SkyBet Review

I don’t think they deserve any rating . They suspend account for ages and holding the funds for no reason . They are claiming to respond in 72hours which again is a big and rubbish. They should be fined heavily by IBAS for troubling customers . They ask for silly documents . They don’t ask for anything unless you are losing and making deposit after deposit, but once you win they will suspend the account and ask for everything. They are thieves on the name of Skybet. Kindly open account with other bookies with good reviews and customer services like bet365, Paddypower, coral or betfred.

Never trust sky bet.Just Google the amount of fraud and criminal cases they have been involved in. The games are all rigged. They have the worst sports odds off any casino. Free games they have ate all rigged to payout hardly nothing. Scandelous company who should be banned. Also blacklisted on certain sites so please stay away from these crooks.

Terrible company, joined mainly for super 6 and football bets. I reported an issue when playing an online game thinking was being helpful not trying to gain anything as only placed a few spins took screenshots instead of thanking me for letting them know etc get an email they have suspended me??? Very poor!!! On chat with Georgina L who then disappears after saying no reasons will be given and on emails they say security team can do what they want. Very poor do not place lots of bets and should have higher spenders to worry about.

Be careful guys when you betting in Sky bet. They wants from you just to take money. I have more then 10 days struggling with support team.my account is suspended just because i won a bet 250£. Imagine to win more then this. And they keep saying same things when i ask why? For what reason? That saying your account is under view and will solve soon. After 10 days they didn’t. So be careful guys they’re playing with out money and giving lots of stress

They have outsourced the customer service to a foreign country and everyone is very rude and disrespectful They have stolen a bug amount from me as they are refusing to pay even after sending in over ten documents to verify. This company will steal.your .deny and refuse to pay withdraws. I will file a case with the court, have already notified citizens advice and the police I know there are a lot of people in my situation, and I think a Class Auction Law Suit against Skybet with be the best course of action to make.sure this lying company is not allowed to steal money again

I hadn’t opted in for the free bet from Sky Club so as the default setting I was given 2 x £2.50 bet build bets.I contacted Skybet as I preferred 3 x £2.50 free bets on any sport…it was approved immediately!!Brilliant service! 10/10

Warning : If you change bank and want to make a withdrawal the original card will be blocked and it's almost impossible to get Sky to change the withdrawal method. Also there is no longer a number you can call customer services on it's just an Indian chat line. Slow timing and unhelpful.

Yet another day with a complete race card missing. Today it’s sedgefield. Recently it’s been lingfield, Brighton, and dog meetings and the 49 draw. If sky are too scared to show the meetings in case of a large punt, then at least they could show the cards with no prices. VeRY POOR company.

there second best to bet365 imo they give back retirements as a voided bet and if your person was winning then they give it as a win and they do cashouts at a good rate and also give out loads of promotions whats there not to like?

Had to wait a little time to try and and get an answer fir a special "request a bet" I fancied.... Arsenal and or Man City unbeaten PL this year. Young lad Lavan said that particular team were closed but he would ensure he got back to me. Will respond back on here if he doesn't. Like I said explained to Lavan other betting apps and companies have a market for unbeaten... its only a little fun, let's face it at 1000/1 from others it's worth a ten spot. ;)

Skybet is missing a trick with not using a sub function on their build a bet. I don't use skybet for football build a bet anymore, I use paddypower for this very reason. Putting a build a bet on and having it over in the first 5 mins due to injury is very annoying, lucky with paddy power this now doesn't happen. Skybet you need to up your game.

After using this company for many years i have been stopped from using promotions also receiving free bets when i have queried this via live chat i am not told any reasons for this, either a contact number to speak with someone.

I had a problem with 1 of my cards, I had to get a new one as I got my card used fraudulently. I needed that card removed, but it wouldn't let me do it. I got intouch with Sky Bet, and it got sorted straight away.

I had a problem and it was resolved in under 2 minutes now that was very quick and very polite and would recommend them any time

Skybet addressed my complaint. However it's a 'sticking plaster': Skybet needs to fix its software so that one's selection of a Reward is maintained and not usually defaulted (at 11:59 on Sunday evening?) to 2x Soccer Build-A-Bets. I have to ask to change this (back) to 2x Horse-racing accumulator bets nearly every week :<(
