I liked to use the app now and then but its not very good compared to others but what made me write this was I received a message on Twitter from Bet365 games stating I had won 10 spins for participating in one of their promotions. I sent my details and no reply. I asked why they requested them they said your prize will be credited soon as possible. 7 hours later I messaged them again and they said now 24 hours. 24 hours later I messaged them again and they ignored the message. I told them never mind keep the prize your service is terrible and I wont be helping promote you anymore on Twitter or use your apps for gambling.

Some had been making deposits from my account when i reported this they did not care they just wanted to get rid of me. I questioned as to why there is no verification process to make sure the person depositing was me and they said they had my card details so that was verification enough basically no thought about someone stealing my card details. Bit of joke that they have been happy to let someone steal my money.

I'm shocked at how this business is allowed to handle people's money. I opened an account and deposited $1000. My account was soon blocked with no reason given. After contacting them they told me the deposit was too high. tHey never emailed me or let me know anything - I had to contact them to find out. It took me 2 days and about 3 hours on my time to be able to finally fund my account.3 weeks later I was banned because I wasn't losing money.When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I waited 2 days and still never got my funds. When I contacted them, they told me that my withdrawal is not going to get completed because the amount is too high and I need to provide more information to complete it. Again, they never send me an email or a message. In fact, on their own website the withdrawal was shown as "complete". I'm still in the process of trying to withdraw. Complete waste of time, I would not recommend anybody to use this website.

The UK government should step in and stop bookmaker choosing who they accept bets from. Bet365 have closed my account as I won over £16k from Horse Racing bets in the last 12 months. They hide behind gambling regulations that are design to protect losing gamblers. After giving the all documents requested I find my account has been closed. Disgraceful.

Tried to open an online account. Screen says I need to enter a verification code sent to my mobile to proceed. Waited and no code received. Requested a resend. Still nothing. Did this multiple times. After being kept waiting ages on Livechat they say it was sent and i need to contact my mobile provider to sort out. Never happened before with anyone else. Can't be a**ed going through this rigmarole. There's plenty of other companies out there. Sorry my business is going elsewhere.

Fastforward current times inflation and rising costs it makes sense that the bang for the buck may not currently be sustainable or available for you or casinos and surely if you play at multiple casinos you would have been notified of reduced rtp via email. Do your research on various factors before you play large sums. Do not blow your wages! More than ever take gambling as fun and only deposit what you really can afford to loose. The gambling commission has tightened its rules and withdrawing has become a pain in the butt. Inorder to stop money launderers benefiting etc. If the casino pot is not overflowing with input then shear consideration of economics tells you wins are going to be harder to achieve and it may feel like a suck it all fest while playing :) Keep calm and spend on tangeable items

For no reason at all I could not log into my account. When I emailed customer service they said they needed to speak to me. As I am unable to speak I explained that’s why I chose the email method of contact. They ignored this explanation and insisted they needed to speak to me. This went back and forth until they just ignored me. My account is now locked and I cannot gain access to my money. I have been robbed.

Amen Brother! Bet365 needs some attention from the gaming authorities for unfair practice. It was a good site to play back in the day and now dead spins after dead spins. Loss after loss. It not enjoyable anymore. I used to make withdrawals not much anymore if I'm lucky maybe 50.00 cad the most. It's just absolutely horrible for all the money I spent on this site. In my opinion they have rigged the machines not to pay RTP. Changed the payout code. I hope one day when there is a class action lawsuit against Bet365, maybe that is when I will get my payout. Thanks for reading this.

Rapid payout, excellent interface and huge range of bets as well as market leading prices on horse racing.Here's the rub.You aren't allowed to win.They won't allow you to be in profit.I received an email from them after a few relatively small winning bets."Due to the nature of your business we have made the decision to close your account with immediate effect"And they did. This means that they only want losing customers. If you see anyone with a 365 account they are losing.They describe themselves as Bookmakers. This is false advertising. They are not bookmakers. A bookmaker will take bets and balance their book. 365 balance it by only allowing losing players.I will be objecting in writing to the advertising watchdog everytime they have an advertisement where they describe themselves as a bookmaker. Would take my bank card so I deposit with paypal and that worked fine until I wanted to withdraw. They say the Paypal account isn't in my name and delete my payment information. Have to make a whole other Paypal account deposit more money to finally get my money. That just me my brother is still fighting with these clowns for his money.

Once again I have problems with this nasty company.A few days ago I won just over £100 but when I tried to withdraw it I was told that my Bank was blocking it & that it was now back in my BET365 account.What a load of !!!!-The bank will on occassions block someone trying to take money but Never someone putting money in. Been a customer of bet 365 for some years. It’s the only bookies I like using. I had set a 1month cooling off period after the football euros was finished. Turns out I done it for 6 months which was completely my mistake not there’s. Upon going back into my account they’ve removed any promotions which I found very strange. But even more strange they decided to remove the bet builder 25% boosts which EVERY customer gets. After waiting on live chat for numerous times it they say adjustments have been made to my account despite no prior warning. I’ve never had any form of gambling issues and they’ll clearly be able to see this. I believe I’ve been treated very unfairly by them. I suggest you put this right please.

