My problem was after I bet one game would be suspended while still playing. And thereby I wasn't able to cash out even if my balance was positive and the same always happens with a USM Bel-Abbes tteam from Algeria. This is inconveniencing because now I don't have control over my account.

I created account week ago. Luckily I had few winnings straight after account opening after which Betway completely blocked my account even though I have already provided my ID, proof of address, bank statement. After block, I was not able to bet higher than 5 EUR. Naturally I have requested withdrawal of all my funds for which I am not awaiting for 7 days. Betway claims they are not able to reach me via phone therefore they cannot process my withdrawal. With each day I am receiving another pathethic excuse as to why withdrawal is not being processed. Please do not sign up with this provider, you will not see your funds or be able to win anything since in all fairness you will be blocked after few straight wins.

I am a customer for betway for last five years the worst service I never saw anyware pakka frauds after depositing the money only they ask all the documents once we send the documents they say it not clear and block our account and our money also block with once u try reach custamer support u will not get, bote will be answered my questions is y u don't keep agent reply as y system Fully fake ? return my deposit money who the hell ur to block my money.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE!
Happy to accept deposits but then suddenly unable to withdraw to same method? (debit card, verified, years old account) complain on chat and they exclude my account and have offered zero resolution as to how to get the money that is rightfully mine paid to me. Will be complaining to IBAS and resolver.

Awful betting site, they offer no incentive of joining or even being a customer not matter how much you deposit. Always give the automated answer of 'check our promotional page'. I asked for a goodwill gesture of a free bet hit a brick wall despite wagering £350 that week! Support is okay, but they'll automatically limit your spending limits and forget going through the due diligence verification as well all know betting sites ask for X amount of documents but never increase it.

I have being playing on Betway for well over 6 years.

This week, when I tried to make a withdrawal to my Visa, which is what I deposited with, it tells me that I have to make a deposit by that method, which I obviously did.

Since this was not an option available, I tried to have my withdrawals credited to my bank account (which I had done for many years successfully), the information is listed as my preferred withdrawal method, which is in accordance with Betway's withdrawal policy. The site said I could not withdraw by that method because I did not deposit using it.

I have chatted with support several times, but was told that nothing can be done since withdrawal procedures changed. I was never notified of any changes. They suggested other methods of deposit/withdrawal, but since I do not bank online, none of these would work for me (and still would not get me my current winnings).

In a subsequent interaction with support, they said that I could once again withdraw directly to my bank account, but when I tried, again it was denied.

If I had reviewed Betway 2 years ago, I probably would have rated them a 4 or 5 star, but in those years, they have basically cancelled all forms of support (no more phone support, email usually sends auto chat link, and chat usually gets you a big runaround, they also got rid of the slots free play mode).

I ended up just playing off my winnings and decided to block my deposit method. It is pointless to spend real money there when you have no hope of taking anything out.

Having the worst experience with betway. I've been asked for account information for the 4th time now. I've sent bank verification documents and pics of the bank cards used front and back. Bank confirmed letters of the accounts. Each time a different agent requests a different document. The latest agent said all my documents can't be opened where the agent before that could. Betway is this your way of not paying us after taking tens of thousands from me.

Account suspended after a deposit and placing a bet , reasons given you are concerned about my financial well being , ive placed 11 bets 6x £10 5x£11 account was in profit, so in otherwords you dont want winners as my mates account is minus £800 and you keep sending him emails to bet more where is your concern there ?

I've had worst experience with this casino. My account had been previously verified and I was enjoying my gaming with them and withdrawing with no faults. A week ago I played several slots and won $800 then suddenly a receive a pop up saying I must verify my account before withdrawal. They wanted bank statements I sent them but they all got rejected. The customer help line is also useless as they always tell me my account manager will get in touch with me. Imagine after spending hundreds of dollars on their casino games and they treat you like a nobody. There is no loyalty to loyal customers from this site. It sucks.

i was playing grand roulette and my total account balance by most of the winnings got 27k and suddenly within a few minutes Multiple deductions of 6k happened until the total balance left only a few rupees 27k it got to almost zero as i haven't betted. Impossible 6k bets took placed as we can bet from 20rs to 5k only,,automatically and game over. No records of bets found. grand roulette still shows would you like to resume your 6k bet.and still no refunds given and agents are continuously fooling me by saying have patience blah blah.
its been months now i would have to go consumer court or a regular one.

Biggest Scam of all time. My betway account was locked last week and it was unlocked on Friday after I sent them my alternative ID. My account was unlocked and when I logged in, I had 0 balance in my account and the withdrawal is applied automatically without my permission.
Later I get an email the next day from betway that my withdrawal is on hold as they need my payment details. 1st they applied for withdrawal without my permission and details and when I send them the details, there is another surprise.

My bank details gets updated and 3 days and withdrawal is not processed. I chat with customer care and they say again account is under review.

So betway is just biggest scam where they just hold your money in the name of account review and this keeps going on forever.

