I made 3 withdrawals within 2 days & one never appeared in my account. I queried after giving it a few weeks, and after withdrawing twice more with no problem. I was asked for copies of my bank statements from the withdrawal date. Sent them reluctantly. Got generic responses emailed back. Queried what's going on after a few days & they wanted my statements again but including current days transactions too. Would've gone on for eternity. Never got a straight answer.. Or my money. Told them to shove it. Don't trust them

I must say Rizk was one of the old school casinos thats been around for awhile . They have their good and bad times. I don’t think it concerns them on how much your level is or how they lag quite a bit or dont pay out as much . Everybody will always have a different experience. We’ve all had crazy wins n loses here and i believe Rizk should take comments and reviews more into consideration because in the end of the day .. the engagement , experience and realistic bonuses makes it fun for everyone. So in my opinion bringing back certain promotions and freebies would be a great tiny suggestion to consider if ever.. and would not suggest certain anger issues towards customer service help or saying how they take your money etc . There are thousands of casinos online and allot win and lose as well. One thing you should know is that rizk actually pays out way more faster than most when it comes to withdrawals☺️Holiday freebies? Like free spins.. getting lesser nowadays. whats one day of the week of a free bonus or wheel?Smaller deposits or reasonable deposit bonuses ain’t allot to ask.Although , double speed, triple speed , cash backs and deposit bonuses are still great , 1 free wheel would still top it all off at least.☺️ Raffles are also confusing and quite impossible to win even with so many tickets earned . I was told to wait 6 weeks before reopening my account after I sent them a complaint. I agreed and waited 6 weeksmessaged rizk.com to reopen myaccount and got told my account had been reviewed and a permanent block has been placed.I lost a fortune on Rizk.com explain my complaint very clearly and politely.I got a copy and paste reply every time for weeks then finally got a real person to interact with.the 6 week stand down was rizk.com giving me a cool off period. the permanent ban, was uncalled for.and insulting really Some weekly checks on casinos RTP should be put in place. for players peace of mind.I don't recommend Rizk.com one positive about Rizk.com there bonus on there bonus wheel is better than Spinbet.

I've been playing all the way up to level 10 and haven't ever gotten over $50. Nothing worth withdrawing and it takes forever to fill up the bar. I was using the site, as per usual. Nothing unusual was going on. Then I got this message (after placing a bet on the blackjack table) I got an error saying “please refresh the page” so I did so, as instructed. The site took my money and no hand was delt to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this site. I contacted support but in order to get this money back I would have to get their technical team to have a look at the issue. Honestly, I couldn’t be bothered with the whole process. I’ll never use this site again.

Risk was my absolute favourite online casino. For years I played keeping a fairly even win 2 loss ratio- I would joke about how I considered it my savings scheme because whenever they got abit top heavy it would pay out. UNTILL VALENTINES DAY when they proceeded 2 rip my heart out and stomp on it! I wish this pathetic dropkick of a company had had the decency 2 let me down slowly like some of the other reviews I've read, a deposit restriction or loss limit would have been frustrating but admirable considering I was loyalty level 500+!! So probably played the entire company's wage bill tht year. But instead after a 25g win withdrawal I get this email;We are contacting you regarding your account. I played many online casinos, and from experience can say this is the worst one yet. Rizk casino is a scam. They even admit they control jackpots and bonus wins, its all in fine print.. Few days ago played almost 3000€ in bets with around 400€ wins and all extra rewarded was 2x 5 free spins that paid around 10c each…Anyone with basic math skills can see this should be illegal. So basically any other casino will give better loyalty rewards.Also when playing, they let you lose hundreds of Euros on 2-3€ spin on a slot game and as soon as it starts paying and connecting good wins you are kicked out of server and unable to join back 10-20 minutes or more, no matter what you do. Support says its browser, cookies or net connection lol, i tried 4 different devices on 5G and fast wifi with clear cookies and as it happens none will let me play the game that pays, but they will allow you to play their own games that pay literally nothing like 7-8% of money invested, hmm weird right? So yeah my honest advice to all people reading this is to just go play ANY other online casino as this one will always “win” and damage your wallets. This casino is not allowed to accept Dutch players because they don’t have a license to do so. Therefore I want a full refund of deposits made.I have attempted to resolve this matter with your customer support team on multiple occasions, and I appreciate the assistance provided so far. However, despite the assurances and promises made, I am yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or any indication of a refund for the aforementioned losses.
This casino is not allowed to accept Dutch players because they don’t have a license to do so. Therefore I want a full refund of deposits made.I have attempted to resolve this matter with your customer support team on multiple occasions, and I appreciate the assistance provided so far. However, despite the assurances and promises made, I am yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or any indication of a refund for the aforementioned losses.

Signed up at 5pm approx Verified half hour later Deposited 20 after setting my deposit limit to 50 a week Was upto 80 by 6pm and withdrew Money in my bank 5 mins later If you have the correct docs for verification and you understand you don’t allways win then happy days great site. Defo missing a few of my favourite games though.

As soon as I won more than few grand I was told to fill out their withdraw form which I did and was accepted. I waited eagerly for my payout which a month on had not happened. When I asked what is going on with my payout they are now asking I send them personal documents as in back statement, recent bills ect. i won 33 000 norwegian kroner (3000€) they wiped my balance, set the withrawel status as completed but i never recieved the funds. i contacted support and they said it was an error that i won money. basicly the site is an entire scam. if you win more than a few hundred euro they blame internal errors and scam you out of your funds. Would strongly advice against this casino due to thier frauduelent behaviour.
