Where to start, 3 days waiting on verification, which is OTT, however was submitted, then needed another proof of address, provided that yesterday, keep in mind they took a deposit first then stopped game play half an hour in to new account before asking for id. Now they are refusing to even refund my deposit, on live chat refusing to exclude my account, saying that they need another proof of deposit even though advanced verification was successful which was included proof of deposit, was only another proof of address, actually useless and got me so angry stealing MY MONEY , refusing to refund my deposit, going to report them

Put on a bet. Found out afterwards that the odds were significantly better elsewhere. Tried to cancel the bet or cash out with a small loss. Met with a wall of “computer says no”. I’d just lost a large sum of money to them so thought they’d be accommodating. Was told that they do cancel bets sometimes if contacted early enough, but not for me (48 hours and odds still the same).
I asked to delete the account. Customer services did it immediately without explaining that I then wouldn’t be able to cash out after the market had opened or access the money afterwards. I’d have to go through them again.

This casino is scam. You can win only on register and then no win. On beginning good return. After that nothing. Deposit money and lost money. When you playing casino games, if catch any bonus or free spin on £2, the game return very..very..very low money. Avoid this casino, save money. I'm very disappointed.

Stay away. They just take your money from your balance and close your account without any reason.
My account was opened 1 day ago and has been verified. I just deposited low amount and placed 1 bet. It's won. And my account has been closed after that withound any reason. Also they refuse my money from my balance. I just want get back my deposit amount, that's it. But betvictor refuse it.
Stay away. It's the worst bookie as I ever tried.

however ricardo and samantha failed to grasp that bet victor did not act correctly instead sam got my name incorrect even after she had passed me though security and ricardo was repeadly unhelpful and obstructive. I told him to stop digging and admit they were wrond, but no. Clear case of do as bet victor says, not do bet victor does!

Been waiting 3 days now for my money to arrive in bank, its lies when they say you can withdraw fast payment which arrives in 40min. My bank accepts fast payments but I'm still here waiting for 3 days. Spoke to a few agents on the live chat and they don't or can't tell you anything about what's going on. I was told it bad to be done by the process team in the morning! What is that about never heard anythinf like it. There probably making a few more day intrest hold your money. I've had enough now!

This is a really good, legitimate casino in my experience. The bonuses in particular are some of the fairest out there and they aren't slow in paying out winnings. The only real issue I've had was a technical error in a game paying out the wrong winnings on a bonus (hit a 100× 40 cent multiplier and somehow ended up with a 6 euro win?) and despite giving very precise information on when it occurred and what happened in my original email, I received a very automated response asking me for the same information I had already provided alongside questions that weren't actually relevant to my problem which was quite tedious so I didn't bother following it up for the sake of 30 euro but I'm sure if I spent ages writing out the details again they probably would have helped. Customer service are very friendly and they regularly give you wager free spins even without depositing so overall one of my favourite casinos. I haven't received anything for this review but having had some awful experiences with some casinos I do appreciate honest casinos.

Disgusting site! Scam! Nothing but a hustle to build ur confidence. They get you trading higher then they swipe the lot. All you get from support is a series of "I told you so" and arguing they are legit! "No you didn’t tell me you could manipulate the chart to steal people’s money"!!!. I lost about €200,000 to them. Just couldn't sleep at night thinking that I was finished.I saw a review of fundsrecoveryreclaim@óùtlóók.com and she was trending on trust pilot so I decided to give it a try, to my greatest surprise, I was refunded back in just less than 2 days, I'm so so Happy.!

I deposited a fair decent amount of money, and when trying to bet, they immediately changed the odds.

Then they asked for verification, which I provided, in the form of a drivers license.

Now they want my passport, but I Have not access to it and I told them it would take months for me to get it.

On the website, it shows that Drivers License is an acceptable form of ID. Now they hold my thousands of dollars and refuse to identify me, and it has been 8 days so far. Truly pathetic.

If they do not unblock my account, I will be taking action against them, with damages. I have provided all their paperwork, and they continue to buy time, doing god knows what with my money.

Stay away. Really sketchy and do not play more than a couple small dollars on this website.

I read the reviews and decided to join. I can not write about anything apart from the slots. My God is it difficult to win or get near a win. Maybe I was stupid to put in £100 over 2 days. But I live and learn. No wins or near any win. I play the same game or 2 on 4 other sites and the main game I play runs 100% different on this website. App is pathetic along with customer service awful and obstructive?

I had problems with app seemingly accepting my bet as It acknowledge bet had been placed but after checking later bet had not been placed.
In addition I tried to open betting markets on football teams but the app didn't respond.
I contacted BV customer service and as per other people's previous reviews they were very obstructive. They kept asking for "screenshots" of pages. How I asked was this going to indicate what went wrong .
Other unhelpful advice was to log out and then log back in which I had already did.
So the morale of the tale is don't accept any proper support or compensation as this won't be forthcoming and be prepared for the screenshot request salvo as without this they say they can't help you .
Shocking experience .

