I give boylesports only 3 stars which i would love to give more. But based on the fact that given loyalty customer a bonus is very difficult to receive and I lost out on lots of bonus through the fact of being told I wasn't eligible when clearly I was on a number of occasions. And basically didn't do a thing for constalation even thó I play on the boylesports site everyday.. Other than that it would be 5stars..Patrick Leddy

Had my account restricted. Contacted customer support and they could not provide any explanation for this. Was waiting on money that I had withdrawn but haven’t received it and doubt I will as my account is now blocked. Avoid this betting site! Terrible customer service as they obviously don’t care for their customers. Never have I experienced such nonsense with other betting sites.

Only had an account with Boyle sports for approx 6 weeks and I've won more than I have lose. In conclusion, Boyle sports have decided to prevent me placing any further bets on most of their services. Sore losers. Will likely go bankrupt soon and I won't be sad if they do.

had abit of luck with boylesports on my 1st 3k depost, ending up withdrawing 70k on the 10th sep. after having more sucess on other sites i ending up depositing more on boylesports the following couple of days while they were processing the 70k. after losing 79k in total abit more than i withdrew a week prior i then received an email saying that my account is suspended and even the withdrawel of 70k is also suspended pending a review, they have all documents were now in mid october and despite taking 79k of me they are now still holding back on my 70k withdrawel…….i write emails daily to the same copy and paste replies they are still reviewing the withdrawel. it does not take this long im starting to now feel unwell with all this and sick to my stomach that there trying not to pay me…….ive worked all my life and winnings ive had previous from companys they can see this on the 3 month bank statements and wageslips ive provided, there is just no need at all. and to not even get a straight answer of them is the worse…absolute shark of a company i cannot wait to get my money,and take my custom else were.

Awful had to wait two weeks for being paid 55 pounds sarcastic chat agents . Except grace . Been with them over a year now wanted bank statements. I’m paperless and finally took a screen shot. Because grace looked into in properly . Terrible for paying out. Lot of time consumed trying to get answers

I just logged into my account where I should have had a £47 balance. It was all gone except for 2p. Checking transactions, my account had been accessed and someone had done £2 spins until all my money was gone. Customer service literally couldn't care less. They referred me to t's and c's that said that securing the account was my responsibility. And that was the end of it as far as they were concerned.

Needless to say, I removed my card details, logged out and won't ever use them again.

I will take this further.

The issue that I have experienced was: On Monday I started play live roulette
I lost around 18k then I won 23k in the same day I wanted to withdrawal but I couldn’t, then I was contacted by bolyesport saying that they just want to make sure I was ok with making all those Deposit I said yes .
After that I received call from the Compliance team asking me to send them bank statements i did Straight away after I end the call , that was on Monday 28/09
Then on Tuesday I received an email saying that they have received my documents and they will contact me after reviewing those documents .
I contacted them on Thursday but still they have no update and they refused to give me any timeframe .

Today I have received email saying that they have to come to Business decision
To close my account!!! And the most funny part they also said they will contact me in the coming days to (Discuss )my remaining balance!!!!!
I have no idea what they want to discuss exactly if they choose to close my account just because I won my money back they should clear my account first by withdrawal all my funds into my bank account witch is 22850€.
Now I’m still waiting …..

Constantly delay withdrawals and asking for bank verification. I have been using the bank account since last year, yet I have to verify it again. Last time I am topping up this account. It will be closed when I finally get my £23.75 out of them. I kind of have a problem sending off copies of my bank statement all the time. You have no idea who is reading them or what they are used for. Too much security is not secure.

Had some issues with withdrawals a couple of times, the security department want every form of ID it seems, even though I’ve been a customer for years.

However, Roy in customer services sorted this all out perfectly. Patient and empathetic, he was extremely professional throughout. He turned a 2 star situation into a 4 star. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the security department had all the ID earlier in the month, then needed it again!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Slots take your money, hardly ever play! Poker is fixed played 10 games and didn't win one, doesn't matter if you had AAs you'd still get beat. It's a money grabbing site and unless you want to lose your money constantly , I wouldn't even bother with this site, many other sites that are way better than this site. Customer service are rude, especially Colin or Patrick who lie to you, asked how many comp points I had one day and Patrick told me I had 0 points, came back later that day asked again different agent and was told I had 80 comp points and I hadn't played through the day, so he lied to me and told me I had none, very bad customer service! They don't give loyalty to there loyal customers, once in a blue moon you may get a £2 free bet when you've deposited over £1000 in space of 2 months just isn't good enough, they used to give £20cash bonuses but don't get them either now. abhorrent customer service, remarkably slow and then they stall as much as possible.
After opening an account they never awarded me the £10 free bet I had legitimately qualified for, then bumbled and fumbled along until I closed my account… which also took four full days.
I hope they are not this slow in accepting self exclusions and other customers who want to adhere to safer gambling regulations.
I'm sure the gambling commission would be interested in their lack of haste in dealing with these issues.
