It's been more than 40 days, didn't receive my money. As per betway it takes 14 business days. But once your money is deducted from your account no one taking responsibility for it, if it is not reflected in betway account. 6 may 2021 deposit ₹1700 transaction successfull but not reflected in betway account, wasted hours n hours on chat but no response. Today waited 1 hour in queue and when it was 4 in queue the feedback page open asking for the feedback of chat without even chat been initiated. 30 may ₹500 declined transaction and as per support team 3-4 days money will come back…. Not received any amount yet….

Pdf proof submitted, for chat wait for atleast 1-2 hour in queue and if you send email you will receive email back stating that "we are currently not monitoring this inbox". Wow making fool of customers.
Really hard to describe how it hurts waiting in queue and atlast give a feedback for nothing.

Withdrawal was a big concern with betway and Indians better don't use betway.Rather go for local apps which was trusted.
Withdrawal status was paid in betway but it didn't reached to bank account.
My deposits were more than 12lakhs and if it happened to me then not sure about normal users.

I have a worst experience in withdrawal.No problem with smaller amounts but if it's a big amount it will be nightmare for us. Reaching out to support took ages and they says it will be passed to concern team and you need to wait for there reply.

Overall experience with betway was good and if withdrawal was transparent then we can trust it.

Not happy…. I recently joined betway with a small deposit and received my welcome bonus without any problems and got verified etc without any hassle. I had recently lost a small fortune on my previous casino, so was just gonna take it easy before I started to make proper deposits….
A few days later, I received an email informing me that my personal information had been exposed to a small number of employees and that I should take the necessary steps to secure and change any login details etc that could be the same on any other website and apps etc…. while betway blocked my new account until I changed my login details….
As a way to apologise, they would credit me 20 free spins on a particular slot of their choice once this was done.
Sounds easy, but trying to submit a new password while following the links is annoying when the site dont work properly on both website and app and any customer support emails you ask to help gets a return message warning that emails are not monitored, really starts to wind me up!
I have a brain injury and as a result suffer with schizophrenia, although I take medication, the thought of my personal information being available to see is quite a big deal to me and it will keep eating away at me. Im a private person with no social media etc and value my privacy… only my family and close friends should know my name, dob, full address, telephone number, email etc etc!!
I was reassured that it was a small amount of staff that could have seen it and that it would be ok because they are a friendly team….
I am quite angry that a breach of trust with a big organisation can be so weak in its customers security and then be told not to worry about it Hahaha.

Now, just for an extra kick in the teeth… after finally changing my log in details, there were no spins waiting for me, no apology, no putting my mind at rest… so I went onto live chat to see if there was any kind of goodwill or reassurance…. the lad I was speaking to was as helpful and pleasant as far as it goes and didnt think it was fair to take it out on him so was quite polite and patient while waiting for over half hour for 20 spins to be authorised by whoever makes the decision…. in the end, he said he would give me 20 free spins on a slot manually instead of making me wait longer…. turns out, no spins added and customer service shuts at 12 which is when this conversation ended lol!!
I feel proper fukced over and want to have this out with someone in charge of data security, and find out why this happened and also if it has happened to other people.
Screenshots have been taken and i will be making a formal complaint to the relevant governing bodies… 20 free spins is laughable and a p*so take when so much confidential info has been left open, in a time where so much identity fraud and scams are so common… how would you feel if it was vice versa?!!

Let me tell you what happened to me today and I will conclude!

My Win/Loss rates, last 3 months spin count, and RTP rate application that I requested from them have not been returned since April 2nd. I got an email today! It's really unbelievable! They sent me the details of the game I played for a while, but there is no explanation, no RTP rates, no win/loss rates, nor how many spins have been made! Don't trust on this company, I deposited 2000/- and amount deduct but didn't come in betway account. Customer support agent asked me to send bank statement but mail id and even I tried so many time but this is wrong mail id provided by them. Now it's been more than 2 week but didn't receive yet. After that I have many times to talk her customer care and also share my bank statements but thay said your money back with in 7 days..

Terrible. The odds are not accurate and projected to lose customers money. Euro 2020 predictions/odds well off anything accurate. Avoid and save your money on a better betting site.

Well . I am giving 3 stars here because I got my money refunded into Betway account after 11 days.
Though Betway did not help me at all. It was me who chased down the payment processor I.e. AirPay and got a confirmation mail that my UPI transaction was successful and the money is already settled to Betway. So I provided the settlement ID to Betway, then only I got my money back in my Betway account.
It was really a tremendous hard work by me.
I have given a 3 star here because at least Betway did not embezzle my funds.
But honestly never deposit again via UPI.

