Excellent never had a problems in over 10yrs. Often get free bets and other offers. Like the each way extra and usually the best odds. I just use it for sports betting as i generally think casino, slot etc a bit of a scam I prefer something i can use my own judgement

I've used this company for a while now and have had some good wins and fast payouts but now I've played the same game I usually play a nd win on but lately I've lost about a thousand pounds and haven't hit a bonus once you've rigged this game its obvious

The adding of money via credit card or withdrawing money is an extremely painful process. They require info at odd times and the uploading of documents to verify all has a 24 hour turn around time so if you want to bet and have an issue the same day as the game.. forget it.Score bet is a much better app I found after

Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect.Woke up to this in an email this morning and upon asking for an explanation I was pretty much told to jog on ... I won a nice bit of money and I imagine they didn't like it so thought they'd shove me on. Their customer service is rude and rubbish and I'd suggest just on the way they treat their customers that folks either kick gambling altogether or if they really do wanna bet find another more reputable site than these fraudsters!

Disregarding the terrible formatting/navigation of the website, I've never had so many issues withdrawing my winnings. AND support was ZERO help, not even concerned. Decided to just tackle the issues myself, which took weeks as the site wasn't functioning...It was beyond easy to deposit of course, but I had to try FOUR different bank accounts before it was accepted - unbelievable, I literally had to "Phone a Friend" and use their bank account information.Bet365, enjoy your time as the next Blockbuster. Failing business.Thanks for your free promo money, maybe you should reconsider, because I highly doubt anyone stays with this platform. It's a joke.

Can't understand these comments here, if you're too stupid to make a proper account and logging in initially with your EU VPN-ip and then next time you log in with a Nigerian mobile VPN address you OBVIOUSLY getting flagged for fraud, the CEO is banking in 380M pounds a year, they don't give a flying fook about your small stakes betting at this point. Most people venting here are a bunch of casino losers or scammers themselves, I never had a bigger problem.Sometimes they flag NFL player props wrongly as X but always correct their mistake as soon as the final stats are out.There's not a single site out there that allows BetBuilder Player Props above the usual Vegas line (ie, betting that Josh Allen is throwing for net400+Yds at12 instead the Vegas Line 287 at1.9) and they're steadily improving their outfit. 5/5

Those saying 'far too many negative reviews on here' and rating bet365 5* etc etc and condeming those leaving bad reviews are nothing but fool and Bet365s dream customers. Some guy saying he's been betting horses for years in the 1000s in terms of his stakes. Bless you, attend GA asap. Bet365 will let you bet as long as you wish and with the amount you wish providing you lose constantly, for the casual gambler happy to lose longterm which is 99.9% of the population, bet365 is the best interface and they'll never restrict you.. unless you get lucky early and win a few bets... the odds are you dont so not to worry. Do not have a go at those complaining about restrictions when all that means is that they're capable of beating a market. Those who are in the camp of thinking its brilliant but look down on those who dont, we would love to use your accounts to make easy money... you'll be allowed 10x per stake than the average person... why? Because bet365 increase your limits as they know you're a fish, an easy mark for them to profit. Best of luck.

I registered and instantly got my account blocked without having any prior history with the website. Customer support told me it was a trader decision and I'm permanently banned from using their services in the future without any reason. So they basically just took my information and banned me upon registration. Absolute garbage company.

They were rejected, even the same ones have been accepted elsewhere. Now 365bet's customer service has been telling me, I have to contact them via live chat to get my deposits back. Everyone knows it is not possible, as to get to the chat one needs to log in. I asked couple of times via email how to do that but "surprisingly" haven't got any reply, how to do that.

Do not ever use Bet365. You will lose whatever sanity you have left. A year ago they put restrictions on my account because I dared to have a small win and withdraw some money. I thought I had closed my account but apparently that is not possible. They are now saying that they will start charging me a monthly fee for not using my account. Have tried Phone, Live chat and email to get my account closed. All they do is keep passing you on to other departments. 2 days solid of being messed about and my account is still not closed. I will be blocking any payments they try to take. They are a bunch of crooks with absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A miracle has just occurred. Or so bet365 claim. My account has finally been closed. I'll still be checking my bank account on a regular basis to make sure that they are not helping themselves to my money. Something I would advise all people who have ever had an account with Bet365 to do. I do sometimes go back to companies I have used before but this lot no chance. You literally have to call them all the f's and c's under the sun before they do anything to help.

