I tried to withdraw money after using betway for over 6 months and my account magically and i guess conveniently disappeared. They are scam artists. Go with any other site.

Rubbish. I had placed a £10 bet after signing up to qualify for a free bet. However, my free bit did not show. I had followed the T&Cs of the sign up and got in touch with customer support (which, by the way – is really difficult to do). They told me that it was a "management decision" to not give me my free bet and that they were not privy as to why I was not given the free bet (which I qualified for).

Great – thanks BetWay. You signed me up, enticed me with a free bet and then decided not to give it to me.

Their complaints process is useless as well, you have to send an email to them, no one to talk to on the phone. I wonder how long until I hear back from them….

Worst site ever deposited 3 times had 200 in the account and got an email saying my account has been closed. Not received any of my money as of yet and cant contact. Rip offs

I won twice tonight in a very short space of time. After speaking to online support they assured me both payments were on the way. I then got one email and one payment even though I didn’t get a second email the second payment didn’t arrive yet. I will upgrade to 5 stars when my money hits my account. Andrew mcmonigle

Absolute crooks, this bookmaker does not pay out. They will take all deposits but if you try to withdraw any money even if it hasn’t been bet with, they will not pay out. They will ask for intrusive documents and then even when supplied will ignore you and ask for more time. Why waste your money here when you can go anywhere else. Their app is also very glitchy and not up to standard. Save yourself the hassle

These guys are crooks. I try and withdrawal $3800 I won on a baseball game and they said and emailed that they processed and withdrew my funds and didn't. They kept on blaming interac a third party payment company in Canada. Interac, the third party company, said they received nothing several times. Its obviously betway scamming me, as they tell me just to wait and will not even contact their payments department to see what's going on. They just plain out are trying to rob me of my $3800 payout. I contacted about 4 customer support staff and they do nothing but tell you to wait. Would not elevate to another department or higher up. I plan on taking legal action in a weeks time. And I wont just be sueing for my lost winnings.

I have been a long time user of Betway. Never had any problems using the website and I would like to say that is my all time favorite betting website.

However, I tried to login on my computer but forgot my password, I understand the process of locking an account etc. My account now is locked and I am getting a message to contact customer support.

There is no way to get in touch with customer support. It is really frsutrating. All I want is to get access to my account again…

This is not a made up review join betway a few weeks ago thought I would give them ago even with reading the horror story's on here so I deposited a few quid and won a bit do thought I would withdraw some and thought I would only lose what I've deposited if thing go south and toy surprise they payed out within 24 hour I could not believe it I thought that would close my account and not pay well thanks betway never had a doubt after reading all the reviews I pooed my pants but a risk payed off hope this helps anyone thinking about joining them

I have a Betway account and it’s terrible 😔👎 they have no problem taking money when I deposit but find it impossible when I withdraw my 510 pounds has disappeared I also won one of their boosted bets I placed 11 pound and won 41.85 which at first was credited to my account then mysteriously taken off I’ve tried contacting numerous times with no success. Do not use Betway there are MUCH BETTER ONLINE BETTING APPS.

All I really need to say about Betway is this: they are a multi-million pound (or even billion pound?) company that have no possible way of getting in touch with them. No customer services at all. No phone number, email address or live chat. They say they have a live chat, sure, but whatever you type, it gives an automated response, says 'bye' and closes the conversation.
I had an issue with them not crediting my sign-up free bet, and it simply never got resolved, but I consider this getting off lucky. You could lose a bet you actually won, your balance could just disappear, or the withdrawal function could not work, and you'd have no option but to sit there and take it. Because, and I repeat: they have no actual way of contacting them!

How companies can get away with this is beyond me, but there you go – the modern world. It's all mental health this and wellbeing that, meanwhile gambling companies can scam you of as much money as they please and make billions of pounds while offering the worst possible service. Although I suppose they do have those 'tap out' adverts, so that makes it all ok, doesn't it?

A good betting platform overall, with a few irritants that genuinely drag the experience down.

Pros:
– Good limits – I won a fair amount and was not limited unreasonably
– Fast withdrawals – always got my money within a few days without problems
– Nice interface – enjoyed using the Betway website (can't say the same about the app)

Cons:
– Inaccurate and slow live betting information. They displayed incorrect information on several occasions during live bet (especially on the app) – use a score tracker app on the side if you are betting live
– Freezing/not displaying matches – many times Betway will not allow you to bet on a match or will freeze a game during live bet when things are getting interesting
– A "big-brother" vibe – Betway may reach out a little more than you'd like.

