Opened my account and won a little bit of money on the 'paid out as a winner' promotion, if your team scores first and doesn't win they pay you out as a winner. They then ban me from all promotions and even best odds guaranteed. Also restricted my bets to £4.29, what good is that? There's plenty of bookmakers out there to choose from so my advice is go elsewhere and give this tin pot operation a miss. Skybet and Paddy Power are a lot more customer friendly, they treat you with respect unlike this second rate outfit.

On Tuesday June /29th Ukraine played Sweden in the European Cup championship for soccer and I decided to place my first ever bet of $250 and $50 by issue with the web site at same time for Ukraine to win. The game went to extra time and Ukraine ended up winning the match but I never received my money. Hi, I am currently trying to get my withdrawal. What a process. They locked my account because I said I need money to pay my mortgage. They said I am using the site to pay my mortgage even though I've lost $150. Now I can't log in to chat and they won't answer my emails and they no longer have a PHONE NUMBER! Yes, no phone #!!

It is very worest App. I deposited 5000 on 5th of this month. Neither reflected in betway or return to bank account. When ever I asked them they are telling simply it in investigation. I went to bank they said that my payment was successful,Betway people also confirmed. These people are telling some stories. After all 5000 they are unable to return , how they do transaction in crores with people. Please improve your services in this kind of situation.

I made a deposit 60000 INR on my account and the amount got deducted from my bank account. I contacted there customer support to get the money in my account and the support executive self excluded my account. Please do not use this website. This is the worst scenario. Firstly the agent was very rude I asked for the money and he self excluded my account. I wanted to add a note today on my other comments. It will be quick and concise. You will once again understand what kind of a company this company is!

-Since April 2, they are not giving me the reports I want!
-They say we will call you, they don't!
-They write the date they will solve my problems in writing, they say sorry we couldn't solve it at that date, they prolong the issue!
-Their games are regularly shutting down, crashing!
-RTP rates are never as written, even if you do million spins or something, it is not possible to reach those numbers!
-I don't know how many spins I did, but 50,000+ for sure, I didn't win the smallest jackpot even 1 time!
-You always lose even on the 0.10-0.80 scale, I can't think of the big scales!
-They don't even give you the winnings you deserve, they even ignore my last 2 days of free Spinwheel play!
-In the games, you lose average 80 spin in every 100 spins, and to win what you already spent with the rest is impossible!
-They are so bad at Free Spins that there are times when you win 2 spins out of 10 spins.
-In the last 15 free spins games, my max win has been 30x, of course always on the scale of 0.10-0.80, there is a statement that you win 5000x – 10000x in games, in 50,000+ spins I have not won 500x yet!
-They act outside of customer contracts, do not keep their promises and do not give us the reports we request.

I am very much disappointed by the service you provide it I think it’s my biggest mistake trusting on this website now it’s almost a month and I am connecting your service department each and every day to check the status of my refund and now it is the issue I deposited two transaction from UPI payment mode on 5th June and both the transaction got rejected and the amount got debited from account,

So Betway is undergoing a huge loss..so they have come up with a thing called deposit and withdrawal scam.when people are depositing their account is not being credited and withdrwals are actually not reaching customers.people can complain it to the gambling commission and Malta gaming commission.apparently Betway with few Indian gateways have come up with this deposit amd withdrawal scam since their is no charge back in India.people are looking to do legal proceedings against Betway.you guys can complain it on Twitter or you can complain it to the gambling commission.this needs to be stopped.

Major issue with glitches, I tried the chat but was 25th in line and awaiting over 1 hour before it disconnected me!! I reached out hours later by messenger and I was told that if I had written to them by messenger they might have had the chance to refund me my 1012$ that I lost due to this. I tried but they won't budge, I'm having more issues tonight with the app and I sent them screenshots but no answer. I've always had issues with never receiving a password for my withdrawal etransfers without reaching out to support but this takes the cake!!! For over a month I have had nothing but the run-around! My experience with Betway has been only stressful. Although I've tried to remain patient by waiting over accumulative 7 hours in queue, I have gotten nowhere. On May 31st, 2021 at 5am I received a message saying that my withdrawal of $900 ($100 + $800) had been submitted, processed and paid. This wasn't true so I called a couple of times and spoke to Betway reps. On June 6, 2021 they finally sent a message with an e-transfer password and indicated that it would be followed by another email of which would contain a link to deposit my money. The second email never came. I called again and the reps I spoke with insisted that they sent the e-transfer and that the money came out of my account. By June 12, 2021, I had spoken to 6 reps that said that the players withdrawal had been accepted – that wasn't true – I did not receive any money whatsoever. They recommended that I call Interac because they said that "it was Interac's fault". I called Interac on 3 occasions only to hear the same thing 3 times… that there was never a transfer to my account from Betway or Gigadat. In fact, all 3 Interac reps said that "there is a good chance that they stole the funds from your account". I kept on trying to speak with reps, 12 in all. I eventually threatened to report Betway for fraud and this prompted them to send yet another password for my e-transfer… but again, no following email with the link to deposit my funds. Today they've recommended I call Gigadat and even Gigadat confirmed that a withdrawal never took place. After a month I am nowhere closer to receiving my rightful funds. I am more anguished than ever. Companies such as Betway should not be permitted to get away with fraud and be able to treat their patrons as if they will forget and go away, leaving Betway with all our money. This is disgusting! They have resolved nothing nor do they even try to! I am not requesting anything more than I am entitled to – is this fair???

