recently withdrew 10,000 gbp to PayPal- there were so many issues and delays, and then when I tried to withdraw from my PayPal account- my PayPal got immediately limited and now my winnings stuck in there- this almost fraud and I feel sick, I cannot believe BetVictor would allow this- are BetVictor going to do the correct thing and let me file a refund/request a refund so the money will be returned and I can withdraw it via different funding option? Let's see if you really care about your long term loyal costumers BetVictor.

Same as a lot of customers recently deposited on the 16/8/21 deposit failed so tried again and it worked but when i looked at my bank account both deposits had been taken by betvictor but only one in my betvictor account. Then a little later when playing slots my balance just dropped by £20. I contacted them straight away but no update yet but if they are doing this to everyone there is something seriously wrong. Betvictor could have kept me up to date with the problems they are having.

The customer service is fast but I've been waiting for my account to be verified for almost 1 week now. The only betting site that you cannot do anything until they verify you account. my money is there for display! I cant use my money for my favourite teams. What a waste of time.

Used to be really good and used to offer the best prices. They’re no longer as competitive and they have removed Acca insurance without telling their customers which I thought was unprofessional and disappointing. I liked the fact that if you got 5 out of 6 of your teams right on your accumulator you would get to try again with a free bet. I’m surprised they’ve stopped doing this as lots of their competitors still offer it. I for one will be switching over to Sky bet, they have lots of good offers on, shame Betvictor are going downhill, they used to be really great.

Won £623.5 of a free bet accumulator. Tried to withdraw it to my bank. Next day told money wasn't coming amd they demanded several "verification" stages completed and a higher verification. However 1 part breaks barclays terms and conditions. So can kiss that good bye. Dont bother with this company. They won't pay out if you happen to be very lucky. Apparently its standard practice, however that's not accurate as my son has been with them for years and never been asked. I wonder would I have had to do this had I lost????? Be very careful who you go with and consider what you are prepared to do. Keep the money betvictor, enjoy it. Rip off company who should be penalised by the gambling authorities.

not exactly happy, had used betvictor on and off for a while, recently came back and won around 14k on tennis in the space of 48 hours- they then limited my stakes on tennis down to 150/200 quid, so obviously i'm not going to stick around. withdrew 10k on PayPal which to this point has still not been processed after several unknown *isssues* that nobody seems to know anything about. given the fact i was able to withdraw in seconds to PayPal before without any issue i have my doubts. i have now been told my withdrawal will be there by tomorrow morning with me. if it is, i will delete this gladly

No f… way , i have more the 7k deposit here in 3 month’s , and couple of days i put around 700-1k and nothing .. i’ve argue with them about this Because is not possible to lose over and over again , to not see nothing from this sh.it casino and they give me that everything is randon and some other things . Anyway like i Said before , so yourself a favor and everything u write from here don’t belive it Because more then 80% are bots or their people to make u belive they are ok .

Bet Victor are a brilliant betting service with great odds and great offers but I have to say their customer care stands out! I had a slight issue claiming an offer on my phone so I contacted support and the support agent I spoke to, Aine, was very quick, helpful and understanding and resolved my issue in no time! It was very easy to contact support and Aine was a great example of how customer care should work.

I was lucky enough to win a couple of bets on the horses to find I was then limited on how much I could stake – down to pennies. Another bookmaker that penalises winning punters. It shouldn't be allowed!

Games crash and refresh then don't allow you onto the win page, I won £60 it did not add it to my balance then bet Victor denied it happened. Another time I got 3 wishing wells clicked end game to get onto the page to pic one but instead of taking me to the correct page to pick a well, it refreshed the game and didn't let me pick nor did it add winning funds to my balance. Bet Victor fob you off and do not correct the issue. Worst site I've played. If this had happened on one occasion then fair enough but it's not it happens very often

Low Stakes
Great odds and good site, but soon got limited to small stakes, usual story they only lay decent bets to punish punters!

