Registered and immediately banned, I didn’t even get to use the account. And the comical thing is that the support quoted their terms & conditions as “can close or suspend at any time” but their own terms and conditions don’t say that and instead have specific requirements for suspension or banning and they provided nothing though asked repeatedly why.

There’s not a lot of point having an account with this company unless you are someone who just plans to throw your money away. If you are clever, or just have a bit of luck, even once, they will close your account or restrict it to the extent it may as well be closed.They aren’t alone. There are few if any proper bookmakers any more.

Bets that I lost were immediately settled. I won $70 on a $10 NASCAR bet. Almost 24 hours later and still not payed. All attempts to contact customer help are answered by “virtual” responses and busy signals.

This company is so bad on casino I have spent 1000s the biggest win I have had in return 48 pound clearly controlled by someone on the amount and frequency that you win..Then with betting I was winning often but all of a sudden special bets/ boosts everything disappeared and now the odds for certain sports like football which I only like betting on personally are so bad you have to have lots of teams on/or loads of bet builds which are near impossible to get to get any decent odds..BET365 used to be good but think it’s a bit fixed these days i won’t be spending my money on it anymore..and advice others to stay away.

Bet365 change the rules as and when they want , I won £50 on Man U vs Newcastle went to cash out and they gave me £30 !!! What’s that all about ?? Odds wasn’t change and because I had other bets on would have had more in early payouts !!Dont bet with these con artists they with take your money but will decide when and how much they want to give you back , I’m shutting my account

Bet365 are frauders and you don’t stand any chance of winning. I won 10k euro in 2 weeks and they ve limited my steaks at 0. So, technically i have account in general I cannot play. Also, they ve removed all the options for me to continue playing. This means noone actualy have a chance ever to win at bet365. If you don’t loose, they will cut you down. if i could give worse than 1 it would minus 100 , treated terribly when i asked for my 1 hundred an 80 pounds back. i am a single dad in a wheelchair and rely on my online betting to win a little bit more money than i have but when i explained this to bet365 they said i should use the self exclusion option because i sound like i am struggling with life( iam in a wheelchain and am a single dad) but theyspoke to me like i am a child and banned me from there site as i would not except a self a exclusion. i find this discusting and think they are the worst racist and horrible website i have come across. please dont join this website they are just after your money. very very dissappointed customer 🙁

I got an email saying my account is restricted, no free bets, no odds boosts, no cash outs, zilch, nada, nothing. Also my maximum stake was £5 which I had to find out by trial and error because they couldn’t be bothered to tell me that, then after i had placed a couple of £5 bets it dropped mysteriously to £2.So why did I give them 5 stars ?Because it took them 6 months after I had made £4000 profit before they did this, so great, well done for letting me win that much. Some of the companys limit your account after you are up £100.

Bet365 is a complete scam since Ontario gaming got involved. I used to get little wins here and there just playing 20 cent spins. Now, I haven’t won anything to withdraw in months. Also good luck every getting a bonus on the slots. And on the od chance it does hit , you MIGHT win $1. Decided website was not for me and wanted to cash out and close my account. We’ll they only accept certain banks. My local bank was not one of them . So my only option was to give them my personal bank info and wire it to me. We’ll they don’t tell you they take $10 wire fee. They will not close my account. They want personal information which is stupid. Their link don’t work to close it either. Customer service is horrible stay away. Not worth trouble

Registered 2 days ago, yesterday deposited 30$ and did 4x tennis bets with small amount.Then today I got an email from them: “Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect.”Which means I banned for life.I’ve also talked with the support and they said “yeah we can you are restricted but nothing can be done”.They also told me they not gonna review my case no matter what I say.Then they told I can move forward and bet somewhere else.They also require KYC to withdraw your current balance, but if you banned you cannot upload anything. Also the withdraw function was disabled aswell.So had to contact the support again, but atleast they helped to withdraw my balance, so thats something…

So easy to make a deposit but like pulling teeth to withdraw. Used Apple Pay to deposit, they say the credit card is non-refundable likely because they don’t have access to the card numbers. Fine, but when I withdrew it asked me to select a method which I requested etransfer. 3 days later no email, reach out via live chat and they say I have to do a wire transfer I tell them my bank doesn’t do wire transfer and send them the site FAQ where it specifically says no wire transfer. They email me a request for my banking info. Like really!? You want me to send my banking info through an insecure email. If you’re willing to send a bank wire what’s the difference of sending it via etransfer and why have that option available for request when completing the request if you won’t fulfill it. Terrible company. What a joke and waste of time.

I only play the horses and at one stage I had at least a dozen accounts. It would seem we all have differing experiences with gambling companies but I genuinely find this gambling company head and shoulders above the others. This used to be a really good site. The odd £5 free bet for being a loyal customer but seems lately that its getting worse and worse. No loyalty at all the more you put in the less you get back. Over a grand last month on bets and casino and nothing from them at all. My partner puts 50 quid in over the month and gets free spins every week. With William Hill I bet 10 pound and get a five free bet, with virgin bet I get a 10 free bet if I place two 10 pound bets. With sky I get 5 free just by staking £30 yet the site I used the most gives me nothing at all. I did message them asking if there was anything they would do but after the first message the rest were ignored so they’re getting no more of my money. Poor way to reward your customers thinking they’ll stay. Your loss.

