Picked a 14 horse, horse race in Ireland for an example, Spreadex were competitive on only four of the runners when compared to multiple other bookmakers on Oddschecker.com. I do use them but only on the very odd occasion, because 90% of the time the majority of their odds on Horse Racing are smaller than every other bookmaker, would use them much more if they were comparative to other companies.

Tbh, in the UK, I had never heard of spreadex but I decided to try my luck with them and have discovered that they offer better odds than any of the other betting apps I previously used and they have gifted me with several generous free bets throughout my time from using them ?. 10/10 from me.

Terrible company!!! I will describe my story in detail. On 30.12.2022 I made a deposit of about 2000. All this time I played and on 17.01.2023 I requested my first withdrawal of 2000. After which they sent me to hell. First they suspended my account, then for withdrawal they asked for a photo of the bank card I deposited with (17.01.2023), I sent them a photo of my bank card the same day, then they asked for a selfie photo with my passport (20.01.2023), I sent them a photo 22.01.2023 and now all this time they are checking my documents. I wait 2 months and every time they say to me “Your account is still under review and we will be in touch as soon as possible”, 2 months of waiting!!! This has never happened to me before!!! These guys don’t want to withdraw my winnings and deliberately don’t check my documents, they are scammers, I think they want to take all my winnings (5000). Never play here!!!

After getting a win they pay out instantly, And when you lose they look after you with free bets. Even sent me a pair of winter gloves in the post ha. Fantastic company highly recommend ?

spreadex maybe a small player in bookmakers/gambling but their site is one off the easiest to use.an example if you put multiple bets on the football or like it puts them at the top off the ongoing games,simple but nice.one does not have to look for your bets.Spreadex reqards regular players with bonus monies which do not use the addage “you must win 10 times to actually get real cash.This site is available by message or by phone calls,all in all a good bookie

An absolute con….Slot games are old and if you think that you are going to win anything, we’ll think again. Customer service lie constantly and I am just gutted that I have to give 1 star, they are so corrupt that the sooner they stop trading in the UK the better.

Probably the best customer service I’ve received from any business I’ve dealt with, let alone gaming site. If you have an issue, you can call up and speak to someone in England who actually knows what they’re talking about, and isn’t reading from a script.I’ve been using SpreadEx for a decade. When I’ve won, payouts are quick (virtually instant these days, for smaller amounts), when I’ve lost I’ve often got free bets or other compensation. Also been to a couple of free events on them, I’m a medium size punter, including my first and only visit to the new Tottenham stadium. Sadly we lost, but the box, food and drink were fantastic.If this review seems a bit gushing, it’s because the ‘support’ offered by other gaming sites is so unbelievably bad (I wish I could post a recent transcript with one but it’s in stupid graphics), SpreadEx are such a pleasant difference.

I opened a new account. Prior to the application i contacted customer services. Quickly connected-Conditions clearly explained and to back this up the difference between spread betting and fixed odds is very clear on the website-I stick to fixed odds horse racing.ID verification easy if you stick to fixed odds. Spread betting carries higher risks and it was explained should I wish to try this I would need to provide further detailed financial information. A very good joining experience. I would give 5 stars but for the one criticism, of which i was fully aware beforehand, no best odds guaranteed. Especially since a very rare winner I backed at 14-1 went out to an SP of 20-1-Spread betting is for those fleeter of mind than me so I am happy with the fixed odds interface. Easy and quick to navigate. Overall refreshingly efficient.

They show up on your credit report as a “charge card” and it will count against you when you come to try and get a mortgage. Rubbish site too, just don’t bother.

I started using spreadex around 6 months ago and I left them a great review, but all that changes when you are a regular customer, when you first join they throw free bets at you, but when you are settled and spending quite a lot with them the free bets stop, I have asked the question why only t9 be rudely told ” you are due nothing ” great customer service, my last bet was placed with spreadex

I recently started using Spreadex again after years of Sporting Index. I won a little, I lost a little, then I won a reasonable lump and chose to withdraw the winnings…….. no such luck. Apparently the home address I opened the account under 8 years ago, which I moved out of 5 years ago, doesn’t match with the address of my bank (It won’t do, I don’t live there anymore) means they’re refusing to pay out at the minute. It takes 5 seconds to deposit money, but the minute you win not as interested, currently 5 days after my withdrawal request and not budging. They asked for photo of my card, but said they can’t quite makeout one of the numbers. They claimed they’d emailed me to let me know of the issue, completely untrue. “It must of gone to spam sir” well the rest of the offers you bombard me with every week never do, so why should this. Flat out refuse to send me a copy of there complaints process, ” A manager will ring you to discuss”. I dont want to discuss anything. I want my Money and a documented copy of your complaints procedure……. currently behaving like a back street bookie. Avoid at all costs

I’ve told my friends bet spreadex you won’t regret it best firm I’ve ever dealt with fixed odds or casino and they know I don’t do spread betting and that’s fine they are also GENEROUS with bonus bets again fixed odds and casino. I noticed one punter condemning them over BPG in this case you have a choice when betting minutes before the off you have two choices you can take the price shown or take starting price yes everyone would like the best price however they are most generous in other areas plus the chat line is the best out there to me spreadex are simply the best.

IMO , spreadex is one of the best bookies in uk market. Very easy lay out and design of website. Easy to find things and trades. Easy to manoeuvre in between which is what you need when the odds are changing very quick. I am an occasional/recreational user but out of many other bookies spreadex stands out. And a very responsive customer help line. I am usually the nagging type and can’t believe I have all praise for them LoL They really are good.

The companys doing ok but i lost money on the time it took to put a price on Freds goal minutes in the nottingham forest game,waiting and waiting for his goal minutes to come up and when they did it was too late he scored as i was putting the bet on,it took far to long