I joined BV a few months ago, all was well deposit and withdrawal was fine & received plenty of incentives such as free bets. However, recently the withdrawals have taken longer than 40 minutes and the support team come with a lame excuse you have to wait 24 hours. They then asked for verification documents. I supplied my ID all good. Then they requested my bank statement and payslips said not enough evidence. I provide my savings again not enough evidence. I then receive an email stating my account was closed as my details didn't correlate to the documents (which were false accusations). The support via live chat were good the due diligence team are awful, don't supply them information because they'll lie and come up with any excuse from using their services. Since this review I've contacted the Gambling Commission and IBAS. If you wage a lot of money forget it, only good for anything under £100

Betvictor are morally corrupt

The gambling industry as we all know is dangerous however betvictor takes to a new level.
My schziophrenic, brain injured , sectioned army veteran son spent over 10k with out the cognitive ability to understand risk, reward or monetory value, due to somatic passivity he believed that the money he was depositing was simulated.,.yes he is extremely Cognitively ill.
I reached out to betvictor and provided all health documents outlining how seriously ill my son is and was, I provided them with sectioning documents, diagnosis documents, army documents and medication documents.
I sent a letter to their CEO and got no response.
A lady who works for them however laised via email and said sorry your not happy but there is nothing we can do,please go to gambling commison.
This multi millionaire company think it is ethically and morally acceptable to retrospectively profit more than 10k from a severely brain injured, Schizophrenic consumer.
I dont care if they knew or not, they do now and the way they have dealt with this situation is absolutely grotesque.
Anyone who is potentially vulnerable DO NOT USE BET VICTOR , THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND MORALLY CORRUPT.

I set up an account deposited £50 then they wouldn’t let me play with the funds , I gave them all relative documentation and uploaded it they then said they still couldn’t verify my account and documents??????? Reading some of the reviews I see my issue is the same as many as regarding the delay in withdrawal of winnings. No issue with customer service. Aine was excellent. Not her fault. However, with other accounts I have got my winnings immediately or at the very worst, two hours later. It is something that really should be looked at. People may not be so keen to play if they feel they have to wait 24 hours to get any winnings back. Especially as there is no problem in the money going the other way.

I cannot belive that odds of over 10,000 to1 constantly appear in Bet Victor casino roulette..maybe once a year but not once a week..i suggest someone looks at your system again and ensures its algarithims are in order. Concerning the fast payment system..it was superb..money in your account up to £ 500 within seconds.now it is between 5 to 24 hours..why have you changed that Bet Victor – I am sure it has cost you customers.

I am massively disappointed with this site after i deposited over £2000 I've had £800 back giving me a loss of well over £1200 nobody can win all the time but based on my experience so far they payout less than 50?% so if you like to lose money this the site for you. There is loyalty points and the 50 free spins promo where you wager £100 returned £2.09p so for the pleasure of the so called free spins is absolutely terrible.

Believe me I’d rate lower! I’ve played the same game consistently on other sites (top cat most wanted JPK) and I’ve never seen it do as little as it can bar when playing on this site! The original RTP for this slot is 96.12% on here it’s a measly 93% which is lower than most high street bookmakers! Having said that this means if you’re lucky enough to get a single board (and believe me I had something ridiculous like 28 teases for a single board) if you do eventually get one..the RTP is so rigged in their favour the slot will only pay the bare minimum! Save yourself the money or go elsewhere..bet365 or 888 are two of the best I’ve used, none of this withholding winnings or asking for extra ID and they both have genuine decent payouts! The UKGC need to start doing a fit and proper test for these kind of sites to avoid people being conned by poor sites such as this! Further more they do nothing for the customer, you have one promotion (when you open your account) and nothing else! You can feed them a majority of your money and will not see a single promotion/free pay bet or free spins back! Avoid!

I have been bullied out of my account Yes you heard it right Bullied! That’s all you can call it once you provided documents on 3 seperate occasions and they still put action required
Compensation amount of £699.000 was provided as proof to show that there was enough funds to gamble with!
This was ok then months ago accepted
Now they started again a 3rd time
After depositing £1000 then £1000 again in 1 day my spending limit for the day is £10,000
I am having to write this review as I started to enjoy my betting very much And today it’s really put me off gambaling anymore especially with this site. Beware of Bet Victor they will scam you one way or another restrict you and bully your account. I was at one point very proud to be part of bet Victor betting company

I've been With Betvictor for a while now
and quite happy to do so their a very good
establishment everything runs smoothly on
the website , chat support is friendly and professional , there are many things to do including sports betting , and withdrawals are straight forward and timely .