I got an email saying they had a data breach and my personal details had been compromised. OK it happens i figured, so i changed my password and they offered me 20 free spins.

I don't go on slots so i clicked through and started playing – before realising my funds had dropped by £3. So i contacted the customer service and they added my spins as they hadnt been added automatically. I asked for my £3 back and they said it was my fault because i hadnt checked for a popup before playing (it actually said i was playing with bonus spins). I don't play slots so how would i know. Anyway weren't interested.

So their data breach is obviously a good money spinner.

They wont give out reference numbers for missing payments. withdrew a some of money. They sent me an email saying I have been paid but to wait a few days. waited 7 days not deposited in my account. spoke to them (only by live chat ) referred my compliant to payments team. No proof or reference given. Told me to email bank statements to prove (i did so) email address provided not monitored. went on live chat again. they said they have forwarded my docs (no proof again) was told 48 hours for a response its now been 3 days. 3 months of BETWAY hell
This year I opened an account with €500 with BETWAY for Cheltenham, Aintree and the upcoming golf season. On March 21st I withdrew 255 euro and left a similar amount in. For some reason they refuse to pay and won't say why –
Since then it has been almost 3 months of torture from BETWAY for 255 quid
No customer service is actually available about your query – the chat support team refers to other teams all the time – documents, verification, operations, payment teams but you cannot contact directly so you ALWAYS end up with no information.
You quickly realise you are being given the run-around judging by the non committal answers / sarcasm on the BETWAY chat feature they provide.
While looking for my withdrawal payment and asking about it they have suspended my account, reinstated it, and have requested from me on 7 occasions ( yes SEVEN) , ID, utility bill etc to verify my account – which I always provided.
Over the 10 weeks they said they successfully received my ID but 2 days later they would say they did not. They say they were reviewing my account multiple times.
At various times their chat team said things like – 'I wish I knew why you have not got' paid'; 'it is very strange, I will escalate this'; 'you should get paid in a day or two.' – Endless promises but nothing!
At no time have I received any communication from a member of BETWAY regarding my chats or emails sent to their ''support'' address – SILENCE
BETWAY do not offer telephone support.
This pattern continues today – It is obvious they do not want to pay someone if they are successful immediately which I get but when they refuse to communicate with you it makes you wonder if they ever intend making payments to their online customers?
The only reason I am posting here is because it seems to be the only place to get their attention.
Now almost 3 months later and endless hours wasted chatting BETWAY remain elusive, slippery and non committal as to why they refuse to pay people their winnings?????

I had to delete the comment I wrote before, I can't edit it as I want because there is a limitation. But since a lot of people have read it, I'll just summarize and tell you my last experience.

The most important thing I want to say is do not become a member here, even if you are a member, do not play games here. I've played on the biggest 3-4 sites in Europe and UK, they had big problems, but believe me, I have never seen a company that focuses on the money in your pocket, trying to get the money in your pocket.

My biggest problem was over 2 months ago while playing 2 times Jackpot, my game was closed and when I came back, Jackpot was given. I asked them for answers many times, I asked for a report, I asked for RTP, they said they will get back to me, they didn't! All they do is gain time. I've been emailing them for weeks and they don't get back to them either! Imagine what a company!

My lawyers have made the necessary applications and we will file a complaint against them at the highest level of court. No one has the right to treat customers this way! If they are right, they need to prove it, but they can't do it either!

Anyway, there is a lot to write, I got the recordings of all the games. Unbelievable things are happening at Betway!

Let me briefly explain today.
I deposited 100 pounds and got 80 bonus. It wouldn't have given! I wagered over 2400 pounds and was able to withdraw 152 pounds almost 7 hours after the bonus came! Imagine how they planned your budget! They give 10, they get 20. Then they give 15 and get 25, they make you spend time like this. Anyway, I dropped from 152 to 40 with the Mystery Wheel game, then I went up to 60 and started playing with 0.10-0.20-0.40-0.60 and at most 0.80 as it is today. It's impossible to play with 1-2-4-5 anyway, your account will be 0 instantly, it doesn't come in any way. Anyway, you lose even on the smallest spin, so don't say yourself I will play small!

And Dragon's Fire game from Red Tiger games. (Stay away from this game)
There are 3 jackpots in this game maybe you know. Daily, Hourly and Super. Look, I've done more than tens of thousands of spins here, I can prove it, not once I won the Hourly Jackpot ever, please remember that.