Absolutely awful customer service, cut you off while you still type. Made a withdrawal back to my old bank account, the bank said the money have already send back to bet365 because it's a closed account, max will take 3 days, so contact bet365, bet355 said could take upto 10 banking days, it's not even a lots of moeny but the treatment I get from the customer service are awful.

Deposited and bet £10 and claimed the £30 free bets, my opening bet lost but the bet I placed with the free bets won £50. Using my winnings I placed another ten pound bet and then my account was closed! No reason given, no appeal process. Don't waste your money.

I like bet 365 a lot and do understand that they can close down some accounts if clients are not playing fairly. I have been with them for over 20 years and like them. I was disappointed when Ontario made them take out horse racing in the new transition to the Ontario platform. However this was a necessary step to be legal in Ontario.Overally they are a great website with lots of great promotions.

I just started betting in recent months, and Bet365 had been wonderful - their interface was amazing and user-friendly. I'd deposited around £100 and went on to win about £200 in a month of account opening and they immediately limited my maximum stake to £1 for literally everything. Absolute shame. These companies are allowed to bankrupt people, but at the same time, they wouldn't let you win even a few hundreds.

Going off my own gameplay results and reading through the Lovely reviews here I,ve set my deposit limit on 365s slots to £10 a week and max of £40 a month. Coming down from circa £1000 a month and have chosen to move to Crypto casino sites non ukbased and using a Vpn to dodge the Uk gambling restrictions which i believe affect general gameplay and payouts.

Poor security system. My account has been hacked and stolen few days ago. There was £126 witch someone used to do unrecognised bets. I contacted bet365 as soon as I have seen, I gave all my informations, I waited (more than the usual deadline - 48h) for the investigation and in 11th Mar 2023, Bet365 concluded that it was really scammed. After a long time waiting, I received a call from them. John, one of the supervisors, helped me to setup a new account. He also told me they would send me a link to get a new password. When I asked him about my money, he told me they would refund it in a few days.Of course I didn’t get any link or refund. After a long time trying to contact bet365, the answer that I got was: “were advised that all bets placed on your previous account would stand and that there would be no balance transfer.”Basically, I lost £126. After this outcome, nothing guarantees me if my account was hacked or there was a malicious bug from the bookmaker itself.

I joined bet365 yesterday for their promo of betting one dollar and getting 250 in bonus bets. So I got the bets. Won about 100 dollars off of half the bonus money . Now today I’m banned and they said that it’s because of my business and they won’t review my account and no chance to reopen it . I work as a factory worker making chocolate bars. I joined bet365 yesterday for their promo of betting one dollar and getting 250 in bonus bets. So I got the bets. Won about 100 dollars off of half the bonus money . Now today I’m banned and they said that it’s because of my business and they won’t review my account and no chance to reopen it . I work as a factory worker making chocolate bars. Why would that affect me gambling . This app and the customer service has been a complete joke. Go to FanDuel or DraftKings. DO NOT USE BET365

If I could give 0 stars I would signed up and deposited my £10 to get my free bets had a couple of little bets and placed 2 football bets on then would you believe it just like alot of other people I couldn't log on wasn't exepting my password then they tell me they are shutting my account immediately due to the nature of my business and kept what money I had left of my free bets bunch of scammers I would advise not to use them

Absolutely ridiculous. My account was frozen for reasons I can not comprehend. I bet thousands with this site but thankfully I only had a small balance as I'm not even able to withdraw or place any bets. Everything people have said about this site is true, I wished I had done my research first before signing up. You can never reach a live agent by phone. Gambling is stressful enough but this experience has been worse than any loss I've ever incurred.

Do not use they absolutely ignore you if you win any good amount of money and try to deny you of winnings the customer service is a sick merry go round I’ve been on there for days at a time just trying to resolve simple things avoid at all costs please take this advice

There was a throw in 55.37 mins they say never happened (cucarella threw it in) and are refusing to pay £350. This is criminal. DO NOT USE. Take money when you loose as soon as you win they close your account and keep what’s in there, not even a notification email just went to log in and can’t get in, numerous live chats just keep telling me my account is under review and suspended no reason or timeframe given, and no way of getting money out of there, disgusting.

Used to be bet 100 get 100 then it was bet 50 get 50 now it's bet 10 get 30? I think somewhere along the line bet365 have forgotten what separates them apart from other bookmakers... Not to mention the fact that they closed my account without a reason at all and when I asked why they told me it was an executive decision and when I ask them to elaborate I was td they won't go into details? I would advise anybody on God's green earth to stay well away from bet 365 they are scummy and do not care about their customers at all!! You win to much they will close you down... You spend to much they ask for wage slips bank statements I. D life history EVERYTHING!! The most reward you will ever get from them no matter what you spend will be a measily £5 bonus ... And sometimes... Like myself they will close you down for absolutely no reason at all and won't tell you why EVER! Stay away from bet365
