I made a bet for $100 for Donald Trump to WIN the US Presidential Election. I bet only $100, but it is my $100. When I went to see my bet, it was no longer there. So when I called Customer Service, they told me he didn't win the election???? What??? Today is November 12th and the election has not been decided. The Electoral College has not voted so why did they take my bet? What happens if Trump wins??? They said oh well, he had to win the most votes?? That is not what this bet entails. I would like to have my bet placed back into my account until the final decision has been made. The election has not been determined despite what the media outlets say. Biden did not win. If Biden officially wins the Presidency, then you can take my bet. However, this election has not been determined. This is insane that they took this bet away before a winner was officially determined. If this bet, which it does not say, was based on most votes, why would anyone bet as the Democrats predominantly win the most votes due to New York and California. The most votes does not determine the outcome of this election, but the electoral college does when they vote to officially name the winner. I too am pissed, so if anyone is experiencing the same thing and wants to pursue legal action, please contact me. This isn't about the money, its about the principle!!!!!

This is insane that they took this bet away before a winner was officially determined. I called them and they said in their rule “ Settlement of all bets will be based on the total votes cast and counted at the time of the election, and not on any subsequent legal challenge “ . I totally don’t understand what happen with my bet if total votes they based on that need recount because mistakes or cheating vote ? When I bet , I just bet who will be winner of US presidential election. Doesn’t matter how , if Trump become next president then I expect to win the bet . There is no any sign show that I have to read the rule before I bet on politics. Its similar like this : when you bet Tie on Team A vs Team B in Soccer game . There is only 1 goal in the game for either team but VAR checking denied that goal . Result 0-0 Then you expect you won the game because you bet on Tie . They called the win as a BIDEN win BEFORE any offical result. They got their decision from the media instead of doing their own research. Best to go with Sportsbet in future as least they are waiting for the actual Supreme Court outcome instead of these bet365 FOOLS. In their rules which I bet they updated after hearing about the obvious fraud taken place, it says bets based on the time of election, which would be the election DAY, in that case we should have won because TRUMP WAS WINNING ON ELECTION DAY. NEVER EVER USE THESE SCAMMERS EVER AGAIN

I understand that the winner of an election can be different to who's inaugurated (see Bet365 Rules) but so far, there hasn't been a certified President Elect. As far as I can tell, they are deciding the winner in the court of public opinion. In their rules, they state that they use figures published by CNN. CNN has only forecast and not confirmed the result. The associated press does not declare winners of elections that will be - or are likely to be - subject to a mandatory recount. They got fined 2.75 million back in 2016 by ACCC for breach of act, can’t continue to let them stay in Australia and rip people off like this Cheers

This site is terrible for any kind of live chat it shouldn't even be operating really. Can't even get an answer for withdrawing money and instead of puting money back to my account it's asking for address of bank and all this other stuff, my mum opened my account when i was young and has since passed away so now it's inconvenient trying to track down all the information they want, not to mention have my questions even answered. Better not to play at this casino. I spent hundreds here and they make it so hard to withdraw that you give up waiting for their response.

On the fifth of march, I lost an immense entirety of funds to this company. I was sure the issue wasn't from my end since I had guaranteed setting my stop loss before I put the trade. However, when I woke up the next day, I found my trade had surpassed "Stop loss" and all my cash was no more. Promptly, I kept in touch with the help group and they affirmed they couldn't take care of business. I was just karma to have taken the screen captures of every one of my exercises and I sent it to mr Hampton via kelvinwayney (at)aol com “as my report. They investigated the issue and after certain weeks I had the option to get all I had lost . Be careful with these individuals .

