New to this site and wished I had read reviews before hand. If you like a spin on slots then stay away from this money grabbing con merchants after just a few deposits, the spins were so bad I closed my account.

What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Also Sportnation I hope you respond to this and Ill throw the transcripts in for you too.

Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips aren’t enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and it’s simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before I’ve deposited thousands with you, it’s that simple. Avoid.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a company ever. They bring me in with bonuses, let me deposit and cash out a few times, then lock my account and tell me they need documentation galore on me, or I won't be getting my most recent withdrawal. (Even though the previous customer service agent said it wouldn't affect it.) They wasted multiple hours of my time refusing to answer questions or even resolve this issue in anyway. Eventually, they knew they were in the wrong and released my withdrawal, but then banned my account.

These guys are genius scam artists. I'd avoid 110%. Unless you have the patience like I did.

They send you nuisance messages, you cannot use your phone to block them for some reason , if you send UNISTOP they will charge you and it does not work! I have reported them to the ICO today. Their site has no contact details surprise surprise, it's seems silly worrying about junk messages but they message constantly and it's annoying:(

Horrible Experience, Absolute Scam Site. If you win a Bonus feature on a 0.10p – 0.20p option, all winnings seem to be capped at around the 3 average mark. The rtp has been manipulated also, and I don't care what crap they claim. Just go on the Manufactures site for the particular slot and play it in demo mode for the same stake. And check the comparison, its absolutely insane the difference LOL.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Signed up with a promise of a 30 bonus if I deposited 10. Within minutes of starting playing the game a wining they blocked my account. What a scammers casino. You really have to stay far away from this because if you win they won't pay you. They will lead you on the line and eventually close your account. I won here at Bingo but do not want to cash out because I have blocked the online casino. But I can continue to play sports betting and bingo. Now that I've won something they say we don't pay because you blocked the casino part. But they do make me pay money to play bingo and play sports betting. 4 weeks and counting on the verification process.

I won a bet and so far I have been trying to verify my account for 4 weeks, many emails have been exchanged and a few calls. I am trying to verify with my bank statement – currently they are disputing that we are using a downloaded statement and but actually we are using on we had posted as requested. I have taken photos with all 4 corners, submitted multiple times and sent a comparison of the downloaded document not a printed one but still they reject the one I have had sent.

I cannot even get through on the phone lines today. Total joke… there doesn't seem to be an escalation process and the advisers cannot offer any way forward. You don't even get to speak to the versification team!!

You need less proof to buy and sell houses!!

Please beware of this site they are scamming people. They will freeze your accoubt then ask you to upload documents. Even when you upload all correct documents that have been passed fine on other sites they will decline you then ignore and not refund you. Scam company do not join

I take this as a scam, service as I had had issues with my account before that almost resulted to my losing all my money. There wasn’t any good help from their customer service.

They are scammers. I deposited and won some bets. Then after requesting the withdrawal they are saying that I faked my identity. Why would you accept it at first place if I faked? They asked another picture and I sent it too. Still they are saying to wait as they are checking it.
