas no longer. Betting wise a fine place for a punt, and the odds boosts are always a welcome bonus. Have most of the various sports fixtures played around the world to bet on, not on a par with BET365, but who is? Decent odds available and personally I find their site very easy to use.

Slots were always quite fair in my opinion and there was always a chance for a decent win until the dreaded Covid-19 came to town, now the only game you play is how much am I going to lose today on them, doesn't matter which slots you go on it is the same monotony of dead spins and no bonuses. You know you are not going to win but you are truly transfixed as the reels go round and your finger keeps pressing until all hope is gone, or money -whichever comes first.

Where as you get bonuses from the other bookies for being a loyal customer, don't expect the same from William Hill, as they seem to have the mantra that they don't need these incentives to keep their customers happy.

The one beacon of light was their Bonus Drop, where more often than not you would receive some free spins and at least have a chance of wining some money, however in their wisdom they have replaced it with Bonus Explorer, which is possibly the worse game ever invented for customer loyalty, as the chances of winning free spins daily and even weekly are scandalous, it is supposed to be random yet it is the same pattern daily, first 2 squares selected something in them, next 3 squares crosses in them.

This is the final nail in the coffin for me, even Ladcrooks do better customer bonuses and that is all I need to say in this regard, so so long William Hill it was a pleasure until 3 months ago.

DO NOT USE WILLIAM HILL POKER!!!!

Now before you assume I’ve lost a lot money, I haven’t..I’ve only put a about £50 in the website to play poker but I’m disgusted to find its completely fixed and the gameplay is statistically fraudulent. William hill poker is fixed. I’ve proven it for a fact. It doesn’t matter what skill level you are, the website comes after you and the cards are completely programmed to fall a certain way. It’s not realistic in any way shape or form.

The amount of runner runner outs, 5% chances and 1 card outers that win are So frequent it’s completely unrealistic and fraudulent gameplay.

I don’t know how they’re legally allowed to operate with such illicit and quite frankly fraudulent software running the website.

Horrible site, very poor live chat, set up an account, sent the valid I'd and documents, lodged money in,cudnt bet so I enquired and I was told my account was restricted???? Tried numerous times to get an explanation but nobody was authorised to give me one, judging by the scores above I may not be the only one, would urge people never to join this site,

Deposits aren’t working since a month, you need to contact support every time. Takes about 30-45 minutes to get it solved, move to Comeon or Unibet!

Horrible customer service response time and then they don’t even answer your complaint. The took a significant amount from my account without telling me or making me aware in any such matter. Were happy to let me deposit and believe I won then the following day adjusted my balance and did not tell me why until I questioned their antics.

Was told I could have £5 as compensation for their actions and no apology!! Total jokers as a long time customer I’m disgusted and am emailing the CEO regarding their service.

Don’t even care about it now just want to make him aware of what a terrible site he is running and I suggest anyone who is annoyed does the same and make him earn his millions of pounds a year.

Bonus Explorer feature is terrible. Everyday for over a week I get two feature pictures and three crosses. Its supposed to be random. I tend to spend my money with the betting company that offers the best bonuses. William Hill will not be getting my money. Would recommend Paddy Power for bonuses.

BEWARE! Wow just wow. Just lost £1,500 on their online roulette games. Any section I play just gets avoided by the ball, the same spin that I decide to change numbers, it hits my previous biggest winning number. EVERY time. I played around 6 different games during the process of this tragic loss. I will make sure I read reviews before I next sign up to another betting site. William Hill is simply not the one! I wish I screen recorded it so I could upload it to YouTube and leave the link in here. William hill have so far today advertised 3 markets that will be live to watch if you place a bet.

