Its a scam. I am playing blackjack there are 30+ people playing, we all have the same cards. Therefore the stack is worked out for the best way eg it knows roughly how many will hit or stand and then deals the cards for it since it only has to deal one hand for the person and one hand for the dealer. I dont mind waiting a few days before I get my winnings. so far I think the play is fair, I know it won’t last, but I’m enjoying playing. My account was fully verified for years they’ve paid my withdrawls every time except now I’ve been fighting them for a £40 withdrawal they said they needed proof of bank statements sent them they then said that they had to be in pdf with full name and account details done that then they said I’d been paid out which I hadn’t so I asked them if they had paid out how come my £40 is still on my 32red account so they said that the team that deal with withdrawals was unavailable so they would email me with in the next hour 3 days later I had an email off them saying that my statements did not show my account details so they’ve now asked for 90 days of bank statements I went in my bank and my bank said they’re asking for to much of my banking details so they said to seek legal advice before sending anymore information of my bank details which they already have so I’ve got appointment with citizens advice next week and I’ll see what happens then I’ve spent over 1000 pounds on this site and now I’ve got to fight them for £40 on my fully verified account I’m totally disappointed with the way theve treated me I’ve done everything they have asked for but for some reason they always want more bank details I won that £40 fair so don’t understand why I can’t get my little win paid will update on here after citizens advice appointment

I’ve just joined this site. Spent £40 won £10 I think. I’ve had an email from them today saying they are having trouble trying to process my payment (winnings) that my bank isn’t allowing them to transfer the measly £ 10 I won ?? 32 Red would now like a bank statement from me. How very peculiar. Has anyone else had this issue? Of all the sites I’ve played on I’ve never come across this. Naturally this raises security concerns for me. Surely if they take money from a visa debit card it’s a simple case of transferring back to the same card. . My bank haven’t informed me of any problems. I’ll be holding fire with depositing further funds if £10 is so difficult to handle.

It’s true, you can’t win in this sh…. Site.They tracking you. After I complain about cheating in live chat I’ve got 8 times in a row winning result with no Los at all. Even whet I bet on the only one number on roulette I won. But after, they took everything. I was playing color and every bet they did opposite my bet. As a 50 year old man with over 20 years in the industry I feel extremely disappointed with 32red.I had a software issue on a roulette spin that won me £90. The amount wasn’t paid so I used live chat.The staff were efficient enough and I was escalated for investigation. 4 days later I’ve been told I’m not getting paid despite sending screenshot proving my case. I also have no fewer than three withdrawals from five days ago that are still in the company’s bank account. Sadly monies owed in the betting industry are considered a debt of honour and have no backing in law.

Won £1500 via using bonus money, my nan had recently passed away, it’s Christmas and my daughters birthday in a fortnight, as anyone can understand this money would have gone really far at this time. My account stated that I had £1500 in cash ready to be withdrawn, I thought that due to the previous deposits and amounts I had made this was wagered due to this, I withdrew the money and called their customer support team and emailed them, they had stated that the full amount was due to be paid. Excited I had ordered flowers for my nan and promised my daughter a new bed for her upcoming birthday. This morning I had awoken to an email to say that they will only be paying out £100. They have literally put money into my hands that was desperately needed at this time and ripped it back out again. Absolutely disgusting robbing site. Got bonus spins and won so used this to play slots. Played for hours and hours and ended up winning £500. I continued to watch ‘my account’ to see winnings move from 100% bonus to 100% cash which obviously meant I had met the wagering requirements. I withdrew the £500 and went to sleep thinking I could now treat my grandkids for Xmas. Woke up this morning to see an email saying as wad bonus they have only paid £100. The £400 was put back on my balance and still showed as cash. I played a few more games and then withdrew £350 but they are not paying this to me. Spoke to customer services and even the guy on the phone could see why I was fuming. Scam with regards to sign up bonus they will swear you did not opt in for the match bonus. Withdrawals are extremely slow and if you withdraw on a Friday it won’t even be processed until Monday and then can take upto 5 working days to get the money they owe you.

Had cash in my account for months yesterday I won a £5 bonus on the wheel so used it this morning and won £40 left me with over £50 in my account. Popped back a few hours later to find the whole lot removed contacted chat and was informed the bonus had expired so all winnings removed.
