I've only had good experiences with Sky Bet. The app works brilliantly on ym android and I like the Match 5 feature. I've also limited my account which means I'm not getting in trouble with the wife and I'm not putting in more than I'm comfy with.

A couple of years ago I got notification that my account was blocked until July 2024 because I'd self excluded. I was puzzled as I had not remembered self excluding but assumed during the sign up process many years before id ticked a box to say self exclude after losing a certain amount. I obviously tried to contact them with no success. Fast forward to July 2024 I assumed the exclusion would be over. Oh no apparently id self excluded forever. Lol.This time I did have the misfortune of speaking to their customer service. I explained that I had never self excluded and they had made a mistake. However they would rather believe a faulty process rather than a human being. If tempeh just looked at my account they would see I bet £3 here and there every second month. Bonkers that they're not fit for purpose processes trumps a customer saying they have made a mistake. To make matters worse the more I complain the more I look like someone that had self excluded and was trying to change my mind. Anyhow have zero confidence in them as a business and looking at the reviews im not alone.

I was having fun using sky bet getting the spin every day and some other good promotions .Now they have taken all my promotions off me and without an explanation why , can’t use free spins that gets given me . I deposit pretty much every month or , i mean 10-20 pounds should be enough I though but I’m obviously not depositing enough and I think that’s the reason why they took the promotions off me , So now I’m wandering why coz it’s not to much where I’mPutting my self at risk so where’s the gamble awareness now eh ?

People are knowledgeable and answered my question quite quickly company t&cs don’t seem to be the best and not mentioning there returns are usually lower than Betfred ect so wouldn’t use unless taking advantage of their welcome offers

Sky bet are thieves,the lowest scum in the business...They talk to people like sh.t...I had a bet A.Robertson 1+ foul commited,they said my bet was not winning because he didn`t commit any foul...even when Robertson got booked for a foul on R.Dias...only Skybet didn`t accept yellow card being given for a foul...disgusting how they cheat!!!!

Transferred some money,transfer refused yet ended up being placed on a horse customer services appaling 35mins deliberate wait no help at all,be very careful in my banks hands at the minute.There is no onus on any bookmaker to pay up on any winning bet no law says they have to just if they want to,avoid.

I totally agree with Raymond's review underneath. They did exactly the same to me. Suspended my Sky Vegas account for daring to win a few free games and then use the tiny payouts on slots. I won't be placing any further sports bets now as I no longer trust them. Just avoid

I have spent hours and days trying to change my mobile phone details updated - and successfully recorded on my SKY.BET ACCOUNT... but when I try to DEPOSIT MONEY into the account (which I've had for many years) - THEY SEND ME AN OUTDATED AND INCORRECT MOBILE NUMBER TO 'VERIFY' WITH SMS/CODE - Spent hours on their 'Online customer Help' line - where they either HUNG UP ON ME with no assistance (several times) - or insisted they'd made the required changes that would VERIFY that deposit... BUT DID NOT. They keep asking me to 'VERIFY' AT THE WRONG MOBILE NUMBER!!!!!!!!!(Then rudely hung up). This is a DISGRACE and I shall be e-mailing this to the management and to all my journalist friends in the media. DO NOT BET WITH SKY.BET ... They are a DISGRACE.

Suspended from free bets and spins promotions because of my account activity, not spent enough and had a couple of wins with free bets more like. No grounds to appeal as their decision is final. So is mine, I've told them to stick it up their a@se and closed my account. Horrible company who are happy to take your money but not so happy to pay it out. Avoid at all costs.

I made a complaint regarding their protection services for safe gambling/limit setting.It was a very valid point that I made, and I was simply pointing out what many people have been stating online.Expecting a nice discussion about the complaint, I was shocked when I simply received a response telling me that my account was closed immediately and I was no longer welcome to wager with the company.It was by no means a harsh complaint.It was one of the most childish things I’ve ever seen.

The worst betting app there is along with William hill my wife had 2 good wins and they suspended my account with no warning happy to take your money but can't handle you winning anything skybet should be banned customer service is terrible all a bunch of w###### I hope everyone stops giving them money only good thing about skybet was the super 6

What a shambles of a company my account was suspended for security which I had to send in proof who I am which I did only after 3 days to say my drivers licence and bill wasn't good enough so submitted another form of utility bill after 7 days after going back and forth iv decided to cancel my account with them not worth the stress from them stay well clear they don't value you as a customer

Awful company do not use them. They will not pay out, ask you for documents to confirm identity and when you do require further and further verification and just more excuses to never pay you or let you withdraw your winnings. Scammers.

Everything always seems okay when betting here. Withdrawals are instant and the software is great compared to the rest of the industry.There are plenty of bonuses too. I would give it five stars but their prices aren't too competitive.

My wife is 67 she doesn’t bet a lot but she likes to put the odd £5 on sky casino and sky bingo she also liked the free bingo.Out of the blue she was banned for no reason at all with no recourse. She did nothing wrong apart from won the odd £10 and didn’t spend a fortune. How fair is that sky bet

Absolute joke of a company, run by people who are out to fleece you. It's all happy days while you are losing money to them, as soon as you have a couple of wins they restrict your account. I emailed them for an explanation only to receive a response saying that they don't have to offer me any explanation and that their decision is final.

Having survived 'the bots', i dealt with a brilliant member of the SKY BET team.....they understood my situation, they were supportive, professional and very efficient. My issue/problem was sorted in double quick time, totally to my satisfaction. The staff member was excellent and a credit to Sky Bet. This is a betting company that is very good in all aspects, in my opinion, and I really enjoy using it.....it does all I need and more. It's come a long way from Surrey Racing !!

Data collectors BEWARE!!!!Two years ago I placed a bet and apparently I had a payout if £6.75 yes!!! It was for £6.75 now read on. Sky bet emailed me to notify me if this and I had 29 days to have it it sent to my bank. I was surprised I didn’t know I had it. I chatted with a member if their online chat. I gave all the necessary details and was then asked why my Facebook name was different to my surname 😮 can you believe that !!!!I told her that my FB name was no concern of hers even if my FB name was Red Riding Hood that would be my personal choice nothing to do with them. They insisted on me sending my passport details and driving licence and I said no it was my private data. Sky bet refused my payout. Even though my personal details for the account was given no payout and it’s for £6.75 not 6 million. So I done a bit of research and checked their cookie policy. Your personal data goes everywhere even to other countries ( so glad i never gave passport details ). Please read the next bit taken of Skybet site.:“Certain third parties with whom we share your data (as referred to above) may be based outside of theEEA, in countries which may not have as comprehensive data protection laws. However, where we share your information with such third parties, we will, where practicable, provide you with information as to where your data is. being transferred and why and take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.”Sky bet cannot even assure us of what other countries do with our personal data, could this be why we get a lot of scammers????Do yourself a favour stay well clear. NO stars given in my opinion. Read their t&c,s along with “ cookies” policy they are an eye .opener.

All bookies are profit driven more than customer driven so it doesn't surpise how they behave when it comes to fine margin decisions.
