Honestly I’ve never know my balance to disappear so fast on 32red but the past few months I’m lucky if I get a win within the first 20 spins and if I do it’s 50% of my stake or lower, and every bonus game I get (once in a blue moon) flops every time, I use to rate this site as one of my top three but now I wouldn’t put it in my top twenty, please to anyone that reads this look elsewhere if you want to try your luck at gambling.

I can honestly tell anyone reading this that this site is rigged beyond belief. Yes I had a good win back in Jan 2022 not long after signing up but since then I’ve had absolutely nothing. They have clearly rigged my gambling experience for 11 months to claw back what I won. Really really poor site. Comfortably set up an account and deposited. Soon after my account was locked. I was asked to provide proof of ID, which I provided. Still locked 48 hours later and unable to withdraw the funds I deposited. Would avoid at all costs!

Terrible experience. Opened up an account and used a different card to pay a £10 deposit and placed a bet. Shortly after, my account was closed. This happened way before the race even started, but my deposit was kept. Surely, if they decide to close your account before a race is off, then that bet is void and should be refunded. Spoke to customer services and they told me that there is no money to refund. This is a joke as they could easily do people out of a lot of money before they even have a bet settled. I would steer clear, daylight robbery!

A waste of your time bonus offer. After depositing 20 euro I needed to turn it over 30 it was explained times to get any of the bonus. Opened an account last Thursday evening. Deposited £2k and won a little more than £10k on live roulette. Cashed out at 7.30pm and the withdrawal went to ‘processing’. Googled how long that would take and was disappointed to see it was 5-7 days. Even worse was the experiences of folks I read here. Checked the following morning about 10.30am and was pleasantly surprised to see that the withdrawal had been approved and processed. Rogue organisation acting like legalised criminals.My wife used their partner site Unibet and had a significant win of £8,000. Tried to withdraw and they cancelled the withdrawal, closed the account and refused to pay citing the fact it was deposited from a joint account as the reason.About a week later they closed down the 32Red account, turns out they are both part of the same group. I have emailed the CEO of the parent company and had no response for weeks. The company is acting out with the law and closing down accounts for a multitude of reasons instead of paying a big win. Literally the worst online casino there is. I played on many different slot games over the course of several months.