They keep playing in this way no matter what. Stay away from betway and use some other book maker. Betway is pure waste of time and money, Nothing else.

they are a scam and fraud. I have bet alot and lost thousands with them and now i have been waiting for about 7k owing to me and its been over 2 weeks. They keep asking for documents that i have sent over and over. DONT GiVE THEM TOUR MONEY. I wish i had not bet with this site. I will try to see if taking this public or getting a lawyer to help because this is very wrong what they are doing. people should know what they are doing. Played for 2+ years on betway I lost , betway had no issues with my account. Now in last 6 months I started winning and was withdrawing at regular intervals. Suddenly betway has problems in my account and they put my account in suspension mode for indefinite period. All of a sudden I have a gambling problem and my account is being excluded. So now I can’t even get into my account for anything. FRAUD. I suggest getting people paid before I get a bunch of people to start getting a hold of your licensing company.

I won 214000 by betting on e basketball. I withdrew the amount. Processing was started and after 2 days i got a mail to send bank statements. I sent them bank statements but didn’t get any updates. After that I contacted them 4-5 times , they told that document was approved and soon they will complete the verification. I waited for 2 weeks for some good news. But after providing everything, i got a mail from betway that they have locked my account permanently and didn’t pay the amount. This was just shocking from them. I think we all should go to Consumer court against this scam happening.

Fraud App..
I had given a withdrawal request from my account on 29th July 2021 Sometime later I got a email from betway that your betway account has been suspended for lifetime without any reason. And for the withdrawal request which I had placed, they asked me to provide a utility bill , which I gave them.. It's been 2 days that I have supplied them the document and now they are not even replying to any emails and are not updating me on my withdrawal request….

How cleverly these fraud company people first suspended my account so that I cannot login and my means of interaction with THESE FRAUDSTERS gets limited to email only and now on email also they have stopped responding…

Betway ran a "get paid as a winner if your team scores first" promotion during the Euros. I placed a bet on 23rd June and WON which was also reflected in my betway account. I tried to withdraw my winnings (£38) 2nd July but still has not been processed with some lame excuse about a (seemingly open-ended) "review" even though my account is ALREADY VERIFIED. And also banned from taking part in promotions?!

They are only contactable via chat. Contacted several times with no indication as to when this will be resolved. Absolute rubbish!

Betway is No.1 scam. I created an account and I placed bets and I won and they locked my account.
2 days later they say I need to send alternative ID and I sent and it was approved and I have email confirmation too that my account is verified.
Now my account is still locked and when I contact customer care they say again under review and they wont say when it will be done and I need to wait till it's done no matter how long.

So all they do is keep taking time and come back once in a while asking for one or other information of document and that's it.

If you value your money and time, use some other book maker other than betway.

My account has been compromised by their staff members and they will not delete my data from their servers. Took months to respond. This is not a legit company they are located in Malta and are looking for people credit cards information to scam them.

I’ve been waiting for someone to call me to reopen my account for several weeks. I originally contacted to reopen for the euros but I still haven’t had a call. I have emailed but I get told to wait as someone will contact. Disappointed.

Played for 2 years, won, withdrew my money with no issues. Now all of a sudden I won $800 and you send an email saying you’re trying to contact me but weren’t successful. Um my cell phone is on me at all times. It’s the number on file with you. You didn’t call. Then I get a call and I think oh! Maybe I over reacted! LOL was I wrong! All of a sudden I have a gambling problem and my account is being excluded. So now I can’t even get into my account for anything. FRAUD. I frequent this site a lot and place lots of bets in a day. Strangely, when I check the status of my bets the sites always bring a pop 'Conection Lost' window. I would like to believe this a technical issue on Betway's side or maybe they are doing server maintenance. Given the frequency of this always happening, I'm starting to have credibility issues with the site. Since I place lots of bets and particularly never record my bet ID number given I trust the site, this has got me thinking otherwise. I would like to keep track of my bets, so when I can't access my account to monitor my bets, it brings up some questions. Betway should explain this.

My third review on the subject of Betways customers difficulty in making contact with this company.
It would appear I am now reduced to communicating with Betway through a third party,(Trustpilot).
Given that they do not respond to my emails and I waited
for two hours and twenty-five minutes and still failed to
make contact via their chat system, my only remaining point of contact is the phone, I found three phone numbers on the web. The first two were, obsolete,and the second may or may not have been Betaway's,but it was permanently engaged. Yesterday Betaway informed me by email that they had tried to contact me on my home phone, but the call had gone to voicemail.They failed leave me a message explaining this,and perhaps helpfully including their phone number so I could contact them. Interestingly the email informing me of their failed phone call ended ironically with the following meaningless assurance."should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us"

I made a deposit 3 months back but till now not yet reflected to betway account as well not returned to my bank, when I asked them about this they told me that they have not received, according to that I visited bank and bankers asked me for the written statement from the merchant, then I asked betway for the written statement they told me it was received and returned back to the bank, after asking this issue again they are saying it was sent to investigation team from 1 month, asked them a time frame for complaint solving but they can't say time frame it seems, what a standards, should I wait for 1year, 5years,10years,100years?
What they are maintaining is absolutely low quality, every customers with 500₹ means they can become billionaires.

The worst book make ever. The only think they do is hold the withdrawal and keep telling reasons. I had sent my documents for verification and they verified the account and the later put the withdrawal on hold and asking for the utility bill again and the chat support keep saying that account is under review and they wont tell when the review will be complete because they dont have time frame and that I need to keep waiting until the review is done and that just keeps going forever.

My advice is to stay away from betway forever. They only thing that happens there is either you loose or you win and they hold the withdrawal in the name of account review which just keeps on going forever.