Horrific experience...I only really ever play roulette when I gamble,usually set a deposit limit of 30 pound a day,anyway,I signed up with bet365 for the first time to give them a go....wish I hadn't bothered,their roulette is rigged beyond a doubt...over a fortnight of 30 quid a day for zero fun,I understand roulette is HEAVILY in favour of the house...but this was taking the YOU KNOW WHAT... I'd littrally cover 75 percent of the wheel and I'd miss all my numbers...then when eventually it hit one...yep..it was the one with the least on it...2 weeks at 30 pound a day....I could afford to lose that 30 pound...all I ask for is a few decent spins for the 30 pound to last an hour or so....nah,it took the 30 pound within 10 minutes... seriously you'd have to see what it was doing,there is ABSOLUTELY no way the numbers were random...so it's back to ojo and 21 for my roulette,at least they are random spins because invariably £30 lasts me a few hours on their tables.... If I could leave a negative review I would!! like most of you had many years of good service however today was the last straw 30 minutes to get through just to enter the same passwords then again unable to get to my account. after 1 hour 57 minutes of phone calls and online chat have now cancelled my account to find out that the bets I had made tonight had won. I have been using Bet365 for 6 years and they were ok in the begining. For the past 3 years they have added some new features but they are full of bugs. Every day there is an issue with their system They are accepting only 2 or 3 payments methods, no Revolut, no G PAY. The app crashes every day and when you want to place a bet for the big games they always have issues. I will probably close my account, I had enough.

Their convoluted excuses for not paying out withdrawals promptly have to be heard to be believed. If you have a modicum of common sense, you shouldn't go anywhere near them. They are manipulative and exasperating.

This has got to be the best online casino site I have ever visited. They have an all bets blackjack live table, which has better side bets than any casino I have ever visited. I staked a total of £1500, betting around £60 a game. About one in ten games I would double the bet to £120. I was winning about £6000, when I put on the double bet. The top hand of suited trips came up, which paid £8000. After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about getting my money, so put an immediate payment request in. It was not paid by faster payment, so I was obviously very nervous. Within 23 hours the £8000 was in my bank account. I cannot recommend they highly enough if you are an online Blackjack player like me.
This has got to be the best online casino site I have ever visited. They have an all bets blackjack live table, which has better side bets than any casino I have ever visited. I staked a total of £1500, betting around £60 a game. About one in ten games I would double the bet to £120. I was winning about £6000, when I put on the double bet. The top hand of suited trips came up, which paid £8000. After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about getting my money, so put an immediate payment request in. It was not paid by faster payment, so I was obviously very nervous. Within 23 hours the £8000 was in my bank account. I cannot recommend they highly enough if you are an online Blackjack player like me.

This site is nothing short of theft! I play blackjack and don’t anyone tell me it’s anything h other than crooked and rigged when I’ve just witnessed 15 hands in a row where house had one hand less than either 20 or 21! Should be shut down as while you get good and bad luck it leaves very bitter taste when you know you are being robbed

Avoid these scammers! I contacted them to open a account in Bulgaria. I first did the verification. Then i received a email that my account was succesfull verified. I deposit money. And 14 hours later they closed my account. Ok there can be a reason to close it. As far as i know i did nothing wrong. I opened account with correct details. Did first the verification. I received a email that everything was ok. After that i only desposit money and set some bets. I had small winnings. But overall it was a loss One day later they closed. I was surprised that my account was closed. But maybe they had a good reason.... So i contact them. But they did not know why. Only saying it was a decicion of the trading departement. But someone should be knowing the reason. After pushing a supervisor was going to investigate and will call me back after 48 hours. But after 48 hours nobody called, but after 60 hours someone give me the same answer as 2 days ago and it was not the supervisor that called as promised. So account is closed. But no reason given. I only wanted to know why. But that is too much to ask..... they hide behind trading departement. So they take your money, close account and you can go to hell because they dont provide the reason. So think twice if you want to play at this bookie.

First cpl hands you get to win cpl of pound then it’s 20 and 21 every hand for house .stay clear play on a decent site where at least occasionally you might win a hand!

My honest review: I have played on many sites. I play bingo, this site is absolutely awful. You will NOT win. You need a spend £100s to win a tenner back at least. You will constantly lose whilst seeing the same names pop up every day, I’m glad I only played her for a few months. Il stick to my other bingo sites which yes you will lose but you will always win, not on Bet365 though you will constantly lose, slow playing games seem rigged. I’ve never experienced such loss in my years of playing. I’m not a bitter loser I’m just stating the facts and hoping I can save another person from falling for the trap of this site.