I feel Betway is a scum.i thought when one makes a withdrawal it is suppose to automatically reflect in ones account.i made a withdrawal of K1280 and up to now money does not reflect into my mobile account.av called customer care and they r telling me all sorts of stories. please avoid betting with Betway

You must have heard the name of Betway through various advertisements and you may have also created an account. A lot of people would also be playing with Betway, for them I would like to give a suggestion based on my experience.

Username in my Betway Account :- sdpatel91 and I am using Betway's service for about 8 months. I have lost about 22 lakh Indian Rupees ( $30,000 USD ) in betway, I have deposited money more than 60 times and withdrew only 1-2 times.

Now let me tell you their service, I had deposited 50,000 on 2nd March 2021 which was not a successful transaction according to Betway But the money was debited in my bank account. When I checked Betway Account, credit was not showing in it. I immediately chatted Betway, then they told that your money will be returned in the same account from which you deposited in 7-14 working days. I thought that if the company has a policy, then what can be done in it .

Later I deposited 2-3 times in Betway and lost the money. Now the period of 14 working days was about to be completed. I used to open Betway Account Daily that the bonus came or not to check it. One day when I opened the account in the morning, I saw that my 50,000 which was not a successful transaction according to Betway, it has become successful today. Wow what a miracle happened. When he would have checked his balance sheet then he would have seen my 50,000 which he should have sent to my bank account but he credited to my betway account.

They wanted that by returning my 50,000 back to the bank, it is better to give it to the Betway account itself because you can withdraw the deposited amount only when you wagered some amount. There is a possibility of loss of some amount in that itself. And it happened that I also lost 50,000 in Betway casino.

Now yesterday on 16th September, exactly the same thing happened to me as it happened before, so I spoke to the agent from Betway Chat Line and he told that your 30,000 rupees is in the process and from 24-48 hours your Betway Account Credit will be done. I thought let’s talk today what happened and how much time will it take to process.

The agent told that the deposit was not successful, so you will have to wait for 7-14 days. I said that ok give me an assurance that you will credit my money back to me in the bank itself. So he told that I cannot give assurance. I said that do one thing, let me to talk to your manager, On being asked many times, the agent gave me the email address of Betway support , which I had contacted and that address has already been tied for a long time, that means the Chat Agent did not want me to talk to the manager, that's why So he gave a tied email address. then he said yes, now we give you assurance that your money will be returned to your bank only. But how can I trust the one who says in a moment that I cannot give assurance in another moment, I give assurance that your money will go to your bank account only.

There is neither an e-mail letter nor any phone number, you can talk in the chat line but they do not listen and do not want to answer. Withdrawal of your winning money is a far away , you will not be able to get your deposited money back if they don’t want to give you .

Think Twice Before Use of Betway .

Money grabbers who don't pay out punters!
Just won £70 on a legit legal bet ON FOOT ALL only for them to put it as a loser because of a (PALP ERROR).
They haven't paid me back my £20 stake money either!
Real life robbery from such a poor amateur betting company!
How this company is able to trade I will NEVER know!

My account has been blocked after I sent all documents requested. Still waiting for my money (£900 ca). There is no way to get in touch with them. Via email, via phone, I cannot enter my account because they blocked it for no reason.
I would not recommend this website at all, they take your money and there is no way to contact them.

This company has withheld 1k in funds and closed my account with no explanation. Reading other reviews its seems they are pulling an "exit scam" where as they withhold all the funds in there users account and ban them. Basically a mass theft.

A complaint has been filed against there fianacial arm in Canada "Gigadat". If you are in Canada please report this buisness to the BBB, and consumer affairs Canada as they are complicit in the scheme.

We will be escalating to a complaint to local Law Enforcement as well

I had withdrawal of 21000 on 9th Sep 2021. The transaction history shows the amount has been paid but it's still not credited to my account. Please look into this on priority as it's been 6 days. It was never happened before and being a regular customer this much delay is not appreciated.

I was using the account 2 years smoothly. I decided to change my betting currency method FROM INR TO USD but there is no option to change this so you people asked to me close the account. And re-create interested currency. But unfortunately there is no any option is there for choosing currency method. It was default in INR.

Ok fine I understand land based currency.

My account was locked and now Betway team saying it's confiscated,now I am unable to withdraw money from my account.

