24 days has since pasted since I thought it was a good idea to open a new account for the Grand National on the promise of bet £10.00 and get £40.00 worth of free bets.I placed £10.00 bet ,my horse won and the account has been suspended since ! I have supplied various id , which I am not happy with ,twice they requested my passport and even today they want it again ! I have spent many evenings/days on live chat trying to get some end to this but constantly being told you will get an email from the verification team .I have been going round and round in circles with no light at the end of the tunnel .DO NOT ENTERTAIN OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH SKYBET .

Shocking site and customer service need to retrain . I’ve worked in betting shop and would be ashamed of myself if my customer service was anything like these. I’ve been totally ripped off won around 100 free spins and cash when opted into promotion but didn’t receive 1 of them. Messaged sky every day to ask about them not one reply not once. Every day for 2 weeks nothing. Found live chat so tried that spoke to an agent finally who had no idea what I was telling them then quite rudely told me to make sure I’m still online when they come back but hey chat ended ..Tried again was number 22 this time then 24 I know isn’t it . Well finally got my turn only to be told to go and get proof that I’d won anything. I don’t think it should be up to me where am I meant to get proof of winning. I then tried messenger to be told they are very busy and will get back to me ASAP I actually can’t believe this site is still up and running but that’s it for me I’ve had enough gone back to one I can actually trust who gives what you win no arguments also my friends and daughters no longer going to spin here and they are telling their friends and family who will in turn tell theirs and so on down the line Sorry to anyone reading this goes on a bit but I’m sooo unimpressed and unhappy I needed to let people know

Absolute scammers definitely avoid. It’s rare anyone wins on online gambling but even if you win a small amount sky will do everything they can to stop it happening again. Block deposits, close accounts, request personal information that’s none of their business. Customers will eventually run out for these online scammers

Is it just me or dose anyone else find that the slot games never pay out and never give the bonus game I try £100 a week on them and nothing just goes straight through and if I do have a little win it then goes on a losing run straight after, worst slots I’ve even played on!!!

For two weeks I have been trying to close an account I didn’t realise I had until recently – couldn’t remember any details. Finally after numerous useless and pointless emails and long waits on ‘chat’ I got an assistant who wanted answers to security questions before he would close it. But these were totally irrelevant and were not security questions as had no known answers to ensure they were correct?? Questions included – did I have a gambling problem, was I in control of the finances I used? Surely these are questions to ask on the opening of an account to ensure gamblers with a problem are being checked out? Shambles of a customer service and not a firm I would even contemplate using again as they clearly don’t want you to leave which is very concerning as they should make it easy to leave once someone has made that decision. Considering reporting this issue as not acceptable!

I won big on roulette and now they susspended my account while im with them around a year! I sended them all documents and its 5 days and nothing !! Live chat what they say its u need to wait thats all they do , any advice where should I go to get my money?

Tom M is absolutely spot on about Sky bet Underpricing their odds. Ever since they started doing this extra place they are showing odds of at least 2 points shorter than the actual odds. My problem is their Skybet rewards club. You spend £30 to get 2×£2.50 free bets (not £5 anymore) but they didn’t give me mine till I had spent over £35. Also last week I chose a football acca not Bet builder but it wouldn’t change until I got in touch with them to change it. It takes ages to get in touch now and when you do most of their operators are useless.

LONG TERM CUSTOMER 15YRSNot sure what’s going on at SKY BET at the mo not like before something isnt right as a long term customer ITS NOT !!.. Decent customers like me of 13 to 15 plus yrs have put plenty of quids to them THEY DONT CARE I was rather concerned by the replies I got the call centre as an example from Siragoni and Saikanth who fobbed me and were dismissive of my case.. sad how this company in my view has gone down hill

Consistent short pricing.Extra place scam is reasoning for no best odds guarantee! No best price on dog racing either.Even if you win, you lose with their pish poor odds offering.

I feel like i have been conned today, sky bet offered a promotion of bet on 13.15 race at Sandown and get your money back if you’re horse finished 2nd or 3rd, my horse finished 3rd but they have not refunded my money, had a text chat with one of there agents who informed me i am not eligible for this promotion, I only placed the bet because of the promotion, it was only a £5 bet but it is wrong to offer the promotion and accept my bet if I am not eligible feel conned and it’s paddy Power here i come

Sky vegas!!! Absolutely rotten to the core, take take take everyday .how on earth they get away with there slots and pay outs is shocking.never learn me lose 50 pound and biggest feature win is 1.14. Shows features and doesn’t actually pay anything.over 4 days lost 400 pound(what I won in football) and never went in profit any day.

Worst platform ive ever used! Do not use skybet, bets constantly freezing, wrong stat updates, once I had to wait 60 minutes whilst the cash out function was frozen and should have had a lot of money to cash out on. Customer service are terrible, copy paste responses, and they leave the chat at their own will, without resolution. Will not use again

Be using skybet for about 6 years.i have Been excluded from all promotions and have a £100 per month deposit limited on My account I have join an other betting site that far better with the prices and I can take part in promotions and free bets I would recommend all do the same.

Been a member for 15 yrs the kind of guy these firms want to keep but tonight as things were going my way Chelsea v Everton. Ive had 2 experiences in padt 24 hrz they are taking the mickey..SKY BET locked the cash out this is something that after the past few months ive noticed alot as a long term 15 yrs customer it appears to me if yr winning they dont like it seems pretty compelling and corrupt from what Ive observed..I will be writing to them but hey ho for what’s it worth my advice to uoh huy and new customers terrible tactics by them wish I could give a zero DISGRACEFUL DODGY

I would award 0 stars if an option. I never gamble but thought we could have a family sweepstake on the grand national. Went through the process and paid a 90 deposit then immediately had my account suspended! I can’t get my money and have been forced to supply private documents in some fake process. The gambling commission are toothless and I am going through skys own 8 week complaints process before I will probably resort to courts and writing to my MP.

