Betway Review

Reference my review detailing the difficulties customers face when attempting to make contact with Betaway bookmakers.
I have now had an email in response to my review.
The company asks that I either ring them or utilise the chat facility to discuss my problem.
As they didn't provide me with their phone number I spent some time trawling through Betaway's website, but it wasn't listed on there either.
The chat system.In my review. I explained that this facility wasn't working.I was willing to give it another try.
Two hours twenty-five minutes later I still had not been connected.(mon.12:22 to 14:47).
Conclusion. Betaways attitude in this matter illustrates the companies lack of interest in its customers problems far,far better than I ever could.

I have Added 15000 rupees to Betway account 5000 on 31st May 2021, and Two Transactions of (5000 + 5000) 10,000 on 4 June 2021. The Amount has been debited from my bank account but not in my Betway account.

Perhaps I have been unfortunate, but in my experience there are a number of online bookmakers that go out of their way to make it difficult for their customers to make contact. Betway are typical of that type.
After entering incorrect login details my account has been locked. I have due to Betways lack of interest in me as a customer been unable to remedy this situation.
Betway no longer allows customers to email them.
Betway's chat line does not seem to be working.
Betway's telephone number seems to be ex-directory.
In no other sector of business would a company treat its customers with such little regard.
Should Betway read this review and actually deign to make contact with me, I would be grateful.

I posted another review here again because Betway did not solve my problem. The chat support told me to email “manage at betway dot com”. I did but they ignored my emails. Twice!
They called me the other day, I lost the connection with them, so they said they will contact me again via emails, but still no response.
Im really disappointed and frustrated with betway service after using them 4 years.
Now they treat customers like crap!

Hi, just wondering why on a winning bets, it shows one sum, where on other sites it shows winning sum, plus wager. Are you not including the wager amount in the total amount. Example odd is 1.5 x 100, it wins , you show 150 winning money, other sites show 150 +wager, so it's $250 total.

I should be able to choose no star – this isn't even a one star experience! This is a scam!! They respond to reviews only to make more empty promises. Yet another response from them and I am no where, no money, more promises – this is the way they do business! They should be busted wide open and fined for their lack of transparency. I wanted to test for myself how much of a scam Betway really is so I deposited a good chunk of money and played the roulette table. I used a strategy where I only bet on red/black or odd/even. I start off betting low and doubling my next bet If I lose to ensure there’s always a profit. So I would start off with a 50 cent bet. If I lost, I would bet 1 dollar, if I lost that I would move to 2 dollars, etc. Since the max bet you can place is only 20 dollars the highest you would end up doubling would be 16 (.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16) meaning you would have a total of 6 attempts to hit a 50/50 such as odd/even or red/black. Based on this probability which would be .5^6 x 100, you would have a 1.56% chance of NOT hitting through 6 attempts. So when I started I was hitting a lot and built my bankroll a little bit which is expected from these gambling companies. That’s how they like to reel you in. After getting up about +40 dollars my luck changed as if someone flipped a switch. That 1.56 percent started happening FREQUENTLY. If I had to ball park it, probably at a 35-45% rate. I was going on 0-6 runs all the way down until I lost my entire bankroll. Out of curiosity and a being a little naive, I deposited more money and tried the strategy again and boy that 1.56 percent was slapping LOL. It was probably happening at close to a 50 percent rate until , again I lost my money. I then went to the random number generator in google to put in numbers 1-36 and tried my hardest to go 0-6 calling out odds or evens. I think it only happened once as I spent the rest of the night trying, for something that was suspiciously happening every few tries on Betway. They say they use a random number generator LOL. Good joke. Nice scam you got going on, Betway. Don’t even get me started on the sports betting. Better double check your tickets when you live bet because if that line changes shortly after you put in your bet, it’ll reflect the new change and not the bet you wanted to put in. Huge scam, just stay away.