You wrote a reply to me, you wrote that we will call you when your problems are resolved!
Well, answer these questions in front of thousands of people here, unless you're trying to save the day with copy and paste!

1) Is it legal not to be able to give report to the client since April 2nd?
2) While playing my jackpot games my games were closed, I gave you details. If your system cannot find it in the last 4 months, how do you serve your customers?
3) You said just wait 30 days, I waited without asking anything and at end of the time you wrote my total deposit amount on a blank A4 paper and sent it! Is it normal for you? Isn't it deceiving the customer?
4) Then later you gave the exact date, you said we will return, you did not return on that date and it has been 1 month since that date! Who is responsible for this? Since you could not return on that date, your employees do not even return to my e-mails! Is it my fault?
5) When did you apply to the game companies for the total number of spins and RTP rates I wanted?
6) I spin thousands of spins on your games, not a single bonus jackpot comes out, not even the smallest jackpot! What is the algorithm for winning the jackpot?
7) 25 free spins, I took notes in Dragon's Fire game, in the last 10 days. I chose the free spins icon in the middle 25 times, 18 times the lowest number, 6 times the second low and only 1 the highest number of free spins. Also on the 26th free spins I chose the leftmost one, this time the middle one came at the highest rate and the left one is the least one I chose. You call this luck?

Of course they did not! 1 full day has passed, even their previous message was 1 month ago, they haven't called since then, also they haven't even given me my game reports since April 2! Betway contacted via email directing me to the same link which hasn’t provided a password to complete my e-transfer. Save you texts with betway as you’ll need them in court . Betway is obviously not a transparent company , absolutely no reason for holding back the password and continues to waste peoples time which is causing frustration, anxiety, anger with ongoing excuses. I made a withdrawal 11 days ago and still haven't received my funds. Betway claims they paid the funds to instadebit. Instadebit however definetly did not receive the funds. I've sent proof the funds were not received from my instadebit statement. Seems like a easy investigation to solve. I shouldn't have to wait weeks to get my funds. The idea of online betting is the convenience and speed . Which is non existent with betway if you ever encounter a problem. Think about the amount of people in the past 10 days going thru the exact same thing as I'm going thru. Seems like a deliberate scam. Betway as of April 2021 went public, could they be robbing a certain percentage of their players to increase their stock value . I've emailed support, I've emailed the managers, I've been in the chat room every day for the past 9 days. Zero urgency on betways part, they simply don't care. Chat support is a waste of time. Betway has no phone number. Can't believe I didn't the signs earlier. Don't wait for something to happen. Find another sportsbook. The owner of Betway is some secret gangster. Been a on and off customer of betway for the last 2 years, and now im having withdrawl issues… these guys have $4900 on hold for me for the last 2 months. And there is no absolutely no customer support or any emails I can contact…absolutely rediculous. I wouldnt recommend betway to anyone, youre better off going to bet365, havent had any withdrawl issues so far and support actually contacts you back. Now you guys lost my business lol.

Sorry for commenting too much, but I wanted to follow this way rather than updating my old comment.

Today they said that after they have not returned for 3.5 months, they are still investigating my case, please give your information and we will contact you! The last time they said this was 1 month ago, no one called me! Now I'm writing notes here, let's see when they call!
Also I played a 75+%75 bonus deposit game today to record and put it in the legal case file. There were 80-82 losses out of every 100 spins! I've never been become 1 pound more than I deposit, even once! I even connected to live chat today and asked for a report, guess what they said? We are currently working on the subject you requested before, we cannot give the report, but we will add today also to the report!

Seems like Betway is definitely a scam when it comes to withdrawals. They will send you a e-transfer but hold back your sms text to complete your transaction. Why??!! All agents are useless and keep telling you that they have escalated your request. Why would you send a e-transfer and not the sms text to complete? Absolutely a scam for you to put your money back in play .
