I was interrupted at a betting terminal today by a member of WH staff telling me that I was betting 30% more than usual and did I have a problem? This was apparently relayed to them via my ‘algee-rithams’. This was the second time I had been in the shop over the previous 3 weeks, so it was hardly the case, and furthermore I don’t have a Plus Card so they can’t actually have monitored my betting. I suggest they learn what algorithms are, how they work and perhaps even how to pronounce the word itself. It may make them and their company seem slightly less ridiculous.

Verified my account at the beginning with no issues, recently won over £500 on the live Blackjack tables, suddenly my account was frozen and needed to be verified again before i could withdraw, im now over 3 weeks later & still havnt been able to get account unlocked and any documents i have sent is either rejected or no reply. i figured out why i dont seem to be able to make a withdrawl and win something.. the rtp is on a par with motorway service station casinos. 91/92% rtp is going to blast thro your deposit too quickly without giving you the chance for a nice strike. House edge is too big .. it used to be 96% and a 4% edge. Most other uk casinos are using 94% which is still low, while krypto sites are advertising the original 96% but then they arent regulated and may not pay out. Hard times these days choosing where to play.

Such a shame of some of the bad reviews I’ve read, listen guys…I’m a player on William hill/vegas and have been for a few years now and I can assure anyone thee integrity of there site is 100% genuine and there software which some people like to blame is also100% perfect on most devices. i won a bet, they refused to pay me back. the reason they gave was because they wanted to pay to an account that was closed over a year ago. I explained it was closed and that my deposit did not come from there, they wouldnt tell me their name, they wouldnt discuss with me, they wouldnt help, i tried withdrawing to the account they wanted me to withdraw to, it bounced back (because it didnt exist) and now they have frozen my account with my winnings on their books instead of my account. DO NOT BET WITH WH – use betfred instead.
