Betway is a fraud site i m a regular user of bet way but this time they cheated me i so much upset i have deposit 6000 rs on 11 June 2021 it was successfully from my side but betway declined it then i contacted betway costomer care they said your money will be credited to you in 5 bussiness days so I waited as i trusted betway but it's been 14 days i dint received my money so unprofessional from betway i have screeshots of my payment and talks of costumer care i can also provide that but i think they did fruad with me my last words are please don't deposit your hard earn money here because these are fraud sites

Betway not yet refunded my 10,000 deposit amount. This amount debited from my bank account 30 days before and not credited to betway account. And, Now Betway blacked my betway account with my balance amount of 750.00.

I signed up for BetWay a week ago. After placing 2 bets in my first 2 days (both which happened to win), they immediately limited my bets to $7. Since I have no interest in placing a bunch of small bets, I tried to withdraw my money, only to find that I am not allowed to withdraw my full balance ($200 of which was a bonus) unless I roll it over enough times. Now I'm forced to either give up $600 in my balance if I withdraw or I'm forced to make a bunch of $7 bets to meet the rollover requirements (all because I won 2 bets). I would recommend any other sportsbook you can find over this company.

Well arranged a time for customer services to discusses why my personal details have been put at risk and guess what The Betway team could not be bothered to call me.

Hello everyone. I still haven't received my money that I withdrew over a week ago. I received an email from betway as a result of my review I wrote here. According to betway they are now investigating my account. Lol. Not sure what's to investigate. I've sent them all the proof needed to verify I never received anything. Betway believes having customers wait days and weeks without their money is acceptable. Hopefully now that they are investigating my account I can have this resolved today. What really got me going was Betways customer support rep saying me not receiving my cash "is not betways fault'. That really pissed me off. Whos fault is it mine lol . If you have issues or don't get paid of what not , betway is not equipped to handle these problems. Another thing these guys don't care about their customers. How can customers wait weeks with out their money , we all have bills to pay. Any other business will issue complimentary credits in the mean especially if betway screwed up. When I inquired with their chat customer support about a credit they disconnected from the chat. I'll write a review tomorrow, hopefully they resolve this by then. I'll let yall know tomorrow. I have a feeling with betway going public in April, they could be withholding people's legit payout to somehow manipulate their stock value. If they have a bad week , they can withhold some payments.

After requesting a phone or email conversation with a representative from Betway on many different occassions, on different platforms and at different levels, I am still waiting on a reply from someone to find a solution to my problem. This issue has been going on for over three weeks now, it is unacceptable.

This is a fake app …don’t waste your time and money.

I have deposited INR 2000 in my betway account on 20-April and the amount was left from my bank account ( attached Statement) but not done into the betway account.

I deposited 20,000 on April 1 and 12,000 on May 8. But this amount not yet credit to my betway account. But they debited from my bank account. I sent more than 20 mail with my bank statement but they are not responding. I chat with their customer care lot of time, but their are not responding properly. I think betway cheting their customers.

Rapid withdrawals. No issues with the app. Prize wheel is poor mind. Sometimes the super prize wheel is down but the majority of time the free prize wheel spins a loss 5/7 days not won and the super prize wheel gives you free spins which you have to wager £250 to covert to cash. Other sites actual give it to you I cash so Betway could learn a lesson from them.

Their email support only responds to increasing limits only but they do not respond to any other query emails.
So be careful with them if you encounter any issue. Try other trustworthy sites.

Please Think Twice before you are doing any depostion in betway website, i am sharing you my personal experience, on date 23rd of May 2021 i have deposited 3000 Rupees and on date 18th of june 2021 i have deposited 9000 Rupees, but Both Deposits are not initiated till date, several of times i have drafted an email along with my bank statement but no buddy answering my emails, also one more thing i want to tell, there is an option of live chat also, but if you have time of 3 to 4 hours for waiting in Que than you should go for live chat, i have tried for live chat also, my number was 96th, i wait for 3 hours in Que, Live chat was connected with their customer care but again they are not going to give any kind of services, they just available for making fools to the customers, So Read this Review before you are doing any depostion in betway

I have been using this website for more than one year, and I was always happy to use it until today. This is a very serious matter, that I should take legal actions against. With my highest surprise and deepest disappointments, I have been literally robbed of my funds. I have been "awarded" of a fraud bonus which I have never requested, that has a wagering of something of at least 1000 €. My account has been transformed in a 58% cash and 42% bonus balance. Unless I wager 1000 €, the account will stay like this I don't know for how long, and no matter if I win, deposit money or anything I do, I will always own 58% of the total funds in my account and they keep 42%. In practical example, I deposited and placed a bet of 19€, and after winning the bet, I can only withdraw 58% of it, and if I do it, they will take the rest 42%! This is absolutely unbelievable, it is like they are taking an interest of a 42% of my deposits and of my winnings!!! I could understand wagering requirements if you are using bonus funds, but for what a hell of reason, are they holding 42% of my winning and deposit of real money that I spent??? How can a company take a percentage of your real money, of almost half of your wallet???
After many years of betting, using several websites, what happened here is something I have never been experienced before. I will be forced to not use this website any longer, and highly warn other users to be careful to use this website, since it is not safe.

