A like the layout of the website and the game available to play. They have offers on regularly, which is always a draw.
Sadly, this is all tarnished by the withdrawal/payout process.
Its been over a week since I requested a payout and still no money arrived in my bank.
Everyday the withdrawal says pending.
I have contacted then numerous times and each time they say there was an issue and they have to 'resend' the payout – which takes 2-5 days or 2-6 days which every one they tell you.
So each time I wait the 5 or 6 days and nothing – then the process starts again – me contacting them, the adviser saying sorry we had issues, them sending the money – if they ever do send it. Its pathetic!!
Its almost as if they do not want to payout!!
From a very unsatisfied customer. I would not recommend.

Prices and offers good, service not so. Dog races cut off just before the off so you can't watch them. The reply when you complain is it's your fault, check your cashe and cookies! You watch for three minutes, it cuts out on the off and it's my fault!
Also no help when you complain, and it always takes at least 3 days to get your winnings. At least three days, never any less than three days.

Great odds and great service. Had an issue with a bet query and the help centre was very good to resolve it. App layout could be better as not as simple to browse all bet markets. Still very good though.

My account was quickly limited after winning a few horse racing bets and I was unable to place further bets. They have two sets of horse racing odds, one for those who win where the odds are crap called the guaranteed bet market and another set of odds for those who lose. Unethical two tier system for winners and losers.

Have been a customer since Victor Chandler days. The website is easy to use and they are generous with their free bets. Usually I have had no problem with these being awarded. Unfortunately this time, I hadn't received a free bet I thought I should have. I used their chat service online and their agent Xavier could not have been more helpful. I don't know why my bet was not awarded, but he quickly remedied the problem and I was given my free bet.

Horrific. Will let you upload money and bet. But try and withdraw and they shut down your account for “verification”. So far they have a photo of my DL, a selfie of me holding my DL to prove it’s in my possession, a screen shot of my bank account showing the payments made to them with my sort code and account number, a copy of my electricity tariff addressed to me (apparently not acceptable as it’s not a bill dated within 3 months), a copy of my credit card statement (not acceptable as I had the cheek to blurr out my card number and credit limit). And apparently that’s still not sufficient! If only they were so rigorous with checks prior to you giving them money and gambling.

Signed up as a new customer hoping to take advantage of their sign up promotions, after placing the qualifying bet and watching the result come in I want awarded the free bet from the promotion. I contacted them by live chat to query why the free bet hasn't been awarded after talking to the first person it was because I had a duplicated account this was then verified as the reason by the next person I spoke to. The third person said it was due to 1 per household, I'm not impressed with being messed about and been told 2 different things. If I got told 1 per house first it wouldn't of been an issue.
