Yeah, what can I say… After years of playing here this site start to disappoint me more and more.In the past I used to get free bets if I was active, now there’s none.The fifa players is the worst of the worst league they could have picked.Glitches in the live bet or game, disappearing games and appearing out of a sudden, not listen ones and so on.Overall, I am disappointed and is time to move to a different site, this one become an insult to the fact that I am very active betting and almost daily there.

Be aware when signing up. I signed up to an offer that was £25 and £50 free bets. Then I got an email (which I never received), or any notification to say my offer wasn’t valid. Spoke to customer services who just said nothing can be done. I have escalated this to the management and will formally raise it with the regulator should my complaint not get resolved.

I don’t recommend it. At first they said that my account was being checked. Then a month later they paid part of it, and when I put the rest on withdrawal, they again said that my account was under review. They say they are checking my rates. But since the payment I have not placed any more bets. They just don’t want to give me money. I’ve been waiting for 2 months for these checks

Good site, ruined by the constant change of deposit limits. I’ve had an account for years and recently went through the regular document checks. My limit was upgraded as a result – great! A few days later, I went to use the account and the limit was downgraded again. Customer services said it’s the “algorithm” doing it, the same algorithm that increased the limits a few days earlier. The next day, the limits drop again (despite no use of the site), with additional controls added, meaning we now have a daily net, monthly net, yearly gross and yearly net limit on the one account. If thats not bad enough, the yearly limits undercut the daily and monthly limits, so for example, you can spend 100 a month net, but only 600 a year gross, which makes the monthly net limits almost redundant, and likely means you’ll have no use of your account for 6 months of the year – this is what has happened to me, cannot spend for 7 months now. I really don’t understand it, it’s overly complicated, nobody contacts you to inform you of changes to your account, customer services never know what’s going on, and it’s really frustrating for the customer. I’ve sent in lots of private docs so that they can decide on a monthly limit, only for that to be completely changed (heavily reduced) the next day. What a pointless exercise. Really frustrated and now forced to look elsewhere.

Had an account for a long time and enjoyed the sports offerings, but was disappointed to log in and find a “gross deposit limit” had become active on my account. This is in addition to the daily, weekly and monthly net limits that are applied on receipt of your documentation, and for me, meant that I can’t use my account for the next 6 months. It’s frustrating that you go through an intrusive process to determine a monthly limit, for that limit to then be superseded by a gross limit, thus making everything you’ve provided a little redundant. No support offered by the team to resolve this, just a request for more documentation. I was also told it’s a regulatory requirement, but I checked with another major operator who said they don’t have this for their customer. Strange and disappointing.

This company is beyond bent from not paying out when you withdraw or weeks later. They allowed myself to gamble more than I set my limits. They increased my bet and have dog races they can set the winner so it’s the one you bet on and you lose massively if your laying it in spread betting. They play you along and are seriously a bent site robbing millions of people. This companies software certainly needs looking into by the gambling commission and they have stole all my savings knowing I had gambling issues nor did they check on my affordability with bank statements. The government needs to take this company to task. Everyone stay away.

I couldn’t find details of a recent offer regarding getting a free bet after posting 5 qualifying bets. I made the 5 (what I thought were qualifying) bets but wasn’t eligible for the free bet because it had expired. I guess I need to be a bit more attentive, but I think you could put information on the app/website showing existing offers and recently expired offers