I placed a bet on the Grand national for the horse that won at 33/1. Put £2 on to win, at the bottom of the slip it quoted potential payout £68. The horse came in first and sky bet only paid me on the finishing odds 6/1! Absolute fraud. Stay well clear.

Only bet twice a year and today, I chose 6 horses in the Grand National, £1 e/w on 5 horses and £2.00 e/w on 1 horse. that is £14.00. The horse with £2.00 has now been scratched but 1 horse that I placed bet is not showing on my betting slip and 1 horse has a total of £12.00 e/w on him – how did that happen? It happened because Sky’s on-line site seems to have had a hiccup. What a mess, before placing the bet all seemed in order – ie right betting amounts, right horse etc. I was then asked to pay £34.00 – should have checked better the payment vs my betting amounts – that was my mistake but expect their system to work better – never again with these people.

Utterly useless as a bookmaker. Run by robots probably using algorithms. Tried to place £50 ew on a golfer in the Masters @ 75/1 and was told the maximum stake allowed was £22.73. Where the f… did they get that number from. All other players that I tried to back were ”suspended”Waste of time.

I would give zero stars if there was an option.They suspended a friends account after an hours use after giving it the ok, she is now trying to close the account and get her money back they are making it so difficult and keep asking for intrusive documentation. Back here again . Today goes to put my 100/1 horse on at bet slip there’s a change in price to 33/1. I place bet . 5 minutes later its 125/1 .I really hope the government body or likes look into skybet and heavily punishment is placed .

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. Let my friend create an account whilst at dog races. She made 3 bets then they suspended her account. She is still trying to resolve this issue after them asking for numerous personal documentation, which clearly is a data breach of confidentiality. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating people in this way after taking their money and keeping their winners. It’s like getting blood out of a stone. Sky bet, get your act together and start treating people with respect!!

Please don’t deposit money with this company, I deposited £200 and immediately they suspended my account. Trying to retrieve my money back ( yes my money skybet ) not yours! They make things difficult saying they need documentation and you send it and 4days later it appears they need bank statements of Transactions, I find this most intrusive of my data protection rights so won’t give it them. So basically they withhold your money. It would be easier to accept if I walked down the street and got mugged, Don’t know how they get away with it and what a way to treat customers. Well done SKYBET….

Gone right off sky bet. Odds are less than other sites. You used to get a free £5 bet to spend anywhere ,when you spent £25 weekly. Now its £30. You can only bet accas or build abets. Got to use 5 teams. Gone crap now. Opened with william hill.

Having already taken the Acca freeze option from my account due to a few ‘small wins’ they then duped my wife out of a win by changing an already frozen ‘win’ to ‘lost’ which meant she was unable to cash out once the rest of the bet was valid. They changed it the moment the bet came in.

I have been a Skybet customer for many years I love the extra places they offer and some of the specials they put up can be the real deal. So from a betting prospective they are a decent enough company. Unfortunately though when there is a problem it seems to be difficult or nearly impossible to sort it out. I have been trying to log into my account all week but am being told my details are wrong even though they are saved on all my devices and have been the same for years. Even when I try to reset my password (even though I know it is right) I keep getting the spinning wheel (trying to load).I have tried to contact via email etc but no reply to date, the first contact was sent four days ago.I have now given up and fortunately have other accounts. It is rare for me to give bad reviews but unfortunately there customer support is terrible.

Skybet is Ruthless. My Wise Bank let me make deposit to Skybet, but does not allow any incomming payments from Gambling, Casino, etc. I asked Skybet to withdraw to my other High Street Bank, Barclays, but Skybet refused, and they told me- my only option is to close my Wise Bank account, send them Proof of Closing Letter and then they will make withdrawal. But i do need my Wise Bank account for my international transfers and exchanges to my family back home. And i feel like i am being forced against my will.

this is a terrible site not honest or fair. for instance, i regularly do football acca’s and not for the first time i placed an 9 team acca on both match odds and both teams to score, 8 of the matches were winning or had won with one match remaining with 35 minutes to go. i was expecting a fairly high cashout but no, they suspended one of the matches that had already finished hence suspended the cahout. this site is nothing short of cheating as this has happened several times. customer services did not help or explain the reason behind this only to say that cashout is offered by a third party so i asked who the third party is and guess what, they refused to say.

Appalling customer service. Spent loads of my time sending messages to try and recover £2 on a money back as cash promotion. Every time a different person eventually answered with conflicting views and it took over three weeks for them to finally inform me why I was not getting my cash back.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Full of people that don’t speak English, can’t even understand simple sentences. There whole game is just not to help you out with you’re issue, send cocky little 1 sentence replys back wich don’t make sense, all just to wind you up, to make you say 1 bad word like sh!t, then they close the conversation. I’ve contacted customer support on 3 diffrent occasions now. 3 times I haven’t been helped. Even got a manager to contact me via email ( that took 7 days to get a message) all for him to say contact our live team and they’ll help you out 🤦‍♂️, seriously sky have some of the best games to use on Vegas and some of the easiest gambling you can do, but with this abysmal customer service no wonder they’ve fallen behind, William Hill and paddy Power.