So I still haven't had a resolution on my matter. I requested a $330.00 withdrawal. Wasted about a week of my life with chat support. Who claim they have paid the amount to my instadebit account. Ive sent them statements verifying I didn't receive the funds. I also sent them a screen shot with a instadebit chat customer support which also verifies funds were not received. Worst customer support and seems like a couple people here have the exact same issue around the exact same time. Betway system saying it's paid but funds never received. I've sent the. Statements and all the proof they need to confirm I didn't get the funds . They can also reach out instadebit who will verify funds were never sent to them. Let's see how long this takes to fix. I'll post another update Monday.

Despite my problems that they could not answer for 3.5 months, they sent an e-mail on Friday and they wrote our research is still going on!
This company commits a big problem, this is the last time I'm writing and don't lose your money here!

My username on betway is RuSingh1 It's been 20 days already since I cannot Withdrawal any money Via AstroPay. It says that firstly I must deposit with that, but all my deposits was via AstroPay Only!!! And there is no proper support to solve this issue!!! You have to wait for 1-2 hours in live chat just to listen random stuff as: please restart your device, cleat cookies etc. Which doesn't help at all!!

Don't bet with this company total ripoff.

I joined on Thursday and deposited a £100 and lost it. Decided to give it another go on the same day and deposited another £100. Started playing and when my balance hit £97 a screen popped up saying my account has been closed. No advance warning or any mail from them, just totally blocked me. Can't access my account to see if my money has been refunded or anything. Contacted customer support to find out what's happening with my money, but they just say that my enquiry has been forwarded to operations and that I should monitor my email???? How can they just withold deposited money, was not even winnings or anything was straight deposited money?? Very badddddd makes me seriously angry😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I don’t usually write reviews but I think the reviews on here are shocking. I opened an account just a few days ago and I stupidly deposited money without reading reviews, I only deposited a small amount and won £100, I wanted to test the water and withdraw to see the payout times ect. I then started to read reviews and probably the same as everyone else started to panic. If I had read reviews before I made an account I can guarantee I wouldn’t have made the account let alone deposited money. Anyways, my account was instantly verified I received an email straight away to confirm, the site is fantastic it is so straight forward and easy to navigate, I withdrew £100 at 6pm and the money was in my bank account by midnight the same day. You can check the withdrawal process the whole time from selecting withdraw to the money being in your bank account. I think a lot of the reviews on here are from people who have set up accounts won, but have not verified their account so obviously they will struggle to receive a payout. For me, excellent service.

Hello, I have contacted my Local bank and the transaction has been declined on my prepaid card. I would appreciate instead of 'visa direct', you could send the money via a cash voucher on another card or provide to me an alternative for my withdrawal. Wow I'm having the most difficult time with betway. So I withdrew 330.00 from their site on Saturday. On Monday they said they paid the money to my instadebit account. Btw bet365 sent me money in that time no problem whatsoever. I've been speaking with their chat support since Tuesday. Usually instadebit will get 1-2 after bet pays the amount. This isn't my first withdrawal from betway , have done many. On Tuesday I let them know nothing is received. I was told to wait it out another day . Nothing to there. It's Friday now and nothing is received. The chat rep claims it's not betways fault. I was told to send proof w statement showing the date ranges from Monday until Today (Friday) I emailed to support at betway.com. I received an immediate email back saying this email isn't used anymore. Spent at least 2 hrs this week in betways chatroom , what I've learned from my experience unlike say bet365 where the reps can do things for you, betway chat support have zero authority to do anything . This week I learned as I wait in the queue for over a half an hr that at any point you reach chat support you will see 20 plus people waiting to speak with chat support. Alot of people have issues here on a daily basis. Now where my money is only God knows. Instadebit never received it. And betways rep says its not betways fault lol. And in that time I requested my money from betway I requested another 150 but from bet365. I received bet365 money in my instadebit account in less than a day.

Honestly alot of good books out there. Betway isn't one of them.

Maybe it's a sign lol. Blessing in disguise this experience has the feeling that I'm dealing some Street bookies under a bridge. Probably a sign to quit gaming.

I have been with Betway for 5 months without any problems. When you withdraw smaller amounts it is fine but when u win big and try to withdraw funds, it’s a nightmare. It will ask you to reverify your address proof which was already done when i created the account. When you provide the address proof, they say that it is not matching the address provided at the time of account creation. I then provided other address proofs and ID proofs but no response from them. They will try a lot to withhold your winnings. Your betway status says as paid but you will not get your money into your account even after 7 days. Their customer care is so dumb and fraud. They finally stopped responding on mails and live chat is pathetic. Beware of them. I don’t know how they get to sponsor big teams in sports.

Betway is biggest fraud betting application, scaming application, they don't have proper customercare, only Iive chat for 1hr waiting,no proper response, they don't give any proof for refund, if your money deducted, you don't get a refund, Withdrawal scam, everything….

I have had the same problem and experience as many of the below comments. On 13/06/2021 at 20:11pm I deposited £100 and the deposit never arrived in my betway account nor has it been returned to my bank. I’ve been told 3 different stories saying the banking team are looking at it, also told I will get the money returned within 2-3 days and someone else told me 1-2 days. The live chat hosts are useless the deposit methods were working fine before the weekend.
The customer service is awful and they are giving me the run around.
I recommend you don’t use betway there are loads of better gambling apps. They also randomly blocked my account which they wanted to check my activity and safety I got them to reopen it. Until I can sort this missing deposit. DO NOT USE BETWAY