Cannot Fault them myself other than the good reviews on here about live chat that seem cheap and like tactics used by bad casinos..anyhow my experience with Bet.V is good, I win a lot and they pay within the hour into my account…They have a good selection of games and from my playing enough players so you can win big the next day on the same slots…works for me.I am sure I have never contacted chat as i have never had any issues.Deposit with a Visa card and it works…well, for me.

Worst company I have dealt with, they just after you deposit and have lost a bit of money decide to block you and then ask you to send proof of income and all other range of documents, which they reject like your trying to apply for a job with them. Please avoid these scammers like the plague. They just decide when and if to let you play and don't make these so called checks before a single penny has been deposited. If there were 0 stars I would have given it. This company are a bunch of thieves. I opened an account and it was the worst mistake I have ever made. I deposited around £6000 from my debit card with no issues of course. Initially they verified me however when it came to winning a total of £9000 they wanted to do an enhanced verification which I had no issues with, I sent them all the documentation they requested and then the following morning I receive an email saying account closed due to the fact my documents did not match with the vendors Wth does that even mean. I told them that I will send them any other documentation to no avail. I even got my complaint to stage 3 which is the highest internally possible and again I got a message saying sorry not paying out. The funny things about all of this is that I withdrew the funds prior to this enhanced verification and it was approved but they say there was an issue with their third party payment provider and the funds were sent back to Betvictor…. I said that technically the funds were approved and sent but sent back to you and they said because they are not happy with my documents and my account is closed no withdrawals will be done. AN ABSOLUTE TOTAL SCAM AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE UNFAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND NO BRAINS TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT

Lucky15 scam I put a lucky15 on with betvictor I had 1 winner at 16/1 and got paid out on a single they told me that they stopped paying out bonuses on this wager if that is the case why have they still got lucky15 on their website this is the second time that this has happened to me in the last year with this firm and pensioners like me are falling for this due to memory loss just take the bloody lucky15 of your website.

Betvictor betting was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $19700 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I excluded myself for a year and after the period had expired I searched for a casino that had good reviews.

My experience was good to being with until on 04.05.21 I withdraw £80, to date I have not received my funds. I have been told loads of different excuses, I have contacted them via live chat and email only to be told it is being dealt with and if I have an issue with gambling contact Gamstop! cheek.

As they stated it was a problem with my account I anticipated that I would have a problem making a deposit but they are happy to take a deposit from my account but have a problem for nearly 6 weeks paying my winnings. I have even provided my details for BACS and was told it would be in my account in 24 hours, but no such such luck, 5 days later I contacted them again and they said it would be in my account the following day. No sign. I contacted them today, 2 days later and was told that the person made a mistake and a BACS has not been processed.

I am totally disgusted with Bet Victor, all mouth and no action!!!!

Can't withdraw money!

I am using Betvictor for years. At May 30 I requested to withdraw money but still did not get it. They automatically cancel withdrawal requests, for no reasons, I can't use Skrill and Credit card for withdrawal, they offered me to use Bank transfer but this transaction also was cancelled, they don't have exact answer what is the problem.

I am fully verified user and never have any problem before, but now they don't give me my money back…Still waiting for answers but I think I never get money back. So be very careful when you use this website!

I will never use Betvictor again!

Started off great with bet victor.straightforward and withdrawn money in bank account in an hour.i bet on handball and was on a good run and had withdrawn just over a thousand pounds in winnings in a few days.then when went to put next bet on it was restricted and at one time I could put on 1.75p which I took as an insult.
Bet victor great but like a lot of others dont like it when you win.i withdrew my money and wont use them again.

I had used betvictor for years then after betting on the american horse racing at the start of the first lockdown and only because there were no british horse racing, that is when i had stake restrictions.
I can only win up to £20 max winnings on horses and my football bets are restricted to just £10 winnings, its quite frankly pathetic.
I wanted to place a couple of bets on the euros but i cant win more than £10 so they make it impossible to bet.
I really have no respect for bookmakers that are too scared to take bets, its an embarrassment to the betting industry.
Seriously i would stay well clear, i had bet with them for so many years and if it wasnt for covid i dont even think i would be restricted as i never bet on the american horse racing.
Please just stay clear as u will end up being restricted, its almost impossible to not get restricted if u only bet on sports, mostly just football and horse racing, they love it if u lose thousands in the casinos but as i am not stupid enough to do this they restrict you

Things start off promising with this site, good odds, with visa fast funds you literally can withdraw your funds and have it within your bank in less than 2 minutes. However, you soon begin to learn every casino game you play or virtual game you play is rigged beyond belief, of course you're not meant to "Win" constantly but jesus at least make it a little bit less obvious that your games arent rigged to lose 99% of the time.

Playing fine no concerns untill the asked for documents where salary comes only had deposited £600 very odd from then banned me for 5 years due to been in benefits !! Another bookie that bans and restricts customers that gamble responsibly. I won £450 over a period 5 months on sports only. I admit that I take value bets but how can a company say they encourage responsible gambling but ban winning customers, but when a customer losses £1000’s they don’t restrict them at all. What is responsible about that Bet Victor?
