I submitted my ID earlier, it was accepted quickly., Two weeks ago I asked 4500 EUR withdrawals, immediately I was asked to provide utility bill, I sent it. One week later I saw it was rejected, I went to the live chat, they did not give me reason why was it rejected, they said send another proof of address (???). I sent my bank statement one week ago and it's still not verified. I think this is unacceptable, it's not quality, it's a crap service what I experience here.

Won quite a bit of money from unibet only lately bin with them over a year. Account all verified early on so no trouble with withdrawals.
Then I have won some big bets which I have kept increasing and winning. Now they want to verify my account again. I d checked out address over 18 checked.. Also asked to see wage slips or bank statements for source of income.. Sent pay slips now they want last 90 days bank statements… Unbelievable… All I can say is don't expect to consistently win on this site as they will not let you.. Told them to do one and now on another betting site

There are some villains, if you win they block your account, they ask you to send documents to proving the account but they lie to you that they are not good and if you revolt they close your account completely and you don't see any money. They have to be sued, they make fun of people

Unibet changed the terms of a bet a week after my bet was placed. Original terms were "bet is resolved when official sources declare a winner". Terms got switched to "projected winner without reasonable doubt."

Conveniently this turned my winning bet ("announced by official sources") into a losing bet when the contest was neck and neck until the last moment with my choice barely behind, with Unibet resolving bets before the contest was over. I had taken a screenshot of the original terms and conditions and verified they had been edited.

Changing the terms of a bet that's already been placed is illegal, and it flipped the result of the bet.

Unibet, I believe, are acting unlawfully.

They opened an account for me, allowed me to deposit using my boyfriends card then after several weeks playing (and winning) they suddenly requested a ) pic of my ID b) a pic of me holding my ID, c) pic of my boyfriends card d) picture of me holding my boyfriends card e) bank statement attached to that card f) picture of me holding a copy of that bank statement g) picture of a "through the post" utility bill (not an online version) h) picture of me holding the posted utility bill.

All submitted to them. five days laterm no reply, and then they come back and say they haven't received it. Yet they accept a deposit without checking the card was in my name. I'm following up on this to check to see which part of the process I have done wrong.

I recently placed 2 bets weeks in advance of the 2020 Masters Golf tournament, on Sergio Garcia and Angel Cabrera. They both pulled out a few days before the tournament, but Unibet will not refund me my money. They say they are losing bets. This is a disgrace. Stay away from this site.

I placed a bet with Unibet for USA election 2020 for Donald Trump. it was stated clearly that the condition was " winner decided by who reaches the required numbers of electrical votes on the election day. If there is no clear winner on election day the offer will be settled as soon as a candidate is projected to win beyond reasonable doubt."

They declared I lost the bet and they further explained their term and condition as follow which stated no where on their website until you ask :

As it currently stands, it has been accepted globally that Biden has won the election, this is further supported by the Associated Press declaring Biden as the winner of the presidential debate.

With the current electoral votes being 290-214 with Biden leading in other battlegrounds still contested, we argue that there is no reasonable doubt as to the winner of the election and unsubstantiated claims by the Trump camp do not constitute "reasonable doubt". Since there is no court ruling to support these claims, this serves as unreasonable allegations.

I'm reading the reviews and wondering if I got the wrong site. I've had zero issues with Unibet not alone that I've made some profit without any hitches. The verification was standard the online chat was consistent. Poker is good I’ve cashed in every tournament I’ve played , payouts are within a few hours . Problem I have is the App crashing through a game and my big hands I have to fold when a loose player calls with garbage and gets lucky . Well made 3 deposits in the last few days every single bonus I’ve had has been 5X or lower. The higher the stakes you play the dead spins become more and more common. From minute I joined this online casino I had issues while playing on an iPad. I contacted them numerous times and was told each time it was either my internet connection or I need to clear my cookies. I have state of the art internet and router. I did as they asked and before playing ALWAYS cleared my cookies and cache. Well I play on many other sites and never an issues. So I reach out yet again and talk to a manager who admits to me they have IPad compatibility issues. So I only learn this after 6 months. During that time I was not able to view over $1000 worth of bets to see out come of the casino game. So I reached out and asked for two things. One, a way to play using iPad so that these issues do not happen again and for a measly $100 free play comp which I felt was more then fair since in fact I was not ale to watch over $1000 worth of play. A manager reached out with no explanation just a $50 credit. When I questioned why only $50 and no help in resolving iPad issue they suspended my account. I then tried to find out why and was given five different answers, stay away from this site. Customer service is subpar, have an issue they will cancel your account. I have filed complaint with Pa Gaming commission.

Warning for new customers. I registered an account on this site, but could not upload documents for verification because this option was blocked.