0 stars! I have used bet365 for a long time. Suddenly now restricted and no option to reopen my account. All the support received was that it was a management review and no more information. There is literally no explanation as to why they have closed my account. I do not take advantage of promotions, I’m actually down a little on returns. A legit customer has been punished for no reason.

From this season or last year they also removed from the offer all Russian, Belarusian competitions, they removed many sports leagues and competitions. From probably the best sport bet site to under average in only few years.

Joke of a company. Tried placing a football bet on Saturday afternoon, but it said there was restrictions on my account. Got onto ‘live chat’ and was told they had closed my account. I got no explanation as to why. And they just said they have the right to refuse anyone’s bet. And also, if I was to open a new account, that would be closed aswell. AVOID

If I could rate lower i would! Created my account on Super Bowl and placed one wager. Went back in around 3p and could not access my account due to authorization code not being received via text, then notification pops up saying it was sent via email and still no code! Chatted in numerous times just to be told “try again tomorrow” and they’re looking into it as it is sitewide issue, but yet not public announcement to acknowledge the tech issue on their social media page. Fast forward 48 hours later (today) and still having same issue. I provided this app my ID, was able to deposit and place first wager and then could not gain access to my account. This seems as if the DGE needs to get involved and do some investigating

Placed bets on Superbowl. Won one of them because I took screenshots of all bets. Ever since the Superbowl started I can’t log onto my account. Keeps saying enter short code but the code never comes to my phone. Tried calling and now they say that their phones are permanently closed. Please read carefully. Since they switched over to this new way called authentication security check mark. I would be playing slots and be doing good enough to keep me playing. Then I would recieve an error message problem with connection please check your internet connection and retry which my wifi symbol is still there.i use wifi not data.As soon as that happens my game goes somewhat dead. Not winning many or any bonus spins. The last two reels that get you into bonus spins get all messed up after getting this error message. They suspended in-play betting on my account claiming they were concerned about my gambling – this is when I was being careful and not losing, they offered a restriction on my bets asking how much money I have spare monthly and my total incomings and outgoings etc before I said my personal business is not yours so they blocked me completely, customer services then contradicted each other saying we won’t ask for personal info like that over the phone. It was OK until then, they obviously only want customers who will continually lose to fund their greed.

Will never recommend or refer people to this site.Long story short. I was recommended by a friend to join. I deposited 200 so I could bet on the super bowl. They closed my account not even a day after and never told me why. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a refund. They refused to send it back via credit card in which I deposited. They then asked for all my banking information and personal. Called my bank and explained what they were asking. They were concerned about them asking for all my banking information and told me to do a formal dispute. I am now waiting. I believe they have very shady business practices. Please take this warning!

I thought bet365 was decent, until I encountered a problem with the app. The app is very glitchy. I was looking at one of the football matches details, and as I tried to exit the details of the match, the app froze. Once I opened up the app, it placed a bet on a live match when the match was pretty much over without my input and approval. I contact support right away about this, and they pretty much said, oh the bet settled, there’a nothing we can do. What a joke. Of course it settled, the match ended in less than 5 minutes, and I had to wait like 15 minutes in queue to talk to an agent online. I won’t use bet365 ever again. I won’t use an app that will place bets without your input when the app glitches out. Be wary when using bet365, it will take money from your account without your approval.These betting websites are not being held accountable for poorly coded apps to stop these kinda things from happening. They pretty much blame the client. None of the governing bodies do anything either.These websites are making it easier to quit gambling at least because once you experience an issue with them, support won’t be there to fix it or offer a solution.

I have used Bet365 since 2014 regularly, and until 2020, I did not have any problem. It is obvious. Because my overal win/loss was always negative!during 2021, the overal preformace was fine, and for the whole year, it fluctuated between +/- 1000 €.But the problem starts afyer July 2022, when I was able to win 43 000 € in july and Aug 2022. I used only tennis (break yes/no option)and football (corner). After that, they restricted my account and wanted to know about my source of income (it is funny, they were not interested to know my source of income when i was in losing streak). They blocked 10 000 € in my account in sep 2022, and finally i was able to withdraw it in Jan 2023.Then, 4 days ago, my wife decided to open an account in Bet 365 (hahaha) and I helped her with my opinion. First day, naturaly they asked for her ID, and we verfied it. Then start to bet and after 2 days, she was able to win 2300 €. then they asked about her residential address, and we proved it as well. on the 4th day, she was +4800 € . Then suddenly, they restricted her account as welll, in a way that she can only place usually less than 10 € in each bet. hahahaThey claimed that they are the biggest gambling website, but usually cry when some one is only 4k € up.Finally, for Bet 365 advisor who might read comments here:I have lots of friends who are interested in betting, and I want to help them (hahahah, you know what i mean!)

I wanted to place a simple bet on the super bowl, I went on my laptop and follow their instructions, it took for ever, finally after 45 minutes I got the account open, place $50 bet, then they want me to download their app on my phone to verify the account. Download the app so I can scan their QR code, 3 times it didn’t work, 3 times un-install then re-install their useless app, no luck. Go back on to close my account and I am now trying to get my money back. They don’t just credit back your card, they send it your bank, to do that they want the bank name of course and branch #, they also need the transit#, the inst#, the bic# (what the __ is BIC, had to google that)Then I think I’m done, no sir, need the street address now of tje branch, then the postal code, then the phone number, surprised they didn’t want to know if the toilet paper in their can rolled over or under. Still waiting on my $50bucks, I went back on line to see if I could chat with someone, the password did not work, the very same password that THEY gave me.