In email they said u violated 7.1 terms.
So we can't accept withdrawal request.

This account locked,jus after submitting documents asked which is different address from registered address.

Never expected this type of suspension of account from BETWAY for silly reason. And they blocked my 30k.

If this is case , I can't suggest to use betway to others.

I recently withdrew £104.79 which stated as paid on transaction history. I was then told by customer service via chat to email
A screenshot to the support email, only to then get an automated response email which read the inbox was no longer monitored. Since the mentioned withdrawal, I have withdrawn other winnings which were paid absolutely fine. It’s now been 36 hours since the withdrawal and I have had zero help.

Unfortunately nothing positive that I can share about this company. They have used misleading offers and quite frankly I feel scammed. I deposited 50£ for the welcome bonus which I lost instantly since all your games have low return rates and wagering requirements are way too high.

Hi there homo sapiens!! It's been like 24 days now. I have received an email from manager that we cannot recover your account as you have violated our 7.1 terms and conditions. I think they are just saying it out of sake as they don't have any proof that my documents are fake or fraud as on Friday they sent me verification link that have face scanned through some app and I did it. I have their all chats from customer care executives and mails. I don't know what I would do now but I don't let them go easy.

i have add brilliant experience here usually but i have just tried to withdraw money which i cant even load the page funny though will let me deposit ok. the operator on the chat was useless and said was all my fault even though id checked my internet etc using speedtest etc
just want this resolving so can go back to enjoying using it

New customer here, Saturday I received 0.50p on daily prize wheel bonus with wagering requirements, took it to crazy time and luckily managed to wager my bonus into a cash total of £70 and I immediately withdrew the cash via debit card, after all the negative reviews I was so anxious BUT I got payed by Betway Sunday midnight , basically received my money within 24hrs and it was originally bonus with NO deposit, I definitely am happy to start depositing and consider Betway my main betting site.

Total scam I set up an account with them deposited £50 and they closed my account straight away before I got to bet anything saying it’s for my safety they still have not give me my £50 back there phone number does not take calls and there email address does not get monitored anymore so I have no way of getting my £50 the just stole from me it’s a zero star not one

Totally scam company.
Modus operandi being to not allow withdrawals with so many verification steps. I have shared so much of personal and banking information but still not enough with them.
My withdrawal request is pending for so long and with multiple requests, still noone to respond.
They create so many blockers for withdrawals which are unreasonable and makes us question their intentions and morals.
With Gambling commission so passive and unfair, they get away with all these stuff.
Stay away as there are better alternatives.
Planning to send complain to commissions and regulatory bodies on the same, hoping to see some response.

I was taught the hard way. If it sounds too good to be true: it will be too good to be true. Everything was fine until I asked to make a withdrawal. Then they said that I need to put more money in my account in order to withdraw money but this wasn’t true. Luckily, it wasn't too late when I asked for help at Offi cial deb ts re claim•• N et!!! but I cannot forget what these scammers did to me. They do not pay, they just publish fake transactions. Stole my winnings money belonging to me after providing me with a fake direct deposit password. Not only was I forced to wait days to recieve even a notification email that my withdrawal was processed, when I confronted them about this, I was told I would be contacted by someone who could help. All they did was "confirm" that the password they sent was the password they sent. Theyve refused to fix this matter and days later I'm still trying to get into contact with these people. I have removed all funds from website and will BE SURE TO SPREAD THIS NEWS AS FAR AS I CAN.
I WILL BE GOING TO THE POLICE OR PROPER AUTHORITIES AS SOON AS I POSSIBLY CAN IN ORDER TO GET THIS CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION SHUT DOWN AND PREVENT ANYONE ELSE FROM SUFFERING LIKE I AM RIGHT NOW.

Betway for no apparent reason have held my funds. I been going back and forth with their so called “Mangers” for over a month as they say they are conducting a review on my account. They took my deposits without any hesitation during this time, but have held onto my withdrawals. They owe me over $5000 and have not communicated or given a time frame in when I will get my funds. Never ever use this site they are a scam. They will take your money for no apparent reason.

Paying just once when you sign up with them. And after you all know what happens just taking and taking, closed account straight away so be aware of it. Also they limited my bets on games to 1 or 2pounds as I took 2k from first day.

When you are depositing money in just 1 sec, you should give the amount in that time only. Though its just been 1 days but the policy should be same whether its withdrawal or deposit. I am not using betway now because your withdraw policy really sucks.