I place many bets on NBA and football games and sometimes Tennis as well & I never used to check each transaction details after games, trusting Betway will settle each bet ethically from their side.
But recently when I started to look up in details I found my bets placed on Argentina on 09/07/2021 @ 19:46 IST (3NG8-B5QG-MGRK-PU7J, 4UBE-BQFZ-XQRC-J9EG) which I won, was not credited to my Betway account. Moreover on 11th & 12th June 2021 by IST, I placed multiple bets (3) which falls under criteria for Free bet according to terms and conditions. Total free bet credited to my account should be of value totaling to 750. But actual free bet credited to my account was of 500.Bets I placed eligible for free bets were ;
Draw @ 3.00 between Turkey vs Italy (VLXV-CDNJ-WJJN-2BGC )
Stefano Tsitsipas @ 1.50 between Stefano Tsitsipas vs Alexander Zverev.(RVKG-6CQH-E1DC-2KGJ)
Rafael Nadal @ 1.50 between Rafael Nadal vs Novak Djokovic (CEUF-6AZE-GCP6-KR6J). All bets were placed above required odds, and bet placed b/w Nadal and Djokovic was after 12 am i.e on 2nd day.
Kindly resolve my issue, or sadly I will have to start trying different apps like bet365. As I do not intent to stop placing bets, but these glitches isn't helping.
I suggest everyone to keep checking their game transaction history from the app, which Betway surprisingly erases important details.

Fraud company. Everytime they stuck my deposit. On 22 may I have deposited 1000 and 500 two transaction. They refund me 1000. 500 is still pending and today also my deposit has stuck 500 rs. I tried to withdraw my money and I never received it I withdrew it on June 25th and it is currently July 12th and I have not seen my money I got a text and email saying it would be sent back into my account in a few days and I still have not received it, I also sent an email to their support and it says they no longer monitor that email so you have to wait in an online chat room for a long time before anyone even shows up. I just want my money back. Don’t waste you time or money.

If you don't want to get f****. Suggesting you to please avoid downloading betway. Believe me they are fraud.. After winning my money they haven't return my withdrawal till date.. Please avoid it. It's for your own good. I have learned my lesson.

I place a bet on Ronaldo to be a winner of the Top scorer for Euro 2020. According to the Euro, Ronaldo is the winner. I won the bet but they split my total return in half. Therefore, I still won but lost my money. They said for them its two winners, Ronaldo is only one of them. They refused to solve this problem.
I bet 3000 at rate 1.95 and won. They give me back 2925…?!! They should give me 5k8

Would give it zero stars if I could. Awful betting place, called my bank to confirm a transaction they made 2 days after I cancelled my account. Total scam, they took North of 400 dollars and upon talking to their live chat (won’t operate phones to avoid angry customers I’m sure), they said too bad.

I’ll take the hit, but not without spreading the word.

Trying to get a transfer. They are purposely holding my money. I've sent them all the documents they needed. Now they are asking for my sin number all the sudden. I contacted CRA and a lawyer and they both advised me not to give them that for identity theft reasons but they are withholding my $800 until I give them it. They have no phone number because covid. (Haha) They said sharing the headsets will pass the disease. What about maybe sanitizing them? Or get each person their own headset. They lie and cheat people out of money. I've spent 12 hours now on chat. They don't respond to emails. They can't communicate (on purpise) between departments. It is very wrost App. I deposited 2900 on 10th of last month. Neither reflected in betway or return to bank account. When ever I asked them they are telling simply it in investigation. I went to bank they said that my payment was successful,Betway people also confirmed. These people are telling some stories. After all 2900 they are unable to return , how they do transaction in crores with people. Please improve your services in this kind of situation.

2 Months have passed since I've been waiting for my money. You have come up with every excuse possible. When is it going to be the truth! So dissapointed although i have been using betway for a long time.recently i started winning a bit and after that,suddenly from 3 days my withdrawal button was disabled and it was saying that betway is not able to process the amount a this time.I lost my job so i needed themoney uregently.However the support team twisted my statement and there their risk assesment team thinks it is not good that i can play and self excluded my account indefinitely.Now although i was not planning to play more for some time after withdrawing my amount due to my job issue,i wanted to withdraw my money.But now as the account is self excluded,i am not able to login and talk to support regarding my withdrawals.It is really saddenig to now see that i am not able to withdraw the amount now that i that i do not have a job.This is not the right way to treat your longtime customers.

I deposited 21969rs on 11th june and money got deducted but betway said it has not received it then I contacted my bank and they said that it will take 3 days to deposit that amount and i got the heads up from bank on 13th evening that money has been credited in to the icici bank using upi. I contacted support they said it will take 15 days to gwt the money back to my account but still i Haven't received any response or money in my account.i have mailed as well.
