If I could give no start I would! Opened an account 10 days ago and have deposited low amounts. Havnt won anything and then won a small amount. Withdrew the money and it sat as pending for days, logged In To check status and they have closed my account!! Was told that is was a “business decision” really confused as everything was all set up and they were very happy to take my deposits but the minute I won, my account was closed!! All emails are a waste of time and don’t reply!! Wish I had read the reviews online beforehand as this is apparently quite a regular incident to happen… take your money and then when they lose and their profits are affected and need to pay you out, they close your account!!! I shall be taking it further! Shocking and WOULD STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

They released a free goals game ready for the last premier league game of the season, where you could win £5 if the matches you drew had a combined goal total of over 20.Also…For every match that had over 3.5 goals you could win 50p for each match…..so in total you could win £7.50Not the largest win ever, but for a free game why not….so when I won and no funds arrived after the matches finished I raised the query through live chat.After 2 days speaking with different people on the live chat, I was told numerous things by each person, including, there had been technical difficulties with it being a new game and winnings will follow, I was told I hadn’t opted in so wasn’t eligible, I was told my games didn’t win ( I had Luton 2 Fulham 4, and Palace 5 Villa 0) It’s not a huge win, it was the principle and clearly being told lies as to why there was no pay out……Imagine if it was a huge win.Don’t trust them……spend you money elsewhere.

Close my account cause I complained about one session politely. Had to go through a phonecall to be told your restricted cause you give bad feedback and we want to control how you play. All super weird. You have a convo telling you about how you can play how much you can play and essentially what you can say and even after that the account would be restricted 😂 then they started asking about my job my rent .. proper crazy 😂 shame I started giving them good reviews aswell 🤣 arguably the strangest phone call I’ve had in my life. It’s got to a point where people no longer see common sense and just read from a computer screen.

BV does’nt hound me to stop playing, cannot make deposits as WH, Coral and Sky being so ungrateful after many years of trusted deposit and bet. They were my psychological friends, my Job need frequent switching off, and I did get that relief. BV, done their Assessment on my credibility, their Helpline Staff is as good as many of my colleagues in the Clinical Health Care industry and they are really helpful, They can follow through to identify fairness.

Despite providing all requested documents, including my bank statement clearly showing the transaction to your company and specifying the exact page where the transaction is located, my account remained under review for seven days. When I contacted your support team, I was informed that my bank statement was not accepted and was asked to provide an e-wallet statement instead.This experience has been the worst I have ever had with a gambling company. I was having issues with the new customer sports deposit match, but thats when I met two great customer service agents in Chris and Mar who not only were super friendly but very kind and understanding. Its not often you see great customer service from people but these two were exceptional at it. Not only did I get my promo but the wager requirements were made lower out of a good gesture. So I would to say that Mar and Chris deserve some appreciation from the company and their hard work should be accounted for

Stay away from this site unless you want them to know all your business. They took quite a bit of money of me in deposits and I didn’t win a penny but hey ho that how gambling goes you win some you lose some. However they then asked me for documentation to show I could gamble which I did send. That was fine, but then they started talking to me asking me to provide evidence about an old ccj do been on my credit file. This is too much personal information and certainly none of their business. If they had asked this same question when I signed up I would have still said it was none of their business and not bet on their site at all. So be careful with this site as they will take quite a bit of money off you first before then asking you for too much personal information.

Really weird casino. So after losing horribly, they flagged my account and want to talk to me personally. (?) Since when? They basically ask me all these invasive questions, like do I know how much I lost (what do you think ?), and if I gamble elsewhere (why is that your business) and how they want to set limits on my account (excuse me?). I don’t understand how this casino even has customers. Anyhow I’ll stick to my provinces online casino and walk in casino’s where I don’t get questioned when i lose money thank you very much. If you are depositing money for sports, DO NOT use the matching bonus!!! You have to win 10 times your deposit in 31 days at odds of 1.75 or higher! By my calculation, it is almost impossible so it’s pretty much legalized theft. You will have to place large bets to qualify and a short losing streak will wipe out your account. My suggestion would be to stay away from this site.

Really used to love this site and would have recommended it to anybody that asked but recently after almost a year of using the site and making multipal deposits and withdrawals I have suddenly been asked to verify my account after making a large deposit and to be frank the timeframe for verification is a JOKE compared to most other sites. I have been waiting 7 days and just received an email to say my documents are only now being reviewed. Unable to withdraw my deposit even though it hadn’t be played at all. Denied me a cashout offer due to a game being suspended for over 2 hours! Was offered to me before the 3pm kick offs finished but soon as they ended no cash out got all the pictures and video to prove it. Can’t suspend my cashout for a game thats finished for over a hour and then say its settled to then switch the teams that did settle to unsettled which denied my cashout again. Was only when my next leg lost by drawing instead of winning for you to then decide that all games have no longer been suspended and are now settled i would of cashed out it was 4625/1 of a £1 5/12 won next 3 games were favourites to win a cashout offer should of been there you do it with ALL my other bets but the big bet you had issues with settling the bets. Avoid them all they will take your money no questions asked but try winning a big bet and watch them try and keep that money away from you by any means even if they got to mess with the app to do it.

Why all the reviews with 4 or 5 stars simply about customer support lol. Mediocre casino. same as the rest really.
