They let you place bets and then the site or app crashes, stalls out, etc.. Takes your money even if you hit. Takes your bets away “not in time” and then something big hits. The promos are a joke. Customer service is a joke. Only thing decent is absolutely nothing. Bet sports somewhere else, and definitely don’t play casino games.

BIGGEST SCAM ! Do not use this company for online sports betting. Received the 100% deposit Match… you need to spend 45X your initial deposit to have the bonus converted to cash… yes you heard right 45X rollerover. To make it worse you have 1 week to achieve the 45X rollover. All bets are 50% from your bonus and all payments are awarded 50% to the bonus… after 1 week if you do not reach the 45X rollover all bonus money is stolen. It is legitimately the biggest scam. Either you lose your money on bets or the money is taken back after 1 week. AVOID!!!

Been waiting more than 2 weeks for a withdrawal. They keep asking for things, which I sent several times. Then excuses like, can’t open attachment. It’s blurry (it was perfectly clear) etc. Now they won’t reply. SCAM

Just got my account suspended for no reason & I can’t even sign back in to withdraw my money from my account, customer service don’t help they just said it was standard procedure & they will be in touch lol, standard procedure to take your cash & suspend your account without refunding what you have in there, stay away from this ite they will rob you blind!!!! Look carefully at what they are doing to people. They will offer a bonus to match your deposit up to $1000. If you read what they are actually doing they make you wager 30 times that amount before you are eligible to take out any funds including your original deposit . So you would have to play 6000$ worth on your original $100 because now yiu have $100 bonus so it’s 30x $200 now to take anything out . Doesn’t seem that your likely to win 30 times your amount . I think people need to start making formal complaints to who regulates this industry but their are still good honest ones like DraftKings and FanDuel . Bonuses are real on there and without the scam.

The bitter experience with betway they just do the fraud with clients after receiving money in their account they simply say that we didn't any amount in our account. It's really painful that many people lose their hard earned money in this way win or lose is the another matter but frauds can't be tolerated like this.

This is really big scam don't ever choose bet way.

Most of the review I saw but I did not agree and I played with them starting they gave good withdrawal but when I requested 13k with drawel & I informed I needed urgently why is taking so long I have to pay bills they just locked my account & said it will self excluded it's for entertainment purpose not for emergency & the agent name Nicole she just locked.

It's like big theief you win one or 2 times you will get more than that they will gonna blocked.

It's an big scam doing guys & she said you can contact after 6 month you will get withdrawal how to contact or with whome we need to connect now.

Agent Nicole just blocked my account after informing that I will take back my words ..she informed it's just entertainment purpose & she blocked the account by saying you will get withdrawal & disconnected the chat.

They've held my money for 15 months, saying the bet is "under investigation" as if that means anything to me, literally 15 MONTHS under "investigation"??? That's the biggest bs I've heard, I even asked for an update and they are saying they can't provide anything.

So conclusion, they've basically scammed me and holding my money and not paying out my winnings. How the fk are these even a bookmaker I don't understand, the score itself on trustpilot is 2.2 rating out of 5, that should tell you enough.

NOTE: Do NOT NOT NOT use Betway, they are TERRIBLE and don't care about their customers. Plenty of bookies out there like Bet365, Unibet etc who are good.

Been with Betway for a few years, they have become absolutely awful. Firstly they replaced goodwill gestures and loyalty points with there laughable prize wheel, the prizes are so tiny they are not worth bothering with, you generally win about 10 pence if anything (and they put 30x wagering on that). Today I spoke to an agent named Chandre to ask why they had added no new casino promos for months, she quite happily advised that the decision was made after a managerial investigation and the outcome was to take away and offer no new casino promos for there loyal customers whatsoever these are the sort of people you are dealing with. I have now closed my account STAY AWAY they have become so anti customer it’s unreal

If I am not able to make deposit, then how can we play. Whenever I deposit it won't get reflect, if I ask customer support they say deposit was detected and they don't have proper reason. It's been days now since my original ID for FICA application I have send. Betway sent me a massage that my documents has been escalated to FICA team And it will take 48 hours for it to be verified but now it's been more than 96 hours since I have send my documents and it's not not yet Verified , it's still escalting. I have called them countless times and the feedback they give me is that they will notify FICA team about that and my documents should be verified in the next 24hours .after 24 hours nothing , I have to call them again And they will say the same stories .

Its been over 18 days. I withdraw amount on 10 September. Even till date it has not reached my account. All they say is they are reviewing. They are being unfair. Something is fishy with them lately. Never experienced this before. I am looking for a quick solution and not review. I have even sent my bank statements to them been 3 days to that too. I would change this to 5 star is solution is given quick.

Casino sucks, bad games everything's the same, slowest customer support available (?). Had 3k in winnings but managed to lose it due to the fact i didn't have the patience to wait for the customer support to verify my identity. Aware of the fact it was my own fault, but if u want up to date customer support, that doesn't take forever to respond, I can't recommend betway.

This company does not clearly stay the terms and conditions and do not follow them when indicated. When I joined the site I never claimed they're free BET offer but I was told that I used it when I deposit money. Before putting my first bet I got that customer services and ask them if I place a bet without claiming the free bed will that count as the free bet. I was told that it was not be counted until I claim it. Unfortunately it was counted and I lost that opportunity. When I tried to contact customer service to explain their situation they just kept saying that I use the Free bet which I didn't ask many times I told them. I even told him to read their own terms and conditions with indicated clearly that I needed to opt it in to the bet before claiming it. But that didn't matter they kept on saying over and over that I have used the bet. Do not use this service because if you have any problems you will not get any resolution at all.

I have deposited a rupees of 2080 on 25th April 2021but untill not credit into my betway account. I have sent all the required document but not solve my issue. Poor service given by betway.i connected with the betway staff more than 30 or 40times but they only said that , I am waiting your bank feedback.
