New version of the app version is absolutely terrible. Doesn’t show in play scores. Choosing selections doesn’t work. Balance shows as zero after depositing. Will be gambling elsewhere from now on

This new updated app For bet365 is absolutely terrible! and clearly a design to make us lose more money as if they don’t make enough profit! I will be looking elsewhere to gamble unless old app is restored! That was the best gambling app By far!

I was a real fan of bet365 betting site and would say it was flawless and was miles ahead of WH, however, the new bet365 site is absolutely rubbish and I’m very disappointed with whoever created this new site, on the plus site I’m sure eventually I will give up gambling all together and honestly I can’t wait so I will try and tolerate this new rubbish site.

I've extensively used sites, and these guys are on top by a distance. The actual user experience in terms of site functionality and layout is pretty good. The customer contact is far more professional than alot of the also ran sites and they address your concerns by actually listening rather than giving a templated response. Live betting is widely available and in play to use through the contents without being suspended. Generally the odds offered across all disaplines are alot better that almost all others.

Numerous things have annoyed me now about this site , as specified by previous members why try and fix something that’s not broken .
I used to be able to go off site and then return and the match details would have changed , now I do the same thing and all the details are the same as when the game started .
I’ve also noticed that when you turn your device sideways the information will not turn around and enlarge the details .
I realise these things are trivial but they are also handy for certain people.

Been using the Bet365 app on iPhone since Christmas and found it to work well and was very user friendly. Since they have updated the app it has got to be the worst on the market with so meany glitches it’s unreal. For example, Money now takes ages to hit Your account After you win a bet and the app won’t let you place another bet until it is settled. Live In play stats don’t update in real time. No longer user friendly And your favourite markets don’t save after you close the app so you need to reset every time you log in.

Extremely unfriendly staff both over the phone and via chat. Cold, robotic, scripted responses. Always have been. Was almost use to it until I switched. Now coming back to use them for a promo or two here or there – I can remember why I left.

I wonder what their staff think of us Australians some times.

What a disaster in terms of customer experience with this new app. B365 have gone from brilliantly user friendly to, in my case, can not be bothered with their platform. I’ve been their client for decades (rarely placing a bet elsewhere) but can see no apology in terms of problems experienced. Can only conclude that they don’t care.

Bet 365 was the best betting app, the upgrade is so bad it’s not worth betting with, please sort out or change back.

Guy speak with your pocket, I’m now using ladbrokes, no where near as good as bet 365, but the app must change or simply don’t use.

I totaly agree about the changes that have been made on all platforms ,its gone from very user friendy to !00% crap. if it aint broken why try to fix it? Ive been with them for years and if nothing is done i will use another betting

As a lady, I have lost hope in fixed matches, till I met someone on Instagram called Yeribets,He showed me the way of making money, and believe me I made almost half a million dollars within few days, though that's because am a high staker! And he doesn't charge money for his matches! He only gives matches on payment after winning basics

I have been reading a lot of the reviews, and totally agree with them all, I have been a regular user of this app fir several years, why did I use Bet365? because the app was simple, user friendly not another app was close to it. Where the upgrade is shocking, Even I have thought about walking away and looking for a better app. When are companions going to stop thinking about greed and start being a bit more loyal to those who give them all there profits..

New App is not fit for purpose. Freezes all the time and fails to update balances constantly. Can’t get a bet on and also have no idea of current balance. Very odd for such a profitable company to provide such poor service. Zero stars from me

I have been on bet365 for 8-9 years, I have enjoyed my time and had no problems. This new upgrade on the phone app is the worst app out there. Its beyond bad. Terrible navigation, what on earth were they thinking? I have just deleted the app because I bet for fun and its not fun trying to navigate this bad bad app that used to be SO EASY. For a company this size to make such a cock-up over this, the board needs sacking. goodbye Bet365

And there very clean with strict protocols. I can’t stand bet365. Now that I actually found real slots that pay properly I get a little thrill playing a bit

They are scammers. They verified my account and I did 2 bet only, not won any of them, 24 hours after they verified my account, they shutted down my account with no explanation. Useless guy called Dan a. on chat didnt tell me what was the reason and ended the chat without any reason too. DONT BET WITH THIS SCAMMERS.

Approximately 160 comments from a total of 1,050 ex Bet365 CUSTOMERS rate them “average and above”.

The rest rate them “poor/bad”.

My personal experience as previously documented confirms I am the norm…much to my surprise given 365’s global profile.

The fact the company refuse to acknowledge and respond to experiences on this site speaks massive volumes.

One can only presume that government bodies etc. receive their percentages accordingly to ignore such behaviour that is clearly causing stress to many.

Thanks to sites like Trustpilot…we have a voice!

Worst company I ever tried. I made a deposit with $200. I played about 1 hour live blackjack. I didnt make any profit so I decided to withdraw my money. As they said it will take 10 business days. I was waiting 1 month and the money still didnt arrive. I was chatting with customer care and they started to ask silly questions and handle me as I have gambling addiction. I said I dont care about gambling. Close my account but give my money back. Still nothing,,, F@cking liars and cheaters who rob people`s hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MOTHERF@CKERS!

I was offered a bet365 Mastercard to put my winnings onto. When I've gone to use it to buy things it was blocked and told by bet365 it would be sorted in 3 days. Almost 2 weeks later and nothing and no help from bet365 who say it is nothing to do with them. Does this amount to fraud/ theft?

This Company is the worse as well make sure you get id verified before making a withdraw as well or they will say your photo is blurry or some sort of crap.

Bet 365 screwed me over in the past in relation to their online poker. I vowed never to use them again, 10 years later I decided to give them another chance on their sports betting promotion. And was promptly screwed out of a promised free bet. I have no idea how they have survived so long when they cleary have no concern for their customers, and seem to deliberately post contradicting terms and conditions.

(Slot player) there are better sites out there, seems to be an all or nothing site.

Deposited nearly 8k over the last 3 years and and withdrawn about 5.5k.

I used to play this one game which I thought was fair on the win/take basis, but they removed it from the site.

I think actions like that show the company are more interested in profits than customer experience. Very difficult to win anything on this site for the past year, I'm deleting my account and will use the other sites that are more fair to customers.

Finally the end been a customer for 15 years plus with bet365 but now restricted my account and they want me to phone them so they can ask me for intrusive information and details.Bet365 like to tell you how you spend YOUR time and YOUR money. Loyalty means nothing to these lot so I've finally closed my account and taken my custom elsewhere. Bet365 don't deserve anyone's custom. Look elsewhere!
