Just had the most pleasant interaction with customer service from Betvictor. Jayden remembered me from our last interaction about a week ago, and solved my query almost instantly. Result has me excited for my Christmas!

If there was a no star i would deffo be clicking no stars they rip you off and make out uve got a gambling problem even though I only deposited for the welcome bonus then had to deposit £5 again to get my winnings out they then said it would take 24 hours I waited and not in bank so got onto chat and they said it would be 3-5 working days im absolutely fuming with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they are full of scammers and how can u have a gambling problem if uve only spent £5

I deposited an an amount of money and they asked to verify my self. But I didn’t have all the ID they asked for , as I don’t have any letters to this address as I live with my parents. So I went onto chat and told them I didn’t have all the ID I requested and can I have the deposit back. And they said no. I need to provide ID before I withdraw!!! So basically they have my deposit for nothing. Keep well away from this site.

If you continue to restrict heavily ‘winning accounts’ to a point of offering only pence per wager, you need to MAKE THIS CLEAR in your advertising. To falsely give the impression clients can continue to win beyond a certain limit, in some cases over £2,500 in a one month period is disingenuous in the extreme. The relevant gaming operational reviews of this company have real issues with the Bet Victor business and gaming practices (Bet Victor are one of many gaming companies) that are not addressed in your replies. I accept your administration customer service may be ‘good’ but for a gaming company it is not at all relevant, as your ‘stock’ answers to relevant operational criticisms on here attest. The fact BetVictor is putting such pressure on TrustPilot to take down my reviews if my identity is not revealed make me think there is a concerted effort to manage of the site’s score of 4.4, which is frankly beyond fantasy. I’m ready to make this review’s authenticity as big or as public as Bet Victor would like, if they truly believe their advertising is not misleading.. Let’s go..

If I could give it a zero I would . I know it sounds like a loser review . But it’s not . Why don’t you answer the questions you are asked instead of using a script you have in my case it’s very clear what my gripe is why dint you say we void the bet give you the stake back so even when you think you have win you haven’t if this was done from a shop you would get away with it

This is a robbing site guys.They will allow you to spend 300 pound with out a win. Bythe way on Irish frenzy.Then it let’s me place 50 pound more on so I could atleast try and get a percentage of my money back. Which would of been highly unlikely. Ever since I was told that I was being limited on what I may bet,I’ve put in over £250 and won not one bonus,but because this company won’t admit that certain patrons,are blacklisted to win zero winnings,but hey I will get the usual response of get in touch with us to talk about this and then be told that your not welcome here and you’ve been expelled from said group it’s a real joke.

Loyal Customer treated badly. Removed Loyalty Club and Spinners Club with no warning. Had those on my account since it started. Spoke to Live Chat who couldn’t care less so I closed account. Will bet somewhere where the customer is valued. Customer service really poor and if they continue to treat good, loyal punters like this they will go under. I’m waiting for the usual generic response to contact them but that’s rubbish. They don’t care

This is one of the worst company’s do not use I placed a bet on england rashford to score first and england to win 3 0 so as rashford did not come on until after the first goal was scored it turns into a single 3 0 but they refused to pay and got nasty about it

Great personal professionalism from Orsi @ BV.I had just joined BetVictor following an offer they had promoted. I must have misread the terms as I needed to make an bet at 2.0 odds. I did it at 1.0. Worse Nightmare with betvictor I created and account submitted my I’d and get verified while waiting for POA to approve, I now make a deposit and take on a bet which I was so claim it was Win and it was, while waiting for POA to be verified to continue betting I got an email written that the can’t longer provide me there savings ..I was like alright returned back fund to the payment gateway used.. the where like it will remain closed with account been blocked IMAGINE pure way of scam !!!DON’T NEAR THIS VICTOR