Place the bet and nothing, their broadcast of William hill TV can only show what they decide to show.

spent over an hour with the most unhelpful and ill informed customer service team who even after been provided with screen shots on several occasions still do not know how their own company works and what they are broadcasting.

i can only assume duping clients into placing bets is illegal

The rewards are non existent, the promitions laughable, other sites compete for your loyalty and reward it, William Hill take it for granted. Their staff treat you like simpletons, when you question them on it and want to have an honest discourse they give generic responses and take 15 minutes to tell you what you already knew; they won't give you anything. Daily drops was mediocre but the new promotion bonus explorer is worse amazingly, 5 free spins a day became a week and every day picks follow the same pattern, but it's random right, despite seeing spectacular odds fall in Hills favour while you can barely get in a modest win. Never seen a site where so many seem to purely complain about the low win rates, but I have to say I have noticed it too. Once kings of the high street, this former giant needs to do more to stay relevant and competitive or they will go the same way their high street shops have.

The roulette is fixed so that it robs you and makes you feel that the win was very close …. you can bet on one number even 30 spins and the number does not fall .. The moment you choose another number, the one you left will immediately fall … bad luck ..? Put my self on a 6 month exclusion from the site and was told it ended June 1st,so on June 1st I contacted them to re open the account I was then told I would need to wait until June 2nd for my cooling off period to end and to contact them then (what difference 24 hours would make when I have been off for 6 months I don't know),so I phoned them back on the 2nd and waited over 45 minutes to be connected to an agent that did literally nothing apart from take my details to be told I would need to wait another day for a phone call to reactivate my account. I explained to the agent about what had happened regarding the time I was waiting and asked if my account could be credited as compensation for my long wait and constant delays to which I was told he wouldn't do that for me,so a long wait just to get a message that said sorry

I've had a william hill account for a few years
and only used it a handful of times,my friend is into his poker so we have been playing online together once a week as a social thing during lockdown. I have only deposited £30 In the last month and he has pretty much won every game as I'm rubbish but it doesnt matter as we had dozens of games all for very low stakes and we chat and drink at the same time, William hill has just locked my account demanding proof of Id, photographs and an explanation of my last game claiming some sort of fraudulent behaviour! My last £5 now sits in my account and it will stay there as I am not playing there silly games for the sake of a fiver. Utterly ridiculous behaviour from them when you consider the time frame and amounts that have been spent, maybe they weren't happy that my money was going to another player and not being lost on their dodgy fruit machines? I would just alert anyone to the fact that they can do what they want when they want and for next to nothing so be cautious with depositing anything with them as they may well make you jump through hoops to get it back.

Wrote to them about my son's bet, he is Down's [31 so legal bet] as local shop is shut with lockdown. I also made a bet. That was at start of lockdown. No reply; no change there then.
I complained, also some months ago, about my son being asked about his age, in their shop in Donnie [Doncaster], although he was patently over 18. Never received a reply. When complained, was asked to provide more details, which by the I had forgotten.
I have dealt with other firms such as Plucks [I think I have spelt it right.] and when we forgot to collect a bet whilst on holiday, they sent us a cheque, no probs!

Ok so i got banned from william hill as i found out william hill vegas the is no big winners on there jackpot slot machines . The mega jackpots always get won around 12 pm ar night and never in the afternoon or morning making you play for nothing , . People can and 1 person will win around 11 million each 24 hours but the is never any news regarding the win . Nothing on social media nothing in news papers. I confronted william hill with what i had seen and after reading other news articles. William hill could not respond to the questions i asked . 1 of my questions was how come the jackpot gets won around 12 pm night every day . Iv not seen it won in 4 years with in the day or afternoon time . 4 years of seing this what are the odds in this . The second question i asked was how come we can never see any news on the main jackpot winner if i had won that much money i would be telling all on social media and informing my news papers and so on but not a single bit of news ever in 4 years. i am classed as a William Hill gold customer but only because of my stupidity i have given WH a lot of money. When playing games the win ratio is far less than they say. Why can you gamble over 100 pounds and get nothing back. They know it's you because the games are in the same position as you left it. Daily drop is good fun but their non live Blackjack games are the worst I've experienced. I play a lot of online Blackjack and can safely say that WH is the worst site going. The dealer will regularly have 10-15 winning hands in a row. Avoid at all costs. Genuinely do not know that is allowed to happen as the odds of that happening for player or dealer in an actual game are monumentally high.
