Do not open an account William Hill. They let me open an account and pay money in and then I was not able to access it anymore as documents are missing which I have all provided. Since then I can not access my account anymore.

Yeh read the reviews first, £10 spins and you get about a tenner back! It’s definitely one of the worst sites for slots, bonuses are very rare and they pay absolutely nothing, the reason they arnt bothered about giving customers a good experience is coz they make more money robbing people than the fines they get from gambling comission, witch are a waste of space aswell lol

Another thieving betting app. Cash out was unavailable for several minutes with a 403 error (website error not my phone) until the bet ended, disguising blatant robbery with an error code is just a pathetic low life tactic. IBAS will be recieving a complaint direct as William Hill are not contactable by email or chat. Time these stealing fu*kers were shut down for theft.

Absolutely taking the p### I had an online account with them for around a year when I tried to log on today was blocked and told my account had been closed after hours of chat trying to get my money back which was in the account was told I had to give them photos of my bank account and to get a photo of me holding my passport and driving licence both of which I informed them I don’t have then I was passed to a supervisor who didn’t bother to answer I them got through 3 hours later and was told they would just leave my balance of around £40 in the account that I am locked out of

Reopening account. Nightmare. Endless sending documents. Done it 3 times now. They confirm I am now verified. But still cannot log in. So I called up customer services. They don’t handle phone calls about verification any more, so phone goes dead. So I try chat bot firing generic stupid suggestions. Finally through to human. Human says he will take care of it then and there. I upload documents in the chat. He’s says the quality is too blurry. I suggest it’s more a reflection of their upload capacity as i was using an iPhone 12. He said he can’t read address, so I zoom in on address for both Bank statement and passport. He said it’s now invalid because it’s cropped. And hands me back to Will the chat robot. Utter garbage merry go round.

Got banned from playing free games obviously because I've never deposited any of my own money but have won £300+ on free games. Went to 'contact us' several times - the 1st 3 times I was told a supervisor would deal with explaining to me why and the supervisor just never appeared on the chat. Since then the agents are now closing the conversation. I simply want them to admit its because saying 'the bookie always wins' definitely does not apply in my case as I have been bearing the bookie. This is shocking as I've won fair and square! How they have dealt with me asking for a legitimate explanation is disgusting. I have screenshots of it all. Avoid William hill !!!!!! hi I would give zero if I could but I can't. William Hill are the worse they don't contact the losers but soon as you win they block your account and get safer gambling involved and then you have to explain to them. its been five days William Hill have with held my money £26k was playing quantum roulette and won loads from a £70 deposit but William Hill think I need help and a chat with someone? now my account will stay open but £100 deposit limit in place once this gets sorted and at this rate might have the money in time for xmas

I created an account about a year ago, deposited my money and then I get asked for verification after the fact. I've sent them more details than I needed to send my solicitors when taking out a ducking mortgage! The people who are on the verification team can't seem to connect the dots, they just request more and more information. I gave my passport, driver's licence, multiple bank statements from multiple banks, credit card statements, wrote my username down, all of the above with selfies as well, my payslips for Christ's sake.Still frick all. I then asked to have someone higher up take a look because I was hoping someone with a brain cell could just check the box that confirmed who I am. But no. I wouldn't be surprised if they will be asking for some blood next or maybe a sperm sample.What a bloody joke. USE SOME COMMON SENSE

Tested these properly tonight. 10p stakes hit a bonus after 8 spins won 1.20.. 10 more spins later another bonus won 3.44 raised my stake to 20p 15 spins hit another bonus won £2.24. Raised my stake to 60p with the remaining £10 I had every spin was a loss apart from one where i won 24p. Just like all the other casinos. Tested these properly tonight. 10p stakes hit a bonus after 8 spins won 1.20.. 10 more spins later another bonus won 3.44 raised my stake to 20p 15 spins hit another bonus won £2.24. Raised my stake to 60p with the remaining £10 I had every spin was a loss apart from one where i won 24p. Just like all the other casinos. I was unlucky enough to "win" their "FREE or 4" promotion, correctly guessing 6 games with 3 or 4 goals. £200 in free bets were credited to my account, great..! Then they suspended my account to 'verify' my details. This has been going on for months even though I have provided all the overly intrusive demands for photos of this, that and the other. The free bets have now expired and I still do not have access to my account that has a balance of over £150. Can only contact via "LIVE chat", which is not actually live, call centre scripted responses asking for the same things and if you are put through to a supervisor the chat bot "breaks". BE WARNED you will never actually win anything from these guys...!

Got a deposit bonus, spent the spins, won £23 and then they locked my account instantly, so I sent in my details and they said the writing was blurry, I've just sent another picture in and I got an email saying they are taking away the ability to use future promotions, so basically if you win actual money they will lock you out, sounds about right. The whole casino department probably went mental when they saw I made money. Stay clear, scummy practices.

I can't remember the last time I had meaningful win on the slots. A few hundred pound a month bet and rarely do I hit anything over £30. In the past I'd get the odd £200 win but it's just constant losses. Going to close my account. When the fun stops....

Wanted to add that deposit was easy but they are asking ridiculous requirements for verification that other online gambling sites don't. For example they want a photo of me next to a printed PayPal statement, which is ridiculous. It is 2022 and no other site asked for this. They also blocked my account from receiving further promotions despite barely doing anything (all I did was the welcome offer and a few spins)

Would put less than 1star if could. Opened account for one day, clicked two free spins. Opened app next day and account was closed. They closed my account down on 5th Feb because it was getting me down.To reopen my account they needed for me to send them a letter with my signature on saying I want my account to reopen now saying that I asked them so my account is closed now they said yes but when I had money I went back on it on 14th and spent 260 after that said it was close they make people have mental health problems.

For whatever reason when you win their system is down. Nobody ever has a reason or answer. They want you to forget or misplace your ticket so they wont have to pay you. Its a shame, I feel like I'm being robbed or bullied.... What a coincidence your system goes out a day after the Superbowl. After you just racked up millions. I'm done with #WH in Nevada.