Absolute shambles of a company. I signed up, deposited with no problems, then placed some bets and withdrew my money, which was very quick. Placed some more bets, no problems depositing, then I withdraw and now the problems start. I got sent an email asking me why have I deposited money and not placed many bets and withdrew my money? Didn’t think anything of it and waited for my money. Now been waiting over 7 days so contacted customer support which is a nightmare to get hold of a live agent! When I finally get though, I’m told you withdrawals are on hold because you didn’t reply to the email sent to you!! No where in the email did it mention if you don’t reply your account goes on hold! Hello everyone. I need to tell everyone how this site works. I had deposit around 90 euro's here. I have a verified account here and given my documents over. I won 684 euro's on the 02.06.2021.

I decided to withdrawal it right away back to my credit card. I talked before to a guy in the costumer service named Ryan to check how long I would have to wait for my money transfer, and just if everything was good overall and avoiding issues.

He said: "Yes, everything is fine, you don't need to worry at all". And stated this is the best betting site in the world. The money should arrive on Friday or at least next monday.

Sunday I get an email there is a mismatch in my name (account name) and my credit card. Please talk to the costumer service and provide documents. The so called mismatch was that my father name wasn't included in my account. I quickly provided the documents for them to show that, a picture of my visa card (front side and back side) and a bank statement of the usage of the card.

I send that docs on monday morning. Then I was told that I should wait max 48 hours for a review of the documents. Let's make that clear that I am the only one in the world who has this name, and that is both with your two first names and my father name. So the so called mismatch case was never a case. Just a tactic they use to hold your money. Now it's been more then 55 hours and the bank team haven't done anything. The time frame they tell everyone to respect is not even respected!

I have never seen as bad costumer service all my life, and reading over the complaints here show you exactly how they work here. I feel like there must be something done here, because as I see here the complaints here are real and it seems to me this site must be investigated. Bare in mind that this is on of the sponsors of West Ham and other big teams in Europe.

I see people need to use other websites or even lawyers to get their money back here. The costumer service does nothing at all, and can't even reach out to the bank member team! All they say is, we are sorry for your experience and have a nice day.

This is the last day I will be patient here, and luckily I have all the conversations screenshot, and the proofs to follow through my case. Every advice you can give me, I will take a look. But it's clear to me that this site needs to be investigated.

It's not the first time that they have been founded guilty here and probably not the last time.

As an Indian customer, I do not recommend Betway because of the poor customer support in case your money gets stuck, even tho the betting platform itself is good.

I have been a customer of Betway for few months and everything was working fine, but on 11th April 2021, I did a deposit of 11,500 INR via UPI, and it did not get credited due to an error. But the money was deducted from my account. Since then, I have contacted customer support about 30 times and they have not resolved the issue still. I have sent all details, including UPI transaction ID, bank statement and other details. They keep escalating it to their team and keep telling you to wait. Once the wait period is over, they tell you to wait more.

Plus, I have no idea why Betway doesn't understand the way UPI payment system works. If you deposit via UPI and payment gets stuck, chances are it's lost forever. Betway doesn't know that you can't directly refund it, it has to be done manually. They think UPI is similar to net banking, which is wrong.

It has now been over 2 months, and they keep telling me to wait. It's really not that hard to check my account and bank statement, and either return the money or credit it into my betway account. But they do neither. Betway doesn't deserve any of your hard-earned money, there are way better betting alternatives. They do not care about your money and are quite a lazy company that won't go the extra steps to help out a customer in a desperate situation. They have lost me as a customer now and I will not be making any more deposits here. The customer support is useless and does not have power to do anything, they keep saying they'll esclatae it, that's it.

Steer well clear. I've been waiting nearly two weeks for a regular withdrawal of funds. They claim to have emailed me asking for documents, however, no emails received and I've had to chase on their automated live chat every day to find out an update.

They have been asking for statements, proof of income (?! for a withdrawal), address confirmations, etc. All things I've supplied before when signing up to the site. Never the less, I sent back across statements, driving licences, council tax bills and numerous utility bills. Nearly two weeks and the documents are "under review" still. To top it all off, they have no customer service phone number, all of their chat is automated and even when you get a human being, their English is poor and they have no power to chase progress.

I think they might be in financial difficulty and are purposely delaying legitimate payments. They are a complete scam, steer well clear and go with a legitimate betting company with a customer service function.

Hi I am from India. And I had many questions in my mind about withdrawal. And I have long talk with customer support. But after I read every review I feel that everyone have same problem about withdrawal. Tnx everyone I loss some money but it's good that I fell early that they are not giving money withdrawal I will remove this app and also i will tell who is new in batway I tell them stop playing in batway it was my biggest mistake and batway broken trust of people soon they will close from India.

My money hasn't gotten back
I got a call from betway to provide bank statement to their support email. But that email doesn't work ,it just that "we no longer actively monitor this inbox" Its almost 17 days since my money is deducted from my account and yet its not refunded . Please give my money back .
