My partner opened an account with william hill,after she won £50 by betting what id told her to but only £1 ew bets,william hill restricted her bets so maximum she could win was £10 per bet,no multiple bets were allowed,all she did was beat the odds by betting horses in france,eventually she lost £15.54p so with a balance of £34.46 she tried to place a bet of £0.30 ew on a 33/1 shot...bet exceeds maximum stake allowed so not even £0.10 ew allowed....its almost laughable at times how an account thats won so little gets shut down by a multi million £ company

Support are of no help whatsoever still refusing to actually explain why the account is restricted, probably because there is no reason and they just felt like it because I hadn’t played on their site for a while. This is one company to definitely avoid.

WARNING if you place a double or more on a.horse racing acca make sure you check aceodds first to make sure your getting the right returns because will hill are trying to gain money back from the 18million fine they have received. They will downgrade your winnings twice now for me. As for promotions they’ve gone from bet £10 get £5 on scratch of the day to bet £10 get £1

We are always told to use the safe gambling tools.Took a 6month (maximum) time out, returned and max monthly deposit is £50.Had to wait a whole week to deposit £5, then another 2 weeks for the £45. All in all waited 3 weeks to spend £50 and lost it all within 10 minutes on their slot Big Bass Splash paying 20p spins. ALL DEAD no wins at all

It was only during recent tennis tournaments that I realised William Hill had features which encouraged my to make it my preferred betting site. Bit once the revenue went up the promotions stopped. I feel like a second class citizen.

As soon as my account was opened, they asked for yet further verification documents (4 selfies holding separate forms of ID). I found this incredibly invasive and uncomfortable, particularly given that they'd also assured me that the account was open and ready to use. They were even encouraging me to make a deposit. I have written to them to say how I feel about their service but heard nothing back as of yet. I won't hold my breath. Very poor indeed.

Absolutely scamers, when you starting pick up something on the winnings then the game starts freezing or sometimes even comes on the screen "sorry something went wrong, restart the game " after no winnings, they will decide how much you can win is nothing to do with luck, I don't know where gambling commission looking as scamers like they has to be shut down

Odd, when losing they are fine with you putting money in. When you win, they seem to get very worried about your identity so close your account, block you withdrawing and hide behind a bot asking for selfies, bank statements, address proof etc. How odd.

Wow. These guys are terrible...quick at taking your money...sure enough. Flip side is them getting to pay out when you win. Very difficult. Very underhanded. I sent them Passport 4 times - Council Tax bill 2 times - Utility bill 2 times - Drivers License 2 times. It would be easier to get into MI6. Hopeless firm. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Took my deposits just fine, and upon a significant win, they advised they were unable to withdraw against the card used for deposit 'due to an issue with your bank', and then prevent the ability to withdraw against any other method without using the original deposit source, meaning in effect you are unable to withdraw any funds whatsoever. Impossible to reach customer service, help pages send you in unending loops - and no ability to resolve when you reach them. Essentially a scam. Avoid at all costs. You can deposit, but never withdraw.

Save your money. Scammers you got go £50 and win no spins but when you do you’ll win £5 lol thanks becaus that’s such a great win NOT! £100 and won in total £9.54 in bonuses… definitely will be closing down my account

your company can improve by treating your customers ,with respect .everytime i have had decent win of a few hundred pounds my free promotions on my account get taken away , it doesnt happen when i am not winning , and you hide behind the safety gambling law . my advice to anyone using william hill ,is dont win you will get treated like dirt.

Seems you get small wins after spending hundreds and then boom withdraw a fraction of what you have put on and back to spending over £100 on the slots with absolute jack!! Not a single bonus on the slots!! 95% of the wins were not even stake value!! Oh and solitair over 30 games and 2 completed?? Wow your unfair ganeplay is definatly coming into action!! So if anybody wants to get a bonus on slots dont withdraw even £10 because it takes 1000x that back before you get a bonus!!

Absolutely disgusting I played the free or 4 game and 5 matches I got correct so should of got £5 free bet and showed proof but yet I get lied to saying I only got 4 correct and gave me £1 free bet.. but I showed proof and they lied to me on Facebook messenger because for some reason I've been trying to contact William hill on online chat but they won't answer.. plus they are ignoring me now on messenger as I told the person on chat look at my screen shots but for some reason they seem to think they are rite and the customer is wrong

Absolutely thieving toe rags need toe tags, took two bets at the same time one was not accepted to my knowledge and refused because of an odds change mid processing so I bet again but they still took the first bet simultaneously and would not refund it or even offer a good will gesture even though it was a technical error on their behalf, "chatted" as if it was my fault as I cashed out what I could from the bet they robbed. They don't give a damn about customers total nasty pieces of work almost have fun robbing customers by technical errors. Disgusting heartless robbing company.

I have been a member of W-hill for a while now. It used to be quite good both horses/slots BUT just over the past 3 months it is the worst company to use. Spent over £300.00 in a day in Bis Bass Bonanza Megaways & Cash n riches about £50.00. They say features I say Featureless & when you do get the scatters in after waiting £50 of spins it is shrapnel that it pays out & I 3 where I got a big fat 0.All I can say to people please be aware of William Hill as i have tried to contact the customer services team but to avail, even Feedbacks don't work Very Disappointed with them.

My account was closed without any notification, and they refused to provide a reason. After insisting with the live chat support, they escalated to a manager... which did not answer in the chat for 90 minutes. I then disconnected.Lack of transparency in a company that handles money is always a red flag. Them being registered in Gibraltar is another. I suggest you take your business elsewhere, to more reputable and trusted betting companies.
