Everything everyone have written about these criminals are COMPLETELY TRUE. If you ever had the chance of winning anything in the donkeys of years you are with them. Be prepared to never ever win again. All they do is take your money without ever giving a bonus. And recently they have fixed the games to not give a single bonus. I have been playing for 1 month. I played the exact same games I normally play. And not a single bonus on ANY games at all. Instead when the bonus are about to come.you get the same thing on ALL the games 'server not responding'. Completely fixed. £100 on 5 different slots games on 20p spins (£500 total spend) and NOT A SINLGE BONUS any game at all, complete scammers.They should be reported.

If you have any brain cells then use them to join a different bookmakers. Toals are the worst. they very rarely have the footy matches you want to bet on. they also take a long time to place bets and too often you don't get to bet the amount you want. say you want to put £20 on a team to come back and win and they will say max bet for this market is £5.33 and this will only get lower and lower as the market will keep changing as it takes them so long to place bets. never had a free bet in over 2 years with toals. no live chat or phone number and never compensate you for their mistakes

I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says “oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because that’s not the case at all. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! Sent me an email offering 100 free spins if I wager £5. Click the link and nothing loads. I contact them via chat and was told there is a problem with the link and they will raise a complaint (??). A week later I get an email saying sorry I wasn't actually eligible. Told I have taken it to the highest level (didn't realise I had) and that was it. Shockingly bad!

Absolutely disgusting, I began registering on some it the 888 sites following personal email invitations I received. It was going ok, wasn't really winning anything but was enjoying it nonetheless. Then earlier this week an email invitation came through from Solar Spins with a promotional code so I registered and used it. I only staked £20 but to my amazement I won £280, happy days which would make up for my losses on the other sites within the 888 group.However I logged on the next day to find my account had been blocked, I phoned customer services who said I should have received an email from the security team detailing what the issues were but the security team 'hadn't had time' to send it.So this person escalated it and still no news, I chased it again this morning to then receive an email saying my membership had been terminated along with all funds that were on all of the sites I had registered with, apparently I had been 'abusing' the bonus system.However the only bonuses I every used were from direct email invitations I received so how is that abusing the system ?! Funny that I wasn't banned when I was losing money yet one big win and my account is closed.Have raised it with the relevant authorities, how companies can get away with this is beyond me.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Waste of time. There is no place in the Gambling industry for this company. Their website is atrocious cost me a treble bet it selects different things when you press on it its so sluggish and slow. Cost me a bet my putting a horse in the bet I didn't select when put bet on quick before race and couldn't check. Spoke to customer service waste of time haven't gambled with them since loads of people I am told closing their accounts at the moment with this company

They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

So I made a account deposited via PayPal linked to my bank card opted in for the 200 free spins spent £30 they did not honour the free spins because I payed with PayPal . When it clearly states Bet victor will take PayPal balance before they take from my card . I’m genuinely shocked at this company for ripping me off I spent £30 and they didn’t honour the promotion for new customers

Paid out in the beginning but now it's just take take take. Avoid, there are better sites out there. The game mysteriously jumps so bonuses are not won during play. And, if you do hit a bonus the payout is derisory.

Started off well, with plenty of offers and good odds on some matches. But started to decline when I won an ew bet on odds of 20, with bets not accepted. Did not take them long to restict all my bets to small amounts. Their KYC is a bit off a faff too, the worst I have used. I didnt have problems withdrawing though, thank goodness