I deposited $100, and when I tried to place a bet I was told that there was a restriction put on my account. I tried to contact support, they were only available through chat. They constantly sent me to different agents until I was put on hold indefinitely. Never use this website.

I quite like this app on the whole. But it has an annoying habit of not being accessible for big games, so that’s worth at least two stars off. Plus the UI could be more user friendly, so there’s another star off.

Awful, tried to withdraw $300 using wire. Not sure why they don’t do e-transfers like normal people in 2022 but never got my $300, they said it takes 1-3 business days it’s been 6. Don’t use this crap, lured me in with free bets then took my winnings.

Ive heard it’s good for sport betting so I don’t want to discredit them for that. But personally I’ve just used their casino & it’s been not the greatest. I had high hopes for them. I know the risk of losing & that’s fine, that’s the risk you take when you gamble, but every deposit I made my money was ate through instantly & didn’t even give ANY back & fourth play. Also the game I like playing the most, every other online casino is 20 cents min bet but 40 cents min bet on 365 & you won’t even win at all, like not even a couple cents.

Been a member since 2014 at Bet365 and its the best online sports betting site hands down fast and efficient when placing bets, updates, even viewing live feeds and theres a massive variety on offer. now you might be wondering why are you rating them 1 star then? because where I come from you, show respect I'm about £700 down overall since 2014 which isn't to bad I only use it mainly for few bets here and there? and recently they've been doing a good promotion called "golden goal 4+ goals in a selection of matches earns you bet credit also 6 correct results for 1 million pounds promo? I've been doing these religiously for the past 6 weeks and in that time I'm down about £160-70. now only since 2 days ago I've been placing multiple football bets around 0.20p 0.30p etc...? instead of my usual £5,£3,£2 accumulators because I'm sick of losing? I'm totally on a Barron run of late havent had a withdrawal in months so this was my new approach? so just logged into my bet365 account today to obviously reveal my golden goals game for Friday and the promotion along with the 6 correct results promo have gone? went to live chat they said " sorry but you are not eligible for this promotion at this time " and, I honestly couldn't believe what I'm seeing? shocking they literally removed my promotions with zero reasoning? Been a member since 2014 at Bet365 and its the best online sports betting site hands down fast and efficient when placing bets, updates, even viewing live feeds and theres a massive variety on offer. now you might be wondering why are you rating them 1 star then? because where I come from you, show respect I’m about £700 down overall since 2014 which isn’t to bad I only use it mainly for few bets here and there? and recently they’ve been doing a good promotion called “golden goal 4+ goals in a selection of matches earns you bet credit also 6 correct results for 1 million pounds promo? I’ve been doing these religiously for the past 6 weeks and in that time I’m down about £160-70. now only since 2 days ago I’ve been placing multiple football bets around 0.20p 0.30p etc…? instead of my usual £5,£3,£2 accumulators because I’m sick of losing? I’m totally on a Barron run of late havent had a withdrawal in months so this was my new approach? so just logged into my bet365 account today to obviously reveal my golden goals game for Friday and the promotion along with the 6 correct results promo have gone? went to live chat they said ” sorry but you are not eligible for this promotion at this time ” and, I honestly couldn’t believe what I’m seeing? shocking they literally removed my promotions with zero reasoning? I’ve been a member since 2014 I’ve never had any issues? Yet its convenient that I start placing bets of 0.20p 0.30p and now they remove the promotions from me? it’s just dirty honestly that.. really is a bodyblow

I signed up 2-3 days ago, and i put my id, and I decided to wait a few days to put proof of address, and then all of a sudden, they decided to ban my account and never let me open one again ever, due to unknown reasons. You are by far the worst company I ever Know in the planet. Stay away!

I'm only giving it 1 star because I'm unable to give it 0. I topped up with $10 because I'm new to the site and thank God that was all I added. They gave me a $10 bonus and I played a game of blackjack and won $10. So in all I had $30. Then strange stuff started happening. They locked my account saying I needed to be verified. The verification process was brutal. They rejected every document for very simple things. When they finally approved the account, the money disappeared. Wiped from my balance. It said $0. They then said that I can't withdraw because of some reason that is in their terms and conditions. So pretty much nobody could help me. The entire experience was shameful and I honestly think the company should be shut down.

Actually took money back from my cash wallet from I bet where they allowed me to cash out my winnings. Some sob story about how they offered the wrong odds and were sorry. Took my winnings backWorst customer service ever experienced. May as well not exist. As with all the other negative reviews, people should get together to put them out of business.
