They logged me out and didn’t allow me back on the app when I had a bet in play needing only 1 goal to secure £500 with 15 minutes still play. The cash out was taken away, this isn’t fair play. Use other apps.

Absolute Joke of a betting site. I wanted to cash out, but couldnt log into the site, wouldnt load and got this error “Web server is returning an unknown error, Error code 520” As soon as the game had finished, hey presto, could long in, by that time it was too late and i lost out on hundreds of pounds.

How can a billionaire company/organisation have such a terrible infrastructure in regards to its app?? Crashes far too many times and at vital times i.e. when monitoring an acca that is in etc missing out on the opportunity to “cash out”. JOKE! SORT IT OUT.

Re-opened my account a few months back because i like the football 2 goals ahead and its a win. However bet365 preach that you should read gambling warnings, use their tools to take a break etc. Then when you take a break (for my own reasons), they penalise you. Then i have just been asked for my work history including what i earn, that is none of their business, account closed again and i will NOT be back. The other point to make here is that i had ages ago limited my spend to £10 per day, so we are not talking earth shattering amounts.

Using Bet365 to listen to the commentary of a Division 1 football match (Posh v Wigan) and whilst it did not seem the most exciting match as both teams are struggling. It would be nice to listen to match commentary instead of inane drivel and occasional match reports.

Following my last poor review of bet 365, i can update and say following the turmoil of 10 plus emails and a couple of phone calls, i spoke to Charlie a few mins ago, my issues have been resolved and my account is now live.. Much appreciated kr steve 😎

My account was verified and told everything is good on both sides for documents, and i was told I would have no problems on withdrawal if I won, to then deposit £200 and get a email saying they have closed my account, it seems all the reviews all similar stay away from bet365 scammers and they are getting away with it.

They are making it look as though they offer a lot of promotions and or free spins/bets and then using responsible gambling as an excuse to block use of promotions and bonuses. You can bet on 2 or 3 sports every week routinely and when you are about to make use of a bonus or promotion they will send you an alert telling you that you are blocked from promotions due to betting on multiple products. If they were truly concerned about your well being or gambling tendencies then they would block your deposits. Not your ability to use bonuses. This is borderline criminal.

I’ve literally watched a friend just do 450 quid in 2 days and get absolutely ZERO back..bonuses non existent paylines are horrific and the apparent RTP of 95% is a complete lie! I did pre warn him not to sign up to these cowboys as I told him I permanently closed my account around 7 years ago because they manipulate their slots and fiddle payouts. The woman who owns this company rakes in 100s of millions annually…a little suspect don’t you think when her slots pay next to nothing back no matter how much you jam in it? Shocking . Account got restricted then got the riot act on asking me why I’ve spent a few more hours on site than normal.Then have I got issue .Then to be asked loads of questions about my money Got all rewards taken off me week before or so .Got no perks of having account and told call them up .Got treated like I was a drug addict at the doctors asking me 50 questions . If i could give zero stars i would when i login you see special offers like bet £5 on a ftball match get freespins but all of a sudden these offers are missing when i login, so i asked them on webchat why? couldn’t give me a reason but they stop offering them to me for a indefinite period so i asked again same answer no reason given. If i was losing hundreds/thousands of pounds a week you would understand i barely lose £10-£20 a week if that, and here’s the best bit i can still bet on everything but they won’t give me any offers go figure that one out

I had a real bad experience today with bet 365 and their team. This was due to a mess up with their system and opta meaning that I couldn’t cash my bet out and it lost in the 96th minute. However, I received a call from Jordan later on tonight and he was very professional, empathetic and they offered to pay the full winnings from the bet, even though it lost. Jordan was amazing and even if he couldn’t offer me any payout, I would still be saying the same. He explained the issue fully, apologised for it and took the initiative to fix this drama. Betting companies can take your money and leave you high and dry, I will now only use bet365 thanks to Jordan, his supervisor and the 365 team. Thanks again

The horse duly finished 4th, yet my bet was settled as a loser.They clearly advertised 4 places on the oddschecker website, hence the reason I placed the bet with them.VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY ORGANISATION. I never cancelled a single one of these, oddly enough the casino that acts as tho they care about responsible gambling were the ones who cancelled my many attempts to cash out, the casino would not allow me to play responsibly by withdrawing my winnings EVEN tho I had DO NOT reverse withdrawal’s selected, you know to play responsibly!!You would think that after what they did that day & the thousands I lost as a result of the many mistakes made that day by refusing to allow me to withdraw my money EVEN when alternative options were readily available for example e-transfer which i suggested repeatedly. One would think I would have gotten an apology letter with a nice fat bonus thanking me for my continued business even a small percentage of what I could of cashed out had they allowed me would of made me a happy customer but sadly when bet365 is mentioned I remember this incident and warn my friends with this very real example unfortunately I can’t tell them that the casino made up for their mistake in any way whatsoever.I tried to cash out my $6000.00 winnings they kept cancelling my withdrawals and returning the money to my player account even tho i had DO NOT CANCEL withdrawal option selected all said and done i was only able to cash out a fraction of my winnings! I’ve had a gutsful of this site. Always enjoyed playing virtual Blackjack. The dealer hits 20, 21 on almost every hand. You take out insurance and the dealer hits 21 another way. The Dealer hardly ever goes bust. The Poker App is terrible. Very poor players who hit their miracle cards almost every time. Completely Rigged. 💯. Taking my custom back to Corals.

First review removed for “Honesty”. Lets give this another go. Firstly the UK government has given these criminals the right to “Self Regulate” their own casino (bit like giving Ronnie Biggs the keys to the bank to lock up !!) Deposited CAD$100 via my debit/Mastercard, couldn’t place my bet, so tried to withdraw the funds. Turns out it’s a UK site and instead of just refunding the amount back to the card, I need to fill out all my banking info and I mean ALL, including my banks Swift number. WTF? They’re going to wire it back to me, minus, no doubt, a big fat wire fee. Spent almost 45 minutes on chat trying to get it straight, and there’s a chance the wire will be rejected because the rep wasn’t paying attention when I messaged him a critical info change. So if the deposit is rejected I’ll have to go through all this hassle again, and it will take two weeks+ to get my money back from a company that took it from me in about 15 seconds. This company is garbage. My advice-STAY AWAY!!

I can only advise everyone to check Gamblerado before making a deposit. It saves you a lot of trouble and brings you higher winnings… Unfortunately, I only lose with them. Then I had a look and realised that their rtp is also extremely bad. Then it’s clear that you can’t win. What a pity!

Bet365 has really gone downhill, at first I really enjoyed the site. You could deposit a few hundred and play for awhile, there was a nice win/ loss ratio where you would at least get some entertainment from it. Lately it’s been spin after spin of losses, it’s become extremely difficult to get a bonus and when you do it’s just a few dollars. Their “loyalty” spins are laughable. Deposit thousands of dollars and get a few spins once in awhile where you don’t win anything anyway. I do expect to lose most of the time but you literally feel like you’re being robbed while playing their games.

Shocking company… Opened account was verified deposited 100 mid way playing a game game was stopped account was closed I was able to withdraw 76 out but not the full 100 as they said if I had won when playing they would have paid out… Wouldn’t mind if I lost the 100 st my hands playing but they have basically let me open an account decided after they had gained a few pounds to close account immediately… DON’T USE
